I can't read or understand the commission statement, it is not clear, the numbers are too small and not clear, it shows old payments from 2021,22,23,24 that are no longer relevant ### 39. I'm very clearly able to see what has contributed to my previous month's commission payout, so I can better strategize for the next month on ways to maximize meeting the organization's goals alongside my own compensation. **What do you dislike about Performio?** This may already be a feature, but as a User (not someone setting up the platform or updating the information within), it would be nice to see real-time tracking of the commission information, to strategize both in real time (current month) and retroactively after month's end for the upcoming month(s). **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am aware that tracking commissions via spreadsheet is INCREDIBLY labor intensive for our Finance team, and Performio is the organization's solution to this problem. We are fairly new users to the platform, and I'm sure we have a ways to go in setting things up for maximum efficiency, but as a User the breakdown of what Opportunities have generated the most commission is transparency we did not have before. ### 41. As a quota-holding role, it is very easy to track performance in real-time and review YTD commission statements and reports. Graphics and charts are a major plus in different dashboards that help breakdown overall quota achievement--and within certain pay periods and/or quarters as well. Definitely an upgrade from our previous platform. **What do you dislike about Performio?** I have not run into any major flaws yet. Stay tuned for any helpful criticism to come... **What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need clear visibility into sales performance--how I am progressing to my yearly quota. Peformio not only makes it easy to see specific numbers in real-time--through charts, graphics, and itemized statements and reports. I have the ability to drill down into performance in quarter, and even current pay period. This allows me to get granular with short/long-term goal assessment and ultimately my success. ### 47.
