What I like best about Performio is how it replaces messy spreadsheets with a sleek, automated interface. It’s incredibly nice to see a consolidated view of my commissions, performance metrics, and deal history all in one dashboard. Having that real-time transparency gives me total confidence in my payouts and lets me spend less time questioning the math and more time focused on hitting my next quota. On the flip side, the user experience can feel pretty frustrating. The interface has a clunky, super outdated feel that reminds me more of software from a decade ago than a modern SaaS tool. Navigation isn't exactly intuitive, largely because of the confusing heading names; I often find myself clicking through multiple menus just to find a basic report because the labels don't clearly describe what's inside. While Performio generally performs well, I find that the interface could be more responsive and user-friendly. Certain pages tend to take a few extra seconds to load, and the design of the reports appears somewhat outdated. The main features are solid, but the platform is missing some of the refinement and quickness found in newer solutions. Performio is a great software that has everything I need as an Account Manager to manage my workload. It gives me clear access to my workload, as well as my monthly and yearly targets and results. It integrates with Salesforce, so any changes made to the dollar value in an account in Salesforce are reflected in Performio. The consultants can also see any incentives or competitions the company is running for employees, and track how they are performing against the targets. Performio for better performance, but updation takes lot of time sometimes, also it doesn't give real time data on achievement we have to wait till QTR end & somebody have to give manual feed, IT would be better if any API integration which helps with real time achievement & payout of variable is visible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Performio really easy to use for viewing the details of all sales. The ability to filter sales by different criteria makes it very convenient to find the information I need. This feature allows me to see which sales I've received commissions for and which ones I'm still waiting on. I find Performio's SIP and incentive plans easy to understand and calculate. The platform is easy to navigate, and the historical feature helps me understand changes to the SIP plan. I like the calculator function for calculating ahead of time and the historic SIP statements, which save me from searching archives. It's convenient that I can find answers to my questions through the program rather than emailing or talking to management and HR. The SSO feature is very convenient.
