What do you like best about PathFactory?

I like Pathfactory detailed anlytics on user engagement segmented by Content type, UTM performance, Time user had spent per content and some more advanced anlaytics. Their customer support is amazing and always helped us in answering any questions related to integration with our Marketing automation platform Marketo and CRM Salesforce. -It has various features, such as content library for the pathfactory track, micosites and template experience and etc..

-The customer suuport is very timely, everything we have a question, we're able to have those sorted out quickly

What do you like best about PathFactory?

Definitely the account manager and the support team. They always help us identify and solve problems but are also very proactive and help us implement new or valuable features. They always provide step-by-step instructions on how we can get the most out of our experience. As for the platform, we love how we can create different tracks for different types of customers and prospects and we love the integration with our website which offers personalized content to our visitors. What do you dislike about PathFactory?

For us there are not a lot of downsides, we are getting pretty much everything we need. One thing about it is that the interface might look a bit old and outdated, and could use an improvement. Other than that, I don't have any dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
