## Pocus Reviews
  ### 1. Frustrating Setup, Slow CRM Sync

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabelle S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus is good for sending out of the box tailored messages to mid priority accounts that you don’t want to spend a lot of time on. They can make changes and tailor the dashboard to you fairly quickly. There are a lot of issues, but once I voice them, they do their best to fix them.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

I don’t like it. 2 stars at BEST. It does not refresh with our CRM nearly fast enough. It requires a lot of tinkering. Its company website feature isn’t good - it doesn’t tell you what page they were on, and there’s no way to make it an ad-hoc notification. It doesn’t sync with your CRM more than once a day, meaning when you add a lead to Salesforce, you can’t use the Pocus email feature until 24 hours later. The data is poor and inaccurate. It will say someone new got hired at a company (they didn’t). It recommends us to reach out to people completely out of our ICP. It doesn’t acknowledge if we previously spoke with a lead. A lot of challenges setting it up.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pocus is useful for sending tailored messages to mid-priority accounts, and I appreciate their effort to address issues once reported. They also tailor the dashboard quickly to user needs.

  ### 2. Great tool for use cases beyond selling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily C. | Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

As a customer marketer, I love the versatility of Pocus. Generating lists is easier than pulling a Salesforce report, and I appreciate that because it connects with so many other tools and data sources, I can make some pretty fantastic custom workflows. The team at Pocus is also very responsive and helpful in walking me through different use cases and fixing my workflows if I screw up.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Since the tool is really meant for more sales enablement and sales campaigns, it doesn't have some of the integrations that would make my work a little easier as a customer marketer (for example, integrations with G2, Sendoso, etc.). This is primarily because I'm using it a little off-label, though.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Pocus to help generate lists and playbooks to target customers for advocacy activity. For example, I have a playbook to invite new users with high product engagement who are associated with a more mature account to leave a G2 review. The workflow connects directly to an Outreach sequence. We're also using it to build campaigns to make it easier for account teams to invite customers to participate in surveys by building playbooks associated with SFDC campaigns.

  ### 3. A Game-Changer for Pipeline Generation and Personalized Prospecting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Billy A. | Senior Cyber Security Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

What I like best about Pocus is how user-friendly the platform is, it makes it easy to navigate and get value quickly. It also syncs seamlessly with our other CRMs like Outreach and HubSpot, which saves a ton of time. Their customer success team is very hands-on and supportive, and the AI features are great for helping generate personalized messaging at scale.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

While the platform itself is great, the data on companies and employees can often be inaccurate. I find myself needing to qualify most of the leads that come through, and at times I’m provided with companies I’m already actively working with, which makes the process less efficient.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pocus helps me keep track of high-intent leads - whether they’ve gone through our free trial, are older deals that need revisiting, or new opportunities that pop up. It makes sure I’m not losing touch with prospects I should be engaging, and it keeps my outreach organized and timely.

  ### 4. Compelling AI-First platform for Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** aaina a. | Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus delivers a compelling AI-first platform for sales teams, especially where efficiency, quick deployment, and meaningful insights matter most. Its strengths lie in:

Unified flow: consolidating data and workflows in one place.

Smart intelligence: offering relevant context and suggestions powered by AI.

Ease of use & support: rivaling and even surpassing legacy giants like Salesforce in user experience.

However, if your team needs deep CRM functionality or advanced pipeline management, you may still want to complement Pocus or use it alongside a more traditional CRM product.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Steep learning curve and onboarding complexity, Potential integration and performance issues that one could encounter.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Listing account in specific category playbooks
- Sending Alerts on Daily Basis.
- New Sign-Up Alerts
Basically, Pocus cuts down the time I used to spend switching between tools and doing manual research. Now, I get prioritized accounts and ready-to-use account plans in one place, which helps me focus on the right opportunities and ultimately close deals faster.

  ### 5. PG Tool of the Future

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura G. | Senior Pipeline Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus has helped transform our outbound engine! From being able to highlight internal data signals that show AEs/CSMs/SDRs where the smoke is, to the AI Agent and AI strategy features saving our reps hours of time researching accounts and prospects. The tool has also improved workflow ten fold and helps me just to enable on a handful of tools instead of just so many. Their customer support is also phenomenal! I'm also not a highly technical person and it's super easy to use once you get it figured out.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

We run into bugs a lot but the team is really quick to right-size it when notified!

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating our vendor tech stack and various external and internal sources to one single source of truth. As well as helping do research in a way that aligns with the way we go about our process of account and pg planning, I love how customizable the AI component is.

  ### 6. Nothing Short of Magic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damian L. | Business Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

It helps consolidate every bit of information I need to be successful at my role. It compiles lists and allows for easy filtering no matter the database you are pulling from. The AI portion of account reviews are actually changing the game and it might not be a direct outreach tool but it is very near close. Allowing for playbooks and listing at the preferences of the user is so huge - you can draw out more than you thought was possible and help connect dots between data. This makes not only my job easier but my life as well, if that means anything. Customer support is always attentive and ready to chat might I add - very thoughtful org. I use it every day and will continue to do so.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

The downsides are few between nothing and the off chances that screen time affects the loading quality of accounts. I am really trying to come up with something here but if it was anything, it would be that. If you are on the site long enough with no activity (inactive tabs), if you come back nothing loads. But hey, honestly that is a me problem - I have no other gripes.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating data and making it more digest-able as well as actionable as a sales professional.

  ### 7. POCUS makes it EASY to strategize your day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily L. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus allows me to approach my book of business with strategy!! It saves so much time to organize accounts into playbooks and add them to email/call sequences. It's so nice to be able to track key indicators that an account needs contact.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Sometimes Pocus shows me playbooks that are not applicable to me, but that may be more of an issue with my own sales org.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

POCUS identifies trends in my accounts that would warrant contact, and notifies me which accounts need to be contacted based on data. For example, POCUS will let me know if an account has added new users, or if there has not been a meeting in 4+ months, etc. My BoB is massive, and there's no way I could keep track of everything myself. Pocus helps me to understand where I should be spending my time.

  ### 8. End-to-end prospecting, solved

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa R. | GTM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus is very configurable, so it can meet the needs of different GTM roles/departments really well. e.g. SDRs/AEs can have playbooks for finding new accounts, and CSMs/AMs can have different playbooks to monitor and grow existing accounts. They've also branched out to surface leads from LinkedIn and are integrating AI more and more, so it's only getting better. It's almost at the point of being able to eliminate other prospecting tools like Apollo or Sales Nav, but not quite. I'd give it ~6 months.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

They are still relatively early, so there are a lot of "nice to have" features or quality of life improvements that don't exist yet. Sometimes it seems like it takes a lot of clicks to get what you're looking for.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of free users sign up for our product, but we need to prioritize very specifically. Pocus has allowed us to orchestrate our gtm motion so that reps get alerted about the right people and accounts at the right times and don't need to sift through any data to get there. Integrations with Outreach, CRM, and LinkedIn make it easy to connect all the data and reduce switching back and forth too much.

  ### 9. It's pretty good

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer P. | RevOps, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

UI of Pocus makes non-data people connect with product data pretty quickly without a ton of technical skill. Our experience with the CS team has been great and they have helped us build some good playbooks and in 1 case, build a papercut to a feature we use that was lacking an extra step.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Can still be tricky to set up filters on lists and playbooks to make them run how you would expect them to based on product signals. Makes us always need to review and re-review the same data over and over. We spend a lot of time hunting for the right field because each playbook never feels perfectly dialed in.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives our Customer Success team the ability to see product analytics about customers in their book with health scoring. Some lead outreach based on product data.

  ### 10. Great updated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Virginia K. | AE mid-market, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

I always liked Pocus, but the new AI strategy updates for companies and contacts is fantastic.
As an AE, it used to take a really long time to prep for effective outreach that was personalized and relevant, and also prepping for disco and demo calls.
With Pocus AI, I easily find up-to-date info about the company and contact to help me stand out to prospects and demonstrate that they matter and their time is valuable.
The playbooks are also great and since we are connected to Pocus via slack they are amazingly quick at actioning requests for updates.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

It can be a tad cumbersome to get to a company page

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me identify signals from people and companies to help tailor my outreach strategy and which accounts to prioritize.

  ### 11. Top PLG Automation Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Great, responsive support team who has helped when we've encountered bugs or needed assistance with setup on different features

Ability create playbooks pulling from various data sources is super simple once onboarded.

Inbox view is a great way to organize your team's leads/tasks, along with the action customization per playbook. Additionally, the ability for the Inbox to be embedded into Salesforce is HUGE.

Ability to push updates/new data into salesforce, generate tasks, and create records is great.

Workflow builder allows us build more complex playbooks and actions based on lead qualification

Ability to create custom fields to detect trends in data/event usage is awesome

Recent AI additions are powerful for account and lead-level background research, messaging and more - especially if you team is focused on outbound or multi-threading accounts.

List building (and sharing) functionality is simple to use and great for compiling data together quickly (rather then doing it in salesforce, etc)

Native integrations with Gong Engage/Salesforce/Slack , etc are simple to use.

----

As a high volume inbound team, Pocus has allowed us to create playbooks to surface the right prospects at the right time. It has also allowed us to create a variety of automated programs via their native integrations. We have not regretted our investment, and is a tools we utilize every single day in our process.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

+Lack the ability to ingest events directly from Segment (must connect through something like a Snowflake table).

+Lead scoring model is a bit rigid in customization, but still very useful

+ Can be buggy at times, but support team is very responsive in fixing promptly

+ In-platform reporting is basic, especially on the user level (playbook level is good, but only can see up to past 30 days)

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfacing the right prospects, at the right time in the journey with our product.

It allows our team to focus their time on the right people, and not just a call list.

We can also setup automations to reach out to lower priority leads.

  ### 12. Easy to learn, quick to value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt A. | Strategic Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

It's a great daily read to keep a handle on everything happening in my accounts. The real power is in the integrations and the ease at which I can find information on new leads, new potential targets. Looking for prospects in geo locations used to be very tedious and now it's a breeze with Pocus

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Not much. There is a lot on the roadmap. I have high confidence in this product team.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I rely on Pocus for Account alerts and notifications. It's also allowed me to get a lot more structured around finding specific people and roles. This saves tons of time and allows me to better use other tools like Outreach

  ### 13. Demystifying prospecting/account planning in an age where prospecting can be difficult...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus has completely flipped how our BDR team thinks about go-to-market motion. surfacing high-intent accounts or reps working the wrong leads felt like searching for a needle in previous roles, now it’s like someone handed us a metal detector. We’re able to operationalize product signals, CRM activity, and rep workflows in one place, without waiting on RevOps to pull another dashboard. That’s a game-changer. Insights are actionable and timely, not “interesting but inert”.

Their CSM/support team is genuinely out of this world - Janetta + Hana answer our questions in 10-15 minutes and it feels like they work at our company with how much they've been able to heavy lift for our org. Their product team works faster than any other product team I've worked with and they've shipped requested features within a quarter.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Not much, honestly. No real mobile experience yet, which would be nice to have?

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to spend hours pulling together spreadsheets, segmenting accounts, and guessing which leads to prioritize at other companies. Pocus automates that entire workflow. It surfaces product-qualified leads/prospects that I've identified as important, enriches data in real time, and makes it easy for reps to take action on one dashboard.

  ### 14. Sales Development Rep

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex R. | Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Ease of use & the compatibility with Outreach.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

The lack of memory within the AI agent and session storage.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me find the right leads and accounts to go after. Aka helping me spend my time wisely.

  ### 15. A Must-Have for ADRs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee B. | Enterprise Account Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus has been a game-changer for my workflow as an ADR! It helps me quickly find and prioritize the best leads without spending hours digging through data. The insights are super clear, and the playbooks make outreach feel so much more strategic.

Since using Pocus, I’ve closed more deals and saved tons of time—it’s honestly become a go-to tool for me. If you’re in sales and want to work smarter, you’ve got to check it out!

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

While Pocus is super helpful, there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start. It took me some time to fully understand all the features and customize it to my workflow. I’d love to see even more in-app tips or tutorials to make onboarding smoother.

Other than that, it’s a solid tool, and any minor hiccups are far outweighed by the value it brings!

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pocus makes it easy to identify and prioritize the best leads, which used to take me forever with spreadsheets and scattered tools.

  ### 16. Pocus is Amazing and the new updates are very intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick T. | Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

What I like best about Pocus is its intuitive data capabilities and ease of access. It transforms complex datasets into easy-to-understand representations, allowing me to quickly sequence users and add them to my crm without going through a lot of technical steps. Additionally, its seamless integration with other tools in our tech stack means we can leverage our existing data infrastructure without any disruption. This combination of user-friendly design and powerful analytics makes Pocus a standout solution for improving speed in a sales environment where it's a high volume game

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

One thing I’ve noticed about Pocus, and it’s honestly a testament to its strength, is that it’s so feature-rich and efficient that it can sometimes feel like I’m only scratching the surface of what it’s capable of. I dislike that I haven’t fully tapped into its potential yet—there’s so much it offers, and I want to make sure I’m leveraging every tool and insight it provides to maximize results. It’s less a critique of Pocus and more of a personal challenge to keep up with its capabilities!

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation and data visualization with app integrations

  ### 17. A PG Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan S. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Pocus solves so many challenges when it comes to PG. Historically It was a very manual process of trying to get insights on user data and then trying to pull those users into a tool like outreach to message. In the past that has looked like exporting SFDC reports to Excel to manipulate, digging through tableau dashboards that take forever to load, and then trying to figure out from there what signals actually mean something.

Now with Pocus, I have predetermined signals that easily pull the right users so I can immediately take action and email them. This has improved my daily efficiency because a task I didn't have time to do daily or even weekly because it would take 2-3 hours, can now be done in under 60 seconds. Further, it allows me to get even more creative and tailored with new ideas on signals I can reach out to prospects about, making my PG even more tailored. A game changer for sure!

Plus their AI insights is such a time saver! I love being able to see from my calendar via the pocus extension AI insights about the inbound lead who just got booked on my calendar. Now I can have more calls a day because the prep time for each call takes less time!

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Only a small change, specific to how it integrates with Outreach. Sometimes I don't want to sequence a user(s) but would like to tag them in outreach. Would love it if I could easily do that from Pocus as one of the action options.

This also could be possible, but not set up by our sales ops team internally.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of time it takes to dig through data to find the prospects I need to message. Pocus saves me at least an hour a day, but likely more and because of that saved time I'm now able to do more with my PG blocks than ever before.

  ### 18. Great tool - occasionally a little buggy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

The UI is very easy to use and it's great at surfacing insights that would have otherwise required tons and ton of report running and manual work.

The playbooks are great + very easy to use.

Great integrations with SFDC and Outreach.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

It can be buggy - we had an issue where all of our reps with 1-2 weeks without getting anything in our playbooks. Also dealt with an issue where all of the data was masked for a few days when it obviously shouldn't have been.

I'm an end user so I cannot speak to the level of customer success but their support team has been solid.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy as a PLG sales rep to find which accounts are leveraging the product and I should therefore reach out to.

  ### 19. Pocus Review - Redis

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

I love the smart map feature and being able to select contacts from different parts of the organization.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Serves up low quality leads sometimes of people that don't fall under my SFDC attached records

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use and import directly to outreach, cuts out that extra step we were taking before of importing to Apollo. Love the AI summary and decreasing the time it takes for account research

  ### 20. Easy to use and powerful for sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

Great way of seeing who is using your software, and gaining clarity into how much time they're spending in it, who is using it, how much they're paying etc. Very good for product qualifying leads in order to upsell. It currently makes up at least an hour or so if my day, so usage is frequent and value is there.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Sometimes there can be slowness or bugs if you are using the tool for an extended period of time or completing a large volume of actions.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows a much more targeted approach to 'cold' outbounding, as it makes it a lot warmer. Having direct access to email addresses, usage etc of self-serve customers makes the upsell to Enterprise a lot easier.

  ### 21. Increased efficiency in workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gracie O. | Product Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

I prefer having all my playbooks within Pocus, as it helps keep me organized and efficient, especially when managing sales and prioritizing low-hanging fruit. With Pocus plays, I can easily revisit deals directly from there, eliminating the need to manually sift through all the deals I've worked on in Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Recently, it's been a bit glitchy. Specifically, when I try to enroll a step into the next sequence, it often fails the first couple of times until I exit the play and go back in. It’s not a major issue, just a minor inconvenience.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in sales, where we consistently handle a high volume of leads. Pocus has been a game-changer, automating much of the manual work I used to do and saving me a significant amount of time. Its curated playbooks provide a reliable resource to fall back on, streamlining my workflow.

There is nothing specific that I dislike about Pocus

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is helping me sort through in bound leads

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

This might be a permissions thing related to how our business has poker set up, but I wish that all of the account views filtering and fields were able to be saved as my personal one every time I look up an account.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Focus solve the problem of us as a sales team having no idea what the end users are actually doing in their workspaces and how much they were using ClickUp and who was using it.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabella D. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

As a BDR, I use Pocus integrated with Salesforce for lead prioritization, and it has been an incredibly valuable tool. It allows me to quickly identify inbound leads and streamline the contact process by effectively prioritizing them based on their level of urgency. Additionally, it organizes leads on a daily basis, helping me maintain a structured workflow focused on the most relevant opportunities. It's a solution that truly optimizes my time and improves my results

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Sometimes it gives me leads that are duplicated; it doesn’t manage to identify that it’s the same lead.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pocus is helping me with lead prioritization: It removes the guesswork from deciding which leads to focus on by ranking them based on urgency and relevance. Instead of manually sifting through inbound leads, Pocus organizes and prioritizes them daily, making the process much faster and more streamlined.

  ### 26. Great leads and easy to use! Would recommend for sales teams!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie G. | Senior Cyber Security Executive , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

I love that I can see which leads are hot and worth my time. Additionally, I am a big fan of the AI insights for each company. These Insights pull relevant information about the company that you can tailor into personalized outreach for your prospects. Overall great tool!

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

So far my only compliant is that the connection to Outreach can be slow.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing us when our leads are hot and visiting one of our competitors pages!

  ### 27. Reclaiming my time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Pocus?**

I love that it has all the insights in one place. I can do account research, see contacts, usage, spend, and more all in one place. It's an amazing tool for outreach and easy to use. The fact that I can also sequence contacts directly from the platform or see their linkedin pages is also a huge game changer.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

It would be awesome if there was a way to pull in contacts from other places, not just admin panel for colder outreach. I also wish there was a way to see more on the account level instead of playbooks only applying to contacts. This would help me be more strategic and help me keep track of which accts have already been touched. The last thing, would be to make sure that all the contacts are tied to my accounts- more than once I've sequenced someone from a pocus playbook that was not mine to contact.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

consolidating strategy to one place- I much prefer to use pocus than having to look in multiple places to gather all the necessary information/sequencing. This saves me time, energy, and sanity.

  ### 28. Pocus has become a tool that I use on a daily basis as a BDR

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny P. | Business Development Representative (BDR), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

- Pocus AI: Gamechanger for me! Saves me a lot of time in the research fase + great to have this in the same place as where I bulk enroll my leads.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

There is not much I dislike about Pocus. When you activate a lot of filters, the loading takes long or can even freeze.

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Pocus solves for me is that before I used to wasted a lot of time to enroll multiple leads (10-20) at the same time. Pocus saves me a lot of time and together with their AI functionalities my research and messages get a boost as well.

  ### 29. Great for viewing and leveraging data

Overall, Pocus is a practical tool for streamlining data management and automation.

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

On the downside, there is a bit of a learning curve, especially when it comes to setting up custom goals and playbooks. Some users may need additional support to get everything configured correctly.

Data visualzation and proactive alert signaling

  ### 30. Great for analyzing Accounts, workspaces, User Roles , great tool for prospecting

The ability to determine what accounts, workspaces and users to target very easily. Draft prospecting emails using AI, finding numbers and determining who to reach out to based on usage

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Can take some time to get used too. For me a month or two to really get in the weeds with the platform

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Find strong leads to reach out
Bulk loading leads into sequences
Pocus Ai cuts out the time spent on admin

I am not necessarily a power user, but I struggle with the breakdown of the lists vs playbooks. Additionally, I wish I could email right from pocus as opposed to getting routed back into gmail

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing who to target via email and why, when we receive triggers that someone is using the product, it routes to a playbook in pocus for me to easily outreach to them

**What do you dislike about Pocus?**

Sometimes Pocus can be buggy or have delays. I commonly notice a disconnect between Pocus, Salesforce, and outreach

**What problems is Pocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pocus is allowing us to see recent sign ups, power users, and the last time someone from our sales team reached out- so this allows us to source leads on who would be good prospects to reach out to.
