
Pocus is good for sending out of the box tailored messages to mid priority accounts that you don’t want to spend a lot of time on. They can make changes and tailor the dashboard to you fairly quickly. There are a lot of issues, but once I voice them, they do their best to fix them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t like it. 2 stars at BEST. It does not refresh with our CRM nearly fast enough. It requires a lot of tinkering. Its company website feature isn’t good - it doesn’t tell you what page they were on, and there’s no way to make it an ad-hoc notification. It doesn’t sync with your CRM more than once a day, meaning when you add a lead to Salesforce, you can’t use the Pocus email feature until 24 hours later. The data is poor and inaccurate. It will say someone new got hired at a company (they didn’t). It recommends us to reach out to people completely out of our ICP. It doesn’t acknowledge if we previously spoke with a lead.
