**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

I use PathFactory for a variety of cases, from ABM to campaigns to brand. I really appreciate its ease of use, with no code required, and it's super intuitive with an absolutely minimal learning curve. The evolution and progress of the platform over time is quite impressive; we've gone from using it as a bare minimum content track to now creating highly scalable experiences. The time to get an experience up and running has significantly decreased from weeks to mere hours, and being able to easily scale these experiences is a great progress.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

I think reporting is an area that leaves much to be desired. We use multiple tech-stack and we would like all to say consistent metrics. Reporting takes time as well.

**What problems is PathFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PathFactory is easy to use, intuitive, and requires minimal learning. It reduces the time to launch experiences from weeks to hours and scales them easily.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

I really like PathFactory for its ability to create hyper-personalized recommendations and microsites based on the content we provide. This is essential for ensuring the right content reaches the right prospect at the right time. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with our Marketo instance and forms, which allows a smooth transition to our marketing automation platform. The initial setup was very straightforward, and the customer experience representatives are super helpful.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

The interface is a little dated and difficult to use. Often you'll need to swap back and forth in various sections to achieve the goal you're trying to accomplish. The interface tends to hide options and have various naming strategies for similar tools.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

I love how easy it is to make the content pages and playlists with PathFactory. The amount of information it provides is fantastic, helping me detect early buyer intent for our sales teams. The content playlists allowed me to create a collaborative content hub for before and after my webinar, and I could see detailed insights like how many downloads each report got and how long visitors spent watching the webinar. It performed well overall, with the webinar having the best performance. The initial setup was super easy, and the PathFactory team did a great job explaining how it works and offered valuable suggestions that aligned with our strict brand guidelines.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

I think if designing the site pages were easier that would be great. It's easy to use, but it seems a bit outdated. I wish it had drag and drop features, something similar to WIX.

**What problems is PathFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PathFactory solves buyer intent issues by giving me the full story of site visitors, not just basic analytics. It helps me prepare personalized conversations for prospects. I love how easy it is to make content pages and get detailed insights into content engagement.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

PathFactory Revenue Intelligence is hands down the best way I've ever seen at demonstrating content ROI. By connecting PathFactory to CRM, you can not only allocated Pipeline $$ back to your content experiences but also leverage those content engagement insights to uncover new opportunities.  And all of this comes in addition to being able to enable your sellers with the ability to rapidly assemble and deploy hypertargeted content experiences in a measureable way! I'd never go hunting without PFRI

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

3) ChatFactory is a bit disappointing.  It's only a Chat Bot solution and does not offer any Live Chat capabilities or integration/handoff with other Live Chat solutions. While there is some limited value for having a Bot grounded in your Marketing content, it's not nearly as appealing as being able to handoff or redirect that conversation to a human agent.

PathFactory is helping us understand who is behind the clicks! Not only do we consistently see higher conversation with the PF Form Strategy enabled, but we also get more insight into the customer's perspective and what they really care about.

I use PathFactory as a content management system, and I like how it allows people to rapidly consume content and integrate with other tools to customize content to the audience. It helps us share content with the audience based on where they are in the buyer's journey and by industry. I also find that, as long as you do the setup correctly and tag content to allow it to integrate into content streams, it works great.

The backend user interface can make things hard to find.

Best thing about PathFactory is it's expertise in tracking time spent by user on content. This is fueled by AI driven technology which brings highly engaging content for the user. It also provide hassle-free integration with customer relationship management and MAPs.

PathFactorys user interface needs to be revamped as it restricts to the limited designs for page customization. It's design tool must be made more intuitive with increased drag and drop function which is often required.

It's intelligent ability makes content more engaging and subsequentially determines immediate intresting content for the user. This make sales more aligned leading to better outreach. For me it accelerates sales cycle and marketing campaign.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

ChatFactory makes it easy for sellers to find the right content for the right person in the right stage of the buying journey  Adding a templated content experience in the flow is genius as it allows sellers to package up several pieces of content (in whatever format it is published in - video, blog, case study, sell sheet etc) to the customer. With another ChatFactory Agent built into the content experience, it allows buyers/customers to self-educate without having or wanting to talk to sales.  The insights in the back end help refine our content strategy, ICP and targeting.  This is a must have in the revenue technology stack.  It's easy to implement and the support from the team has been amazing.  The integrations with 6sense and Hubspot ensure any ABM motions we are pushing are also as personalized as we want from 1:1 experiences through to 1:many.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

You need to be disciplined and consistent in the metadata that you have for each asset for it to be truly powerful.  A consistent tagging taxonomy, universally applied on all creative, content and campaigns ensures measurability and performance of PathFactory in totality.

We all know that B2B buyers self educate and have a vendor in mind before they reach out to that specific vendor.  PathFactory is helping to educate and inform buyers PLUS helping our team find the right content to assist in nurturing relationships with prospects and customers.

PathFactory has expanded beyond its core strength of creating unified, customized content journeys. In 2025, it introduced Snowflake AI Data Cloud integration for real-time insights, enhanced its ChatFactory tool with smarter conversations and agent cloning, and launched website tools offering Netflix-style AI recommendations. With improved UX, deeper analytics like download tracking and device insights, and partnerships such as Resulticks for real-time personalization, PathFactory backed by fresh investment from Vertu Capital is evolving into a powerful growth engine for B2B marketing teams.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

PathFactory could improve by modernizing its UI for both visitors and admins, streamlining navigation, and making the platform more intuitive for new users. Optimizing the speed and responsiveness of exit-intent messages would also boost engagement, while clearer onboarding could reduce the learning curve.

You can consider it over vimeo, as it has better journey design.

1. Content assets are difficult to manage, specifically in B2B scenarios as the customer side keeps on changing, so pathfactory does manage that.
2. You do not have to worry about the journey mapping.
3. Content suggestions is something they can work more on using better AI algorithms.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

PathFactory enables us to curate a collection of assets—such as videos, documents, and webpages—into a seamless customer journey presented on a single page with a left-hand navigation. This setup allows users to binge through content effortlessly, moving from one asset to the next. Additionally, we can trigger pop-ups to keep users engaged within the journey or to capture leads via embedded content forms.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

I’d love to see a future integration with AEM that allows the use of AEM-hosted media directly within PathFactory journeys, eliminating the need to upload assets separately. Additionally, while the analytics section is quite valuable, it currently takes time for metrics to refresh. Another usability issue is that settings are reset when navigating between tabs, requiring users to reconfigure their reports each time.

The ability to create Content Playlist that can be leveraged for any demend gen campaigns is great.

Running personalisation is cumbersome. I would like to see the feature where the PF identifies the contact via SFDC ID.

It had helped us to drive business by creating one to one and one to few personalised pages for ABM campaigns.

I still like that PathFactory offers flexible options for providing different content options, and their customer service and account management is beyond excellent. 

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

Ultimately, my issue with PathFactory remains on the technical side - it has issues performing with Google Tag Manager, which creates performance issues, and can still present as a DAM rather than a distribution system. The GTM issue prevents load time, and is blocking adoption within my organization.

PathFactory allows us to segue from different pieces of content and still gather viewer information. This allows us to curate information in the best way possible for users.

The themed collections of content help keep visitors engaged beyond the landing page or marketing asset being shared.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

The ability to look at cohorts or segments of businesses based on custom attributes is limited. While it is a great tool for our customer teams to look at individually influenced activity, it's harder to get that same value at scale.

It's a great way to share our content along with related content and/or a content journey that helps guide visitors down the funnel towards sales. It also ties together anonymous visitors and known users wherever that data might already be available.

They have great customer support team who are knowledgeable and willing to go extra mile to help you succeed.

PathFactory offers a variety of options when you want to get relevant content in front of a prospect or customers eyes with one click from an email.  The customer success managers are also great at meeting with you regularly and ensuring questions are answered.

The downsides of PathFactory is the reporting gets skewed from bot clicks quite often.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

Ease in content management: Strong content hub that simplified loading and tagging assets to make it easy, from an admin perspective, for me to push relevant content to prospects and customers on the company channels.

Targeted Content Experience: With Pathfactory, focused content experiences are enabled to drive lead generation, especially when I create targeted content in several languages for different regions like NA, Europe, APAC, and so on and so forth. It has been 2 years since I have worked on this platform, and I just love it.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

Initial learning curve: In actual, the setup is a bit overwhelming at the very start,, but going through their training made it easier for me and my team to adapt and get the most out of it.
Reporting: Sometimes, data inconsistencies between Pathfactory and tools like Google ads/analytics make campaign measurement inconsistent.

**What problems is PathFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking: Pathfactory has given me great insight into what each asset and its every prospect viewed and how long they spent with this granularity. My company sales team can tailor their communication on specific products in which that prospect has interest.

This has been such an instrumental tool in building our content marketing operation, which helped us grow our engagement rate exponentially, plus lead generation.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

- The support team! Mohit is our SE, the most diligent, and helpful, and always goes above and beyond for our requests. And, the rest of the CSM team (Laura and Craig). Shout out to the team. This has helped us tremendously to move fast since day 1
- Real-time account engagement on the website. Unlike other enrichment tools that give insights on third-party sources, this is a combination of first- and third-party insights.
- Customized content playlists and microsites. 
- Sales visibility on Account Engagement as well. We enabled both Sales and Marketing to use these tools to provide better nurturing while gaining a better understanding of customers' needs.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

- Don't have native integration with Hubspot (send data via Webhook)
- Analytic tools need improvements =>  The team has to build custom reports
- Not a dislike but some of the old features are no longer available
- Microsite for sales cannot re-edit.

**What problems is PathFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure when and which account to prioritize => Gain real time account engagement
Not sure which content that's performing and waste time producing more content => Gain content engagement

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

PathFactory makes uploading, updating, and organizing content easy! They also have great reporting and a salesforce integration that helps you track the impact assets have on deals.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

PathFactory is a bit of a learning curve. Implementation was a bit of a challenge, as there's a lot of getting used to with their platform. However, they have recently updated their UX and their help center and support is very very good!

PathFactory helps us educate our customers and move them down the sales funnel. With PathFactory we can provide multiple different target audiences experiences specific to their industries, or their job role's challenges and guide them to understanding how our solution can benefit them.

The interface isn't laid-out well, even with the new design, leading to a lot of searching
Their Salesforce integration could use some work, though their Marketo integration is great

PathFactory helps us quickly create content experiences for use in ABM and other marketing campaigns.
We create microsites, primarily for ABM, as well as "target tracks", that allow us to present multiple pieces of content to visitors, for us in nurture sequences, email campaigns, etc.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

Usability within the tool is great and the analytics are extremely thorough. It's easy to pull self-service reports of whatever you need quickly and download them to a CSV - they also have a direct integration with 6sense and Marketo, which allows us to leverage both of these datasets when doing content consumption and efficacy analysis. Good governance over tagging and content input as well.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

Product differentiations between tracks, explore pages, micro sites, content playlists and templates experiences have a lot of overlapping  features with unclear use cases.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

Our Pathfactory analytics enable us to gather valuable insights, allowing users to accelerate their qualification process by consuming more content in one sitting while we have their attention, effectively capitalizing on the opportunity. SUPER user friendly too!

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

We've used the templated experiences for some of our campaign programs - I wish we had more module/template options. Also, we've had a few form issues with our systems not recognizing Pathfactory's known visitors. But the technical team at Pathfactory has been ON IT and helping us out.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

PathFactory is super easy to use, and an incredibly useful. I love that we can see if our content is reasonating with prospects and that they can easily binge content if they want. I create landing pages for case studies, thematic blog round-ups, and even our newsletter. The average time on page is an awesome metric.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

The metrics aren't always perfect, but they're reliable enough.

Marketo insights are basically nonexistent, so PathFacctory makes up for that. I can see how many page vistiors we get, how long they visit, and if they click through other assets. In email marketing you cannot assume a prospect will naviagte back to your email after clicking...PathFactory solves that by making your email a real destination.

Definitely the account manager and the support team. They always help us identify and solve problems but are also very proactive and help us implement new or valuable features. They always provide step-by-step instructions on how we can get the most out of our experience. As for the platform, we love how we can create different tracks for different types of customers and prospects and we love the integration with our website which offers personalized content to our visitors.

The insights and analytics are beneficial and easy to interpret. We rely on these for many of our metrics internally. Sales really like being able to see nos of readers as well as the total engagement time. 
Curated pages are easy enough to create and share, which is awesome, and as such PF is our go-to tool for content storage and sharing.

I possibly do not use it enough! I suspect there's functionality I am unaware of, so perhaps a hints and tips email/ helper in the application itself might be nice.

It's a great tool to provide additional content segmentation, given that it has robust analytics and makes it easy to provide recommendations for which content piece to see next for users checking out your site. 

I would recommend it to companies with a relatively robust content program looking to further their ABM and segmentation efforts.

I haven't found any downsides in my use of it so far! The interface is pretty easy to use, and I also appreciate the 6sense integration for additional analytics.

Having a tool that not only helps you with engagement but also a tool that helps deploy gated forms in web pages and having analytics that can show how many accounts are showing intent that's amazing!

I will say the way the scheduling works, as I work in a big company, for us data is everything, so I schedule reports to go out weekly and to search them. That's the tricky part. It would be great if they could develop a search tool, so we can explore the report with the naming convention so it can be easier to schedule and de-schedule them.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

PathFactory makes it easy to group related assets and share as sort of miniature landing pages. It takes a good bit of fine-tuning to make them look good, but once there, they're acceptable.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

The analytics are often unreliable, but there are workarounds. We've had to lean on our internal web dev and PF technical resources to make things look good enough to share/make the appearances fit with our brand.

**What problems is PathFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PathFactory eases the dev lift to keep fresh content in front of audiences, and the tracks make it relatively easy to rotate assets in and out as they are relevant. Personalization is easy if you use a good ABM tool with audience-building capabilities.

**What do you like best about PathFactory?**

PathFactory tracking has done wonders with our data tracking. We have PF data integrated with our Tableau dashboards which gives insight to our entire marketing team.

**What do you dislike about PathFactory?**

It is very difficult to keep up with best practices surrounding the multiple aspects of the platform, especially taking over managing the platform from someone before me. It's hard to balance maintaining best practice in every area.
Additionally, I've been very confused with how PathFactory can be altered to earn GDPR compliance.

**What problems is PathFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past it was difficult to understand what assets performed well and which didn't. With PathFactory, we gain a much better understanding of what content pieces resonate with our target market.
