What do you like best about PathFactory?

The easiest part of PathFactory is adding content to a page from your library. Very simple to upload pieces into your library and drop them into any explore path or path you've already built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

Overall the look is very different than your website. While you can still have pop up forms it's lacking in some branding options. It is very apparent that you are in a third party tool when you land on a pathfactory page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PathFactory:

If you have the content, this is a great library tool and easy for anyone to use and create pages. If you want something custom you're going to want to look elsewhere or build it yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PathFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly top of the funnel and educational content to fresh prospects. If the first content piece is good we give them everything right there, they don't need to get lost in the navigation of the site or in a different blog category to try and find another piece of content. What do you like best about PathFactory?

Our CS team has helped us roll out different phases of the platform with KPIs keeping us moving forward dynamically with every step. As subject matter experts, they have given us thorough QBRs with thoughtful action plans after the data has been analyzed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

The roadmap and features are not discussed. For example, why can't I have images on the side of my target track but only reccomend? Why is scheduling automated reporting so buggy and non-user friendly? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support I receive. Pathfactory team teaches me to use the tool, but doesn't hesitate to help us get the job done when needed. They are willing to act as an extension of our team, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had some IT security issues internally, which blocked the tool from being visible when you were on the company network. What do you like best about PathFactory?

What do you like best about PathFactory?

The content tracks they provide are okay, but the amount of steps it takes to set them up is kind of ridiculous. They should really invest in their UI to make things more seamless for marketers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

Their UI looks like it's from the 1990s, the number of clicks it takes to add content into the library, creating a track, or creating Explore pages is ridiculous. They really should get their UI Team on making this product better/faster for marketers. Implementation took 10 calls with multiple specialists because our account manager was new. The support articles they would send us were so out of date they said lookbook which was their old brand name. Our account manager was a joke...he never looked at his previous notes and would get on a call with us and ask us if we had already launched, "Uh, yeah dude like three months ago. I've told you this at least three times." Now they've gotten rid of account managers so we'll see how that goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have a technical team that can code and figure out this messy tool go for it. If you're looking for something simple this is not the tool for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool itself has been a tremendous help in our marketing efforts. We use PathFactory to deliver a frictionless experience for our site visitors. Users self-educate by binging on our content and then they raise their hand when they are ready to engage. The best part, all of their engagement is tracked and viewable by sales.
