We incorporated the application almost two years ago and we can no longer live without the digital signature delivery. The credits system is aweful. If you need more credits than your plan you need to upgrade them and they will be billed every month.

I just needed credits for a one time batch. But now they also charged them (300+ euro) for the next month whilst I won't use them. Getting in contact with support will just tell you it's bad luck and you had to switch to lower credits just before renewal.

Meaning that if you built any automation people cannot get a signature request. So this is very very user unfriendly.
