**What do you like best about Folloze?**

My team and I use Folloze daily. Sometimes hourly. We’re basically roommates at this point. We use it to build thousands of personalized experiences for our enterprise tech and SaaS clients, and it consistently delivers. The platform is flexible, and built for the kind of at-scale personalization most tools only talk about. It’s incredibly intuitive once you’re in the flow — our team moves fast.

But honestly, the best part is the Folloze team. Their support is unmatched. They’re quick to jump in, thoughtful with solutions, and genuinely invested in our success. It feels less like a vendor relationship and more like a true partnership.

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

Sometimes you want to break out of the box a bit more. More flexible templated sections would make creative iterations even faster.

**What problems is Folloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folloze solves one of our biggest challenges: delivering true 1:1 personalization at scale without burning our team out. We’re creating thousands of individualized experiences for enterprise tech and SaaS clients and Folloze gives us the structure, speed, and flexibility to actually do that efficiently.

It centralizes content, streamlines workflows, and lets us iterate fast. Instead of spending hours reinventing layouts or hunting for assets, we get to stay focused on strategy and creative quality.

And because everything is built to scale, we can move quickly without sacrificing the creative touch our clients expect. It’s a huge lift for both productivity and impact, which is why we practically live in the platform.

**What do you like best about Folloze?**

I find Folloze to be a valuable platform for engaging with various business channels strategically. The biggest value for us is the ability to create on-demand boards similar to landing pages, which help drive prospective customers for awareness and capture leads by gating exclusive content. It's extremely easy to use on the back end and serves our global regions effectively. I LOVE the content gating aspect and believe the user experience is a true competitive advantage. The customer support team and our dedicated reps are amazing to work with, and they make everything easier to manage. We gather valuable data that helps us understand the quality of our leads by getting insights on points of engagement. Plus, the initial setup was extremely simple.

**What do you like best about Folloze?**

Folloze makes it incredibly easy to create landing pages at scale. We use the platform to create personalised landing pages by industry, use case or even account level. The onboarding was clear and supportive, and honestly hasn't stopped, we continue to have regular check-ins with our CSM to ensure we're making the most of the platform and staying up to date with new product features. The support team are responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

Some limitations to what's possible with design, although the support team are on hand to help. It's always hard setting up new integrations/tech aspects, so this took a few calls but nothing out of the ordinary/not to be expected.

**What problems is Folloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, Folloze allows us to create landing pages at scale and with ease. For larger programmes that require multiple landing pages, for example at an account-level, we don't have to ask clients to build these internally, or charge development fees. Our client services team can use this software and make small changes so easily. We are also able to track prospect behaviour using individual links (like UTMs), which allows us to understand the prospect better, and craft resonant message based on the content we can see being consumed.

I love how easy it is to use the platform, you can have someone new to the software figure it out very quickly! My team uses it everyday.

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

The only downside is that you can't particularly edit each section when creating a board, I'd like to be able to shrink the size of things.

We needed an easy spot to create different registration oages, webinar pages, etc. Folloze has been amazing with this and helping us stay organized. It's so easy to copy and paste once we have a template created.

The email campaign ease of set up and loading in addresses. The fact that you can easily copy and duplicate boards to jump off of.

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

When designing a board, changing things like text size, color, formatting can be too finnicky.

**What problems is Folloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to reach out directly to our chose list of customers and provide them with a good looking landing page that has more info if they want to explore further, and we can track who is enagaged in the back end.

Folloze allows for messages to be sent to the masses and scheduled for future follow-ups. You can control the content you want the recipient to see. It is very helpful.

Folloze has many features I have yet to discover, and I'm not sure if I need them. I think making things more simple would increase my chances of using it more and more.

Folloze is helping me to cut down on tedious work to a certain degree. I still have to copy and paste emails and names into the platform but once that is done it is a breeze.

Folloze has been an excellent tool for enabling the rapid development of marketing content. Along with the ease of tracking engagement through Folloze boards. The team at Folloze has been amazing at supporting us with integrations and feature requests.

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

While most things are as expected, some of the design tools and backside did take some getting used too. The Folloze team is a bit smaller, so while they do care and absolutely try their best, there can be bandwidth limitations.

**What problems is Folloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folloze enables us to rapidly build landing pages based on templates. It also lets us see who is engaging with that content or if it is not being clicked on at all. By having this high visibility into how our content is being used, we can have a clear view of the buyer's journey.

Being able to come up together with a bundle of information or useful links without having to depend on other internal teams, like the web team who typically manage corporate websites

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

It lacks some flexibility to edit "contact" info options... like, if you want any contact requests to be sent to another email (like a group handle, for example) other than yourself, it doesn't allow that.

**What problems is Folloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creation of landing pages and it's useful as a hub for links or specific information. This is useful when having different teams of people requiring different info, like, for example, regional and international teams, with different product offerings , or to collect resources for different product lines.

**What do you like best about Folloze?**

The most helpful thing about Folloze is that it easily integrates into our many programs and systems. Using Folloze doesn't require a web developer or any kind of CSS language. It's truly for the everyday marketer. My small team has been able to integrate Folloze into programs that have driven more qualified leads as well as more engagement overall.

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

Although the tool is great, there are still some areas we would like to customize but simply can't with the way the tool is set up today. I'd like to see more areas to easily customize still without CSS or other development.

**What problems is Folloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Folloze is solving the scale problem that my small team has. We have a huge need to build things quickly and efficiently. With Folloze, we can do that while creating value for our customers.

Folloze is great for account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. It allows personalization on microsites down the content, logos, and much more. It allows you to take what you're already working on and expand it to multiple accounts.

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

Folloze has some new features that can be buggy. I've run into multiple annoyances that, luckily, get resolved quickly but can slow things down. Sometimes I feel like a beta tester.

Folloze allows us to craft highly thoughtful and personalized marketing journeys. It allows us to scale these efforts internally and work more swiftly across our marketing efforts.

Great platform for providing materials all in one place for prospects and customers!  Provides a very personal experience.  The tool is intuitive and their support and training materials are excellent!!

A few of the sections are not overly intuitive though this is nitpicking as overall I think it is a great sales tool!!

Adding a very personalized and professional communication tool to my prospects and customers.  It simplifies the ability for my customers to get access to materials all in one place!

I love to depth of functionality that is available to hyper-personalise marketing experiences, from the Get-Go. Advanced data integrations into 6Sense and Eloqua, allow for that 360-degree view of inbound and outbound prospects. Folloze are geared with an outgoing and supportive team who understand how to traverse large organisations, and the quirks involved in getting multi-faceted projects off the ground.

We assessed many vendors when selecting Folloze, but found the product complete, with a strong development roadmap.

I have only found two minor areas for opportunity:

Design: I believe Folloze can work to ensure boards are more indistinguishable into an organisations branding. The team were very supportive of this conversation, and assisted to resolve this concern.

Email: I believe there is an are of opportunity to ensure the Folloze HTML emails are more customisable, allowing an organisation to leverage existing branded templates, from within Folloze.

I love how customizable the boards are. You can personally make changes to boards quickly and easily, and whatever you aren't able to change yourself (i.e., image sizing, other design aspects, etc.), you can easily reach out to their support team and submit design requests to fix things for you. The turnaround time for special customization requests is relatively quick and the customer support in general is fantastic! My team at Clari loves the Customer Success team at Folloze and appreciate how they listen to our suggestions and concerns. 

Besides the customization features the boards have, the platform is so simple to use and the boards are clean and pleasant to look at. Without a doubt, Folloze is a must-have for our marketing team's tech stack!

While this isn't technically a "dislike," it would be nice to see more customization features (i.e., font changes, etc.) available for us to use without needing to collaborate with the support team. What I enjoy the most about the platform is how easy is to put together the experiences and how quickly you can be up and running with a new campaign. I also enjoy that it serves multiple use cases for every stage of the journey and that it complements well as one of the pieces of the tactical portion for the ABM strategy. Also, the customer experience team is the best!

Some things still need to evolve in the platform, especially those related to email orchestration and overall flexibility for building and customizing the boards. But I know the Folloze team has been making a lot of progress there, even since we onboarded. Very user-freindly. Not an over-complicated interfact. Building blocks with core components make creating a page possible in minutes. The connection with Salesforce is also extremely simple so our sales team are able to make fast, actionable outreach. I also like the email capability and how it syncs with outlook.

There are bugs here and there that come up that sometimes takes a few days to fix. The team are always good at working with us to identify and resolve them, but often we are the ones to identify the issues.

As part of my role in organizing a virtual Council, I had to set up a website to share information with the network. However, I soon realize that the engagement level of a website are not as efficient as I wanted it to be. That is when I learned about Folloze. 
Folloze is a really user-friendly tool: easy to use and fast to learn how to use it.

There are still some features and functions that could be improved ie. the calendar function.
Another thing that could be improved is the link between the boards and registration option. At the moment, I can get people to register on one board and that takes them to the other board...but in case, someone shares the url of the other board, they can access it without registering.
Also, some users said that they are unable to register, and I could not understand why?

If you are looking for an engagement platform, go for it! It is really a super user friendly tool.

Folloze makes it easy to scale up account-based experiences at scale to deliver the personalization buyers expect.  No coding skills necessary, easy to build boards and personalize them, integrates with the cornerstones of our GTM stack, the use cases easily expand outside our jumping off point and the team has been there every step of the way to support those iterations.

Easy to repurpose content across different experiences using the library and also to apply different levels of access (ungated, gated) to support different business needs and use cases.  Easy to see who (person or account) is engaging with the content to better understand which content resonates best.

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

Every platform which requires content has to onboard and refresh that content.  This is the biggest factor to balance between good and good enough.  Any one can create some content, but well crafted & designed assets (original, thumbnails w/ best CTA, etc.) can set a brand apart from competitors and it takes resources to create those.  So if you don't have that built into your plan, you should be considering how you can support the growth of using Folloze.  That said, once the content is up in its best format, its easy to repurpose across all your Folloze assets so this is more of a lift for onboarding or new content development.

Links to standard file storage platforms are really helpful and help to alleviate some of this effort, but ours only allows external links to an asset for 30 days, so it won't work for us without refreshing those every month (which doesn't make sense).  Maybe a one time link integration to automatically download that file into the Folloze library could solve that.  Then that feature could be used to refresh those assets as needed without the manual effort of DL from file storage and re-uploading to Folloze Library.

We are creating account personalized experiences for our partners and customers to guide them through a year of dramatic organizational and product evolution. The ease of standing up a board without the headache of planning the design. After your first few templates are there it is very easy to duplicate and re-use other boards to keep the similar branding while only editing the necessary elements.

There are plenty of ways to customize your board without giving up too much control. The folloze team has really boosted their response to security per board as well with SSO functionality, two-factor authentication, and the personalization feature. Sales enablement will be a key piece of our goals this year so safeguarding customer-specific and company sensitive content will be easier with these functions.

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

Reporting could be more robust but I know they are continuously improving on that. 

The content center could be better with folders/more organization of your internal content. Without searching your content, there isn't a surefire way to organize it, especially when trying to separate your content from another internal team.

**Recommendations to others considering Folloze:**

Make sure you have multiple use cases for using folloze in order to utilize and train on all of their features.

**What problems is Folloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalized RFP boards, internal events, and webinar landing pages. We can easily manage as a team and be agile with pivoting based on content engagement. I realized early on that it is the quickest way to get your content to anyone internal/external - while also looking branded and professional. There are several areas for improvement for our team that are already available for use - including campaigns, personalization, and better tracking with our google analytics. So plenty of room to grow with folloze. 

It seems like every month we are coming up with new ideas on how to utilize the platform. With many of their plans including unlimited boards, we can scale to any extent we see fit and test accordingly without worrying about how many we have left in our plan.

**What do you like best about Folloze?**

Unlike a lot of marketing tech, Folloze is really simple to setup and simple to use, which means you can be up and running with a highly personalised ABM campaign with very minimal training and time (the caveat of course is that you need to have high quality, relevant content to send out in the first place!). Simplicity doesn't come at the expense of quality though - it also looks creative and highly professional, with a real 'wow factor'.

The hyper-personalisation element is obviously one of the key USP's for Folloze and it is also truly impressive. The ability to create a single 'board' which delivers different content to different audience segments is huge and really the ultimate goal of ABM. The functionality around this has continued to improve recently which is critical in helping to cut through the noise and deliver true 1:1 targeted messaging.

The analytics within the platform is also a real winner. Being able to see down to an individual level who is engaging with which specific areas of your content and how deeply, makes following up campaigns so much more effective for both sales and marketing teams.

And the range of multimedia that you can include in a Folloze 'board' (video, pdf's, presentations, documents etc.) to create a unique experience for the recipient moves it way beyond anything that typical marketing automation tools are capable of.

Finally, the flexibility of the platform means you can do a lot more with it than just run ABM campaigns. The use case for hosting virtual events on Folloze is very strong, and we've been using it to also support individual sales and account management opportunities where an innovative approach is required.

I haven't used all the integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Outlook etc.) so can't comment on those, but for me there's nothing to dislike!

Folloze was one of the key solutions that enabled our team to scale our ABM efforts beyond what we were able to accomplish alone. We leveraged Folloze at the top of funnel to improve personalization of our media campaigns, for demand generation creating highly personalized experiences for strategic accounts, and to support events with new engagement strategies, content, etc.

Folloze made this all (relatively) simple and straightforward - and with every release I saw increased simplification and new options for account-level engagement. Their team (from sales to CSM to technical support) were all incredibly responsive and engaged, and always open to feedback.

The ability to scale personalized landing experiences quickly. Curated content for each landing experience is quite simple.

Design parameters can be a bit limiting. Analytics can be thrown off by lack of IP address identification.

Be sure to learn their design guide.

Our clients need personalized landing experiences - in an easily scalable solution. Folloze provides that.

Folloze was intuitive and the team is amazing at getting you ramped up! It was the missing piece to our ABM practice!

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

Folloze personalization are amazing but can get complex. The greatest thing to support the complexity is the account manager we met with regularly.

**What problems is Folloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We purchased it to support our ABM practice but it did way more than that! We used to it build custom landing page for each of our top accounts.

**What do you like best about Folloze?**

The ease and simplicity of the tool makes ABM and demand gen marketing a cinch. The receivers of the messaging are very receptive and continue to engage with our content as we update the boards. The best part is customizing boards with recipients logo and content tailored to needs. 

**What do you dislike about Folloze?**

There is very little not to like about Folloze. We have had some issues syncing and utilizing Salesforce integrations. Some of the personalization options require a bit of effort; as updates are made to the tool, I have noticed more simplicity. Our Customer Success Manager has been great walking us through any issues though. 

**What problems is Folloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A couple major issues we were looking to solve were mass sends with various senders as well as gathering detailed analytics for more targeted conversations. 
Senders are able to log in, see engagement, and follow up without having to put in much effort.

Categorizing verticals and being able to target them with the right information in mass email form right from the lead in Salesforce.
