# How can I improve my documents making it more light in order that my clients could download the document

I want to make it lighter the document of my proposals so that they could share it.

Hi Rafael, thanks for your question!

We have a few suggestions for you that might help with the size of your document:

1. Reduce the number of pages in a document.
2. Reduce the number of images, or reduce the image size. You shouldn’t need images any larger than these dimensions.
3. Open the document in Adobe Reader (or an equivalent app), compress the pdf, and send that compressed version separately.
