Easy to operate, all is thanks to its guidance documentation in form of video material. To able to track how much commission that we has made in certain timeline, which product gives the best commission and what product that is frequently purchased has helped to be effective with my work. **What do you dislike about Performio?** There are time when the real-time data is out of sync and not updating the number. Although there is a filter that allows one to isolate certain products, it ultimately requires some backdoor maneuvering in order to determine my total # sold/% attainment for each KPi. our most important KPi does show % attainment on the home screen, but it would be nice to see all 3 Kpi there. Also think that the filters under "my sales" tab could use some work with regard to the ability to filter any one of the columns of data by typing a few letters at the top of each column. In summary, this leaves something to be desired in terms of being intuitive/user friendly. **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Performio allows me to ensure that I am being paid out correctly based on my own records as to my KPi attainment. The system is a hierarcy system, thereby allowing for internal controls to be maintained. After the final approvals, audit reports are available to ensure internal controls are being followed. **What do you dislike about Performio?** Performio can become bogged down by the number of users accessing the system at the same time.
