Has been accurate since we started using it, Can go back and see previous months to track trends. **What do you dislike about Performio?** My sales reps have to send me reports monthly so I can see deduction and rebates that are deducted from my commision. We use Performio for Sales Commissions and it's an excellent tool to see detailed commission reports. I work as a Regional Sales Manager in Cambium Networks and our organization use this to manage sales commission reports. **What do you dislike about Performio?** Sometimes you have to go into details to check the exact commission anount. Web interface needs to be more simplified **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can see my sales commission in the tool now, beforenwe used to see it in excel file ### 39. The transperancy with this information boost our competitiveness and help with our strategy in finding the best product to promote. Easy dashboard to find commission that has been approved, pending or rejected and make dispute claim to correct the documentation. **What do you dislike about Performio?** In my opinion, the performance report to compared result between different division isn't too helpful for our efficiency. **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** HCM integration make it possible to manage our commission and sales operation and to have transperancy in commission compensation calculation. ### 45. There are tons of data customization that I can filter to find what information that I want to view and and find sales details that I want to use. I also can view my colleagues sales numbers and it has promote a positive competition. **What do you dislike about Performio?** The data charts display still need to revamped to a latest GUI display. It is easy to allocate, the reporting is pretty good when drilling down on sales figures being simple to find and generate. **What do you dislike about Performio?** If I had to nit-pick, being able to allocate sales staff to multiple branches/locations would make our life easier. We can only allocate our particular sales staff to a client account that is only located at that staff memebers location. We have sales staff that look after clients that have accounts at different locations. The answer is to create multiple client accounts, but then the client will have multiple accounts, multiple monthly statements. **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unsure at this stage as we've had no real problems. ### 50.
