What do you like best about PathFactory?

Finally a platform to collect, manage and share your content. But not only, what I appreciate the most of PathFactory until now are the functionalities available to collect leads from any content you already have available (whitepaper, video, blog article). Just upload it into the platform, activate the handraiser form that pops-up proactively when a visitor is viewing your content and start collecting leads. Is that simple!

Also, I really appreciate their customer support (not sure you can even call). PF account executive follows-up with the team regularly to make sure they support our campaigns in the best way possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

Analytics never match precisely Marketo's analytics, and that creates a bit of confusion some times. Also, I would prefered if the analytics could show the results in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

PathFactory is excellent for helping to nurture and educate prospects and customers much quicker than email cadences. There are so many use cases, from content binging, ABM pages, organizing resources on your website and tracking all content analytics to understand what is working and what's not.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

I like that we can guide the asset journey for a prospect or customer. Allowing the customization of the look and feel of the platform is great. The analytics are great too! What do you like best about PathFactory?

PathFactory fills a clear gap in the Martech stack that helps us efficiently deploy "smart" content assets in a highly targeted manner. Our initial use case was to stand-up targeted content on PathFactory to support demand gen efforts, we preferred the content experience on PathFactory to single offer landing pages, and the time required to stand up new new sections on the .com site. We had great results with this use case and we found several other use cases within our segment. Other teams began to adopt for similar. Next up will be PathFactory Web Tools to begin integrating PathFactory capabilities across the .com site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

Paths are super easy to build and a nice way to create a curated selection of content for any specific user type. The Nook provides valuable and helpful training and how-to help for when you're new to the tool and just getting started. The support team has been very helpful and responsive! What do you dislike about PathFactory?

The mobile-friendliness and responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired. I expected explore pages to work like drag-and-drop builder landing pages but they are more restrictive and limiting (yes, you can use microsites). What do you like best about PathFactory?

The easiest part of PathFactory is adding content to a page from your library. Very simple to upload pieces into your library and drop them into any explore path or path you've already built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PathFactory?

Overall the look is very different than your website. While you can still have pop up forms it's lacking in some branding options. It is very apparent that you are in a third party tool when you land on a pathfactory page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PathFactory?

Our CS team has helped us roll out different phases of the platform with KPIs keeping us moving forward dynamically with every step. As subject matter experts, they have given us thorough QBRs with thoughtful action plans after the data has been analyzed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
