# What’s the Best Operational Risk Management Software You’ve Used—and Why?

<li>Were there any surprises from G2 reviews—good or bad—that matched (or clashed with) your experience?</li>
<li>How was the customer support, and was the pricing worth it?</li>

&lt;p&gt;So many factors go into choosing a good operational risk management solution. I&#39;ve found it very helpful to read several reviews on each product to get a sense of the community&#39;s feedback/reception of a product. I would go with Pirani from your list! &lt;/p&gt;
