What do you like best about PathFactory?

I like the use of the tool for the variety of topics and for the accuracy with which they are divided (EX: emea- apac - US etcc) for each region we have topics for each vertical Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

What do you like best about PathFactory?

The insights and analytics are beneficial and easy to interpret. We rely on these for many of our metrics internally. Sales really like being able to see nos of readers as well as the total engagement time.

Curated pages are easy enough to create and share, which is awesome, and as such PF is our go-to tool for content storage and sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

I possibly do not use it enough! I suspect there's functionality I am unaware of, so perhaps a hints and tips email/ helper in the application itself might be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

I've worked with multiple companies with PF licenses and have recommended it to a few others. It's a great tool to provide additional content segmentation, given that it has robust analytics and makes it easy to provide recommendations for which content piece to see next for users checking out your site.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

What do you like best about PathFactory?

PathFactory seeks to understand each business uniquely to deliver the best experience, relevant to each customer use-case. The team at PathFactory is top-notch - always helping iterate and innovate to meet current needs. I also love that PathFactory is solving business needs beyond customer experience. Extending capabilities into areas like attribution, which most companies struggle with, is exciting and will serve customers for years. What do you like best about PathFactory?

Having a tool that not only helps you with engagement but also a tool that helps deploy gated forms in web pages and having analytics that can show how many accounts are showing intent that's amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

I will say the way the scheduling works, as I work in a big company, for us data is everything, so I schedule reports to go out weekly and to search them. That's the tricky part. It would be great if they could develop a search tool, so we can explore the report with the naming convention so it can be easier to schedule and de-schedule them. What do you like best about PathFactory?

PathFactory makes it easy to group related assets and share as sort of miniature landing pages. It takes a good bit of fine-tuning to make them look good, but once there, they're acceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The analytics are often unreliable, but there are workarounds. We've had to lean on our internal web dev and PF technical resources to make things look good enough to share/make the appearances fit with our brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent way to house & track content, but difficult to keep up with best practices"
What do you like best about PathFactory?

PathFactory tracking has done wonders with our data tracking. We have PF data integrated with our Tableau dashboards which gives insight to our entire marketing team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

It is very difficult to keep up with best practices surrounding the multiple aspects of the platform, especially taking over managing the platform from someone before me. It's hard to balance maintaining best practice in every area.

Additionally, I've been very confused with how PathFactory can be altered to earn GDPR compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
