There are quite a bit of functions that Orum has that can help drive up activities for sales teams. If you are using Orum for cold outreach to prospective clients, you can bust through calls quickly. The integration with our salesloft would often times not move someone through a call cadence. Maybe there's just something missing but I haven't had the best experience with it. We are a sales agency and we initially signed up for Orum to provide an extension of our call efforts using Outreach. It works as intended as a power dialer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Orum? Bad connect rates. We've tried several sales tools over the years and Orum gives us one of the worst connect rates. I know their numbers are purchased from Vonage. They swear the numbers are not flagged as spam and have an internal method of showing this. However, we have tested Orum against other tools with local dial sets. The local dial sets outperform Orum by A LOT. We are getting on avg 1-3% connect rate with Orum. With our other tools, it's 6-10%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
