I'm very clearly able to see what has contributed to my previous month's commission payout, so I can better strategize for the next month on ways to maximize meeting the organization's goals alongside my own compensation. **What do you dislike about Performio?** This may already be a feature, but as a User (not someone setting up the platform or updating the information within), it would be nice to see real-time tracking of the commission information, to strategize both in real time (current month) and retroactively after month's end for the upcoming month(s). **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am aware that tracking commissions via spreadsheet is INCREDIBLY labor intensive for our Finance team, and Performio is the organization's solution to this problem. Sometimes is takes over a day for the system to load updates so it's hard to be sure that the commission is there. Also, a lot of months, there is a very short window to get disputes in. We've expereiced less than 24 hour windows and it's just unrealistic. **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me ensure that I am getting all the commission I am owed. It also helps with getting payments from clients to avoid charge backs ### 37. I think this would be better if there was just one or the other to avoid any confusion. **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to easily track my performance and commissions. The only problem it would solve is showing any discrepancy's from my deals closed and what I was paid on so that I can reach out to management and ask for a review/adjustment as necessary. ### 40. Easy to download excel/csv documents - use information **What do you dislike about Performio?** - When highlighting areas of the graph - removing content the overall figures do not change to show the highlighted/specific areas - May be with our specific company build but 'total year' excel reports do not show the correct time periods - they go back years - A lot of button movement/requirements to move/go back to specific months. **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy location to cross reference known orders to sales compensation/figures.
