Ease in content management: Strong content hub that simplified loading and tagging assets to make it easy, from an admin perspective, for me to push relevant content to prospects and customers on the company channels.

Targeted Content Experience: With Pathfactory, focused content experiences are enabled to drive lead generation, especially when I create targeted content in several languages for different regions like NA, Europe, APAC, and so on and so forth. Initial learning curve: In actual, the setup is a bit overwhelming at the very start,, but going through their training made it easier for me and my team to adapt and get the most out of it.

- The support team! Mohit is our SE, the most diligent, and helpful, and always goes above and beyond for our requests. And, the rest of the CSM team (Laura and Craig). Shout out to the team. This has helped us tremendously to move fast since day 1

- Real-time account engagement on the website. Unlike other enrichment tools that give insights on third-party sources, this is a combination of first- and third-party insights.

- Customized content playlists and microsites.

- Don't have native integration with Hubspot (send data via Webhook)

- Analytic tools need improvements => The team has to build custom reports

- Not a dislike but some of the old features are no longer available

Usability within the tool is great and the analytics are extremely thorough. It's easy to pull self-service reports of whatever you need quickly and download them to a CSV - they also have a direct integration with 6sense and Marketo, which allows us to leverage both of these datasets when doing content consumption and efficacy analysis.
