What do you like best about PathFactory?

Incredibly easy to use and deploy strategic content tracks to your desired audience that incorporates all the safeguards we need (Cookie Consent and Form/Gating Strategies) on the marketing side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

It can be a challenge to have all the content & tracks available without any option for things to be locked down. Unfortunately, some tracks have been manipulated by others not knowing they are editing an active track or those who didn't realize they didn't duplicate which disrupted some ongoing campaigns. What do you like best about PathFactory?

The best part is the ability to build custom customer tracks and see how they perform. I use these tracks for internal and external campaigns. You can pull in information from landing pages, videos, uploaded PDFs, etc. Everything is very flexible and their support is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

I wish there was an easy way to change the design/look of the experiences to better match the company website. I would also like more options on transitions between content, something sleek and user-friendly. This might be available through adding custom code, I have not looked into that option. I love that I can put together bundles of content quickly and easily in a way that works well for my prospects - and that it requires no coding/development on our side.
