Also with Zapier. **What do you dislike about Signaturit?** The credits system is aweful. If you need more credits than your plan you need to upgrade them and they will be billed every month. I just needed credits for a one time batch. But now they also charged them (300+ euro) for the next month whilst I won't use them. Getting in contact with support will just tell you it's bad luck and you had to switch to lower credits just before renewal. Meaning that if you built any automation people cannot get a signature request. So this is very very user unfriendly. Signaturit allows me to effortlessly send out medical records and consent forms to patients, all the while making sure signatures are real using the different authentication features. **What do you dislike about Signaturit?** At our hospital, we are all using tablets now. I found the platform a little hard to use on the tablet, so I prefer to prepare documents on my computer. We also appreciate their great and fast customer service, they always try to help you and give you alternatives to your issues. **What do you dislike about Signaturit?** Sometimes the platform has performance issues when it comes to heavy files download or sporadical problems with some signed documents (they were signed but still appear as pending). If this alignment was automatic, setting up new templates would be a quicker process.
