"Easily Track Commissions"

What do you like best about Performio?

Performio makes it easy to track commissions I earn. I am on two programs with the company: Percentage and Flat Fee. I can quickly see I've submitted for, what needs approval, what has been paid and what is outstanding. Seeing that the majority of my salary is commission, this provides me with peace of mind knowing that I have a program staying on top of the tracking so that I can get paid and take care of my family. What do you dislike about Performio?

Nothing. It is easy to use and the tutorial are super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't have to keep track on an excel spreadsheet the homes and amounts per home to track commission on, what is base pay and have I 1) submitted for commission and 2) have I been paid. When it hasn't been paid, it's easy for me to screenshot and send to my supervisor so that she is aware of what needs to be checked off. And that screenshot is "official" so she knows that she can log-in and see the same thing, trusting it to be correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performio?

I appreciate the ability to drill down and see more detail about individual plans. I was able to see things cleanly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performio?

May be a network issue here, but it is slow to load. Additionally, it required double checking all the results because the data was not great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
