I like how easy Performio is to use and how quickly I can log in and get the information I need without jumping through hoops. I can see information in one place, up to date in real time whenever I need it. It scales well for larger companies, and it’s easy to onboard new people and get them the information they need quickly. I use Performio to check my compensation, commissions, and bonuses, which really helps me know exactly how much I'm getting paid and when my payments are due. It's easy to quickly check and know everything about my payments. I appreciate that it encourages me to sell more by showing exactly how much I need to hit my next sales level. I like the ui and ux of performio. It is very simple and straight forward and allows me to see the commission I will get on every deal closed. I also like how it is integrated with salesforce and immediately syncs once a deal is closed. Its ability to import booking data from multiple sources, such as Salesforce and invoice data from NetSuite, and automatically calculate monthly commissions. It also provides a detailed commission table that includes all the components needed to review and verify commission reports efficiently. This helps streamline the commission process, improves accuracy, and makes it easier to audit and understand commission calculations. The support team is always available and responds quickly whenever issues arise. One area for improvement is how Performio handles changes to opportunity ownership. When Operations updates the opportunity owner of a booking in Salesforce, I need to reimport the booking into Performio instead of simply editing it manually in the commission table. While manual edits update the opportunity owner, they do not recalculate or update the roll-up values, making the reimport process necessary. I like that Performio offers single sign-on and integrates with Salesforce, making it easy to use. These features save time because I don't have to check different systems for information. I don't like that there are no regular updates throughout the month. I have to wait until the end of a quarter to have accurate figures. This delay affects my ability to calculate how much money I can expect and to assess if I need to bring in more deals to reach a target. I love being able to see clearly what my commission is each day with Performio. It helps me know what to expect with my paycheck. The feature that allows me to check what my commission could be if I add more sales is very useful—I can add different amounts to see different scenarios, which is motivating since commission is where I make the most money. It's exciting for me to see my results and to forecast what they could be. Performio helped me to be effective in sales management and to track my commission using its transparent tracker. There are tons of data customization that I can filter to find what information that I want to view and find sales details that I want to use.
