Enhanced Automations and Efficiency,Using API keys for integration is one of the best upsides.

**What do you dislike about PureCloud for Siebel CRM?**

Cost involved is quite expensive during initial stages. we can consider performance as a downside in large integration systems.

**What problems is PureCloud for Siebel CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Siebel application as On-Prem. Due to this we saw many challenges. to overthis Purecloud for Siebel CRM is the right one.
