What do you like best about PathFactory?

PathFactory gives us specific insights in to what our clients are interested in most. We have better data around they types of content and topics that are most important to our accounts, allowing us to create better content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

Customizations can be a bit tricky or unavailable at times unless you have developers working on the backend. Some products have features that would be great inside their other products but just aren't available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

Definitely the account manager and the support team. They always help us identify and solve problems but are also very proactive and help us implement new or valuable features. They always provide step-by-step instructions on how we can get the most out of our experience. As for the platform, we love how we can create different tracks for different types of customers and prospects and we love the integration with our website which offers personalized content to our visitors. What do you dislike about PathFactory?

For us there are not a lot of downsides, we are getting pretty much everything we need. One thing about it is that the interface might look a bit old and outdated, and could use an improvement. Other than that, I don't have any dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

Pathfactory allows me to market to all my segments in the way I NEED. Some products are hard to use which makes me not want to use it, but Pathfactory is easy to use in all the different ways I need it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

What do you like best about PathFactory?

The insights and analytics are beneficial and easy to interpret. We rely on these for many of our metrics internally. Sales really like being able to see nos of readers as well as the total engagement time.

Curated pages are easy enough to create and share, which is awesome, and as such PF is our go-to tool for content storage and sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

I possibly do not use it enough! I suspect there's functionality I am unaware of, so perhaps a hints and tips email/ helper in the application itself might be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

I've worked with multiple companies with PF licenses and have recommended it to a few others. It's a great tool to provide additional content segmentation, given that it has robust analytics and makes it easy to provide recommendations for which content piece to see next for users checking out your site.

I would recommend it to companies with a relatively robust content program looking to further their ABM and segmentation efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

Extending capabilities into areas like attribution, which most companies struggle with, is exciting and will serve customers for years. What do you like best about PathFactory?

Having a tool that not only helps you with engagement but also a tool that helps deploy gated forms in web pages and having analytics that can show how many accounts are showing intent that's amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

I will say the way the scheduling works, as I work in a big company, for us data is everything, so I schedule reports to go out weekly and to search them. That's the tricky part. It would be great if they could develop a search tool, so we can explore the report with the naming convention so it can be easier to schedule and de-schedule them.
