It also helps that they break down the commission for each account and show what’s being taken out. **What do you dislike about Performio?** The only downsides I see—and these would be great improvements if implemented—are that you currently can't see the total commission amount including your base pay, which can make the math a bit confusing. It would also be very helpful to see an estimate of your take-home pay, including deductions for taxes and other withholdings. **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems being solved are that I’m now able to see my commission pay broken down by each account I manage. AI capabilities). The best thing about Performio is the team itself. The Performio team is very responsive to our needs and questions and work closely with us to resolve any issues. The only downside that we have heard is maybe the mobile app can be more functional to fit their needs. Now with Performio handling the bulk of processing duties, the closing process has been cut to 1-2 days. Sometimes it can take time to search through the commissions to find and edit the commission percentage, if necessary.
