It's also easy to see your sales trends for different products and services. **What do you dislike about Performio?** My actual targets are not clearly visible on the commission dashboard. The accelerator tiers are also wrong since they appear to be calculated on a mtd cycle instead of month by month. e.g. I have 12 sales, the accelerator tier is 11 sales, but my actual monthly target is 16, so it's not possible for me to be on accelerator. The mobile app is also not well optimised, and is basically just the desktop site but formatted for mobile OS. I think a dedicated app interface would be better, even if it is simpler in the features and navigation it provides. **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves the issue of not being able to conveniently see my commission earned for the month. Without Performio, we would have to track our sales ourselves and guess whether a connection was completed or not. Performio gives us a confirmation for when commission is definitely earned. ### 5. Customer support has been very responsive to tickets and inquiries. **What do you dislike about Performio?** The dashboards, while great do have some limitations. We have worked with Professional Services to update the graphs and speedometers functionality and have made it work, but there is more to be done here **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transparency on how the incentives and commissions have been calculated. The breakdown client by client is also helpful. **What do you dislike about Performio?** Could be helpful to see % changed by client (ex. commissions are -20% from last month for client A and +60% for client B) **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** One simple place to know what my clients are spending vs what I'm making from our partnerships. ### 41. It doesn't intergrate well into much of our reporting and we need to create additional reports by hand to make the data useful to be implemented. It benefits me by not having to check each order and do calculations any time there's a dispute. ### 44. Good as a manager to be able to download the entire team's results in a single Excel spreadsheet, this is easy to understand, use and present to team members for sales check-ins which is great! **What do you dislike about Performio?** Server issues plague the app, I continually get error messages on my phone when trying to login saying the performio server is unavailable and to contact the system administrator. If the service could require and include an actual Point of Contact provided by the parent company that'd be so good! **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Performio does make performance management easy to collate and deliver to team members. Tracking is easy to use and understand making for a great user experience. ### 45. Sometime, I’m unsure of whether it’s working slowly or not at all.
