What do you like best about PathFactory?

We use Pathfactory all over our website and email content to place our many content pieces into neatly organized themed "tracks". It makes lead nurture seamless, especially for a treasury software startup. The CS team is beyond helpful and onboarding new users is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

What do you like best about PathFactory?

I love how easy it makes for the end-user to have access to not only one piece of content, but a whole thought reading list. In the backend, we can finally have data and insights on what works, what people loves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

There is a lot of data, yet to connect to your MAP or CRM you are going to have some work to make the information flow properly.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

There are a ton of ways to utilize this- the most basic favorites being easily updating assets across the entirety of the organization with one click; and finally getting really granular insights on viewership and internal-user's viewership too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adoption in our sales division has been a big challenge. And I find the reporting and microsites to being challenging. We are a small team so it's taken me a long time to work through these layers of the tool myself . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

Finally a platform to collect, manage and share your content. But not only, what I appreciate the most of PathFactory until now are the functionalities available to collect leads from any content you already have available (whitepaper, video, blog article). Just upload it into the platform, activate the handraiser form that pops-up proactively when a visitor is viewing your content and start collecting leads. Is that simple!

Also, I really appreciate their customer support (not sure you can even call). PF account executive follows-up with the team regularly to make sure they support our campaigns in the best way possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

Analytics never match precisely Marketo's analytics, and that creates a bit of confusion some times. Also, I would prefered if the analytics could show the results in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

PathFactory is excellent for helping to nurture and educate prospects and customers much quicker than email cadences. There are so many use cases, from content binging, ABM pages, organizing resources on your website and tracking all content analytics to understand what is working and what's not.
