They should be on the side in adrop down menu. The new version has some better features, but the older version has good features too. They need to be combined to make the platform more seamless. It gives me clear access to my workload, as well as my monthly and yearly targets and results. It integrates with Salesforce, so any changes made to the dollar value in an account in Salesforce are reflected in Performio. The consultants can also see any incentives or competitions the company is running for employees, and track how they are performing against the targets. I’ve never had to contact our IT team for any issues, and I’ve never seen it go down. I use it every day. **What do you dislike about Performio?** Changes made to an account in Salesforce don’t show up in Performio until the next day, and sometimes it takes even longer. While we make sales in one day, the information isn't up there on the same day. It takes time. I don't know if that is something that has to be the case anyway because everything has to be checked. **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Performio to see how much my commission is worth and how I am ranking.
