One area for improvement is how Performio handles changes to opportunity ownership. When Operations updates the opportunity owner of a booking in Salesforce, I need to reimport the booking into Performio instead of simply editing it manually in the commission table. While manual edits update the opportunity owner, they do not recalculate or update the roll-up values, making the reimport process necessary. I like that Performio offers single sign-on and integrates with Salesforce, making it easy to use. These features save time because I don't have to check different systems for information. I don't like that there are no regular updates throughout the month. I have to wait until the end of a quarter to have accurate figures. This delay affects my ability to calculate how much money I can expect and to assess if I need to bring in more deals to reach a target. I love being able to see clearly what my commission is each day with Performio. It helps me know what to expect with my paycheck. The feature that allows me to check what my commission could be if I add more sales is very useful—I can add different amounts to see different scenarios, which is motivating since commission is where I make the most money. The UI and UX are my favorite aspects of Performio as a new user. As a quota-holding role, it is very easy to track performance in real-time and review YTD commission statements and reports. Graphics and charts are a major plus in different dashboards that help breakdown overall quota achievement--and within certain pay periods and/or quarters as well. Performio shows clear performance stats that is easy to read and even easier to search and find. It is especially helpful in seeing the trends of performance or where you may need improvement. For retail, it makes it easy to track their progress and can be a big motivator in stores. For management, it is a good indicator for real time tracking of traffic but also areas for improvement. As I no longer receive commission due to my role in retail, I am unable to track any of my orders or find any of my previous work as the system no longer tracks my work. The UI can be a bit confusing when I’m trying to find numbers from past months. I eventually noticed the dropdown arrow, but only being able to view a one-month snapshot at a time is a little disappointing. I really like the gift cards feature in Performio and the fact that you can exchange those points to use with Amazon or their affiliates. Sharing great achievements and the shout-outs being visible to every single part of the company is something I really enjoy.
