We use proposify mainly to create different type of business quotations and proposals for other businesses from which we want to work with. The software has multiple free templates available in which we can design the proposal card and send it to them. The software also has collaboration feature in which multiple designers can work in a same design and give their input.

Honestly, the tracking. I get notified the second a prospect opens the proposal and can see exactly which sections they linger on, so I know if they're actually interested before they even reply. Saves me a ton of guessing. Works well with the major CRMs, integration there is smooth. But once you step outside the big-name tools, it gets clunky fast; anything niche in your stack means manual exporting and importing, which kind of defeats the point of having it all connected in the first place.

I like that with Proposify I can track proposals. I can know if the client opened the proposal, if they forwarded it, or what actions they took. Additionally, I can schedule reminders for the client to view the proposal, which makes it easier to approach and follow up with the client, which is great.
