"PathFactory is one of my favorite marketing tools."
What do you like best about PathFactory?

Straightforward onboarding process. Lots of useful knowledge tools like the Nook and their online courses. They also offer a ton of useful webinars to keep the momentum going. The platform itself is very intuitive, and their support team is quick to respond to any questions, as is our CSM, Jennifer. We use the platform for prospecting and also for onboarding new customers. The ease of setting up tracks for different uses is amazing, as is the ease of adding new content and adjusting existing tracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

Honestly, my only "dislike" would be that it's not as easy to create microsites. There are easy workarounds that we've been utilizing but I do wish the microsite feature was easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

Some of the new functionalities are still not as flexible in terms of UX/UI, you still have to code here and there but it is a relatively small thing that the PathFactory team is working on currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

The best features include the target paths displayed throughout our website as an overlay behind a button or promotor card. The analytics and reporting are great for understanding what's working, what's not and the customer management teams are fantastic about strategy and how to take your content to the next level. What do you like best about PathFactory?

We use Pathfactory all over our website and email content to place our many content pieces into neatly organized themed "tracks". There is a lot of data, yet to connect to your MAP or CRM you are going to have some work to make the information flow properly.
