## NetSuite Reviews
  ### 1. Promised Scalability, Delivered Frustration

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel A. | Head of Finance, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I liked most about NetSuite was the initial promise. It presents itself as a platform capable of supporting the long term scaling of a growing international business, which made it seem like the right strategic choice when evaluating future growth and operational complexity

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The base license covers very little, and many essential capabilities require additional paid modules or third party tools. Basic financial workflows lack automation, integrations are difficult, and reporting is limited. Many processes remain manual unless significant development resources or costly customization are added.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We originally selected NetSuite to anchor and standardize financial and operational processes in preparation for international expansion. However, due to the challenges encountered during implementation, the system never went live, so it ultimately did not deliver any tangible benefits to our organization.

  ### 2. The Ultimate All-in-One Scalable ERP Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I like best about NetSuite is how it serves as a unified platform that scales alongside our business. The UI is highly intuitive, allowing for personalized dashboard that provide real-time visibility. Its robust performance and seamless integrations have significantly streamlined our workflows, ensuring high ROI by automating complex financial tasks. Additionally, the onboarding and support teams were instrumental in our successful transition as well as the new intelligence features.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

When downloading the Excel files from NetSuite, it's challenging to always have to change the file type to a usable format. This is an extra step for all reports that I have to download from NetSuite.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite has eliminated our data silos by unifying financials, fixed asset, and all of our reports into a single platform. Centralizing all of our important monthly tasks into one location is key for an efficient and effective close.

  ### 3. Powerful Financial Tool with Room for Reporting Efficiency

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara J. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite to be a very powerful tool. It's our go-to place where everything is set up as the repository for all of our financial data, which allows us to pull reports and have it be our source of truth.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes when we try to pull the types of reports that we need, it takes a very long time because we have to go line item by line item and pull the data, so it can take hours to run. So that's very frustrating. We also don't have our scripts set up very well right now and have to do a lot of manual data manipulation and then re-upload it into NetSuite.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite provides financial visibility, allowing my finance team to access necessary reports and insights. It's our source of truth for all financial data, helping us track revenue and accounts receivable. It's a powerful tool that centralizes and organizes our financial operations.

  ### 4. NetSuite: Improving the way business is done

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I really like how everything connects within one system—General Ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and more. The global search is also a big plus for me because it helps me quickly find what I’m looking for. The interface is well laid out, and the customizable dashboards for different roles are especially helpful. It also seems like there are many modules you can add to better support specific business needs. Overall, it’s great to see how many platforms integrate directly with NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There hasn’t been much for me to dislike about NetSuite overall. That said, I do think the standard reporting could be a bit more robust. At times, I also wish the report layouts were easier to define and could be set up in a more polished, consistent way.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has improved efficiencies in our processes, especially during period close. It also eliminates the need for a lot of separate reports (think spreadsheets), which helps streamline how we work. Overall, it gives us the opportunity to get a more real-time snapshot of our financials.

  ### 5. Friendly SaaS UI, But Transactions Take Longer Than Expected

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wilson J. | Senior Production Planner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It is a SaaS, so it is available through a web browser. The context menu is well organized, and the user interface is friendly.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It takes longer to complete a transaction (ex: work order, or a purchase order creation). The overall performance of the system does not meet my needs; I think it is slow. I can't enter bulk transactions through a .csv or .xlsx file, for example. I can't save a transaction draft (PO or WO for instance).

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supply Chain management, inventory management, MRP running.

  ### 6. NetSuite Flexibility That Streamlines Reporting and Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I like best about NetSuite is its flexibility and how much we can tailor it to real business processes. Saved searches, custom records, workflows, Suitelets, and scripts make it possible to build solutions that fit our team instead of forcing everything into a rigid standard process. It has been especially helpful for improving reporting, automating repetitive tasks, and connecting inventory, sales, and finance data in one place. For a growing business, that level of customization and visibility adds a lot of value.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

My main frustration with NetSuite is that while it is highly flexible, it often takes significant setup, customization, and technical knowledge to make processes work efficiently. Some native reports and search limitations mean teams still need workarounds or custom development to get exactly what they need. The UI in certain areas also feels dated, and performance can slow down when using saved searches, scripts, or large datasets. Overall, it is powerful, but not always as user-friendly or efficient out of the box as it could be.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NetSuite, a lot of our tracking and reporting had to be done manually across spreadsheets and separate processes. NetSuite helps solve that by putting transactions, inventory, reporting, and operational workflows into one system. It benefits us by improving visibility, reducing duplicate work, and making data easier to trust. It also allows us to automate repetitive tasks and build custom processes around how the business actually works, which saves time and improves accuracy.

  ### 7. Highly Customizable but Clunky Interface

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stella Z. | Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the customization of NetSuite, and I value the script library and various PDF/HTML templates it offers. It aggregates and displays our financial data in various reports, which is very useful for our financial reporting system.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The basic interface is kind of clunky. I don't like that when entering transactions, the decimal amounts aren't automatically in the correct spots based on what seems like an improper system assumption. It seems like a setting glitch that I haven't been able to fix. It would be better if users could customize how they want to input numbers and the format it shows up in.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite aggregates and displays our financial data in various reports.

  ### 8. Incredible Reporting and Flexible Customization with NetSuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie D. | Project Manager and Team Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The amount of reports I can run is incredible! It answers nearly every question I have when it comes to reporting for business, taxes, payroll, benefits, etc. The implementation of this tool to others is pretty seamless. I've rarely had an issue, and when I have it's been an easy fix. NetSuite is my main way of tracking sales and balancing expenses.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The implementation is a long process, but very worth it! It's a pretty complicated tool, but for a good reason. You can customize it however you need, and it can implement with almost any other software you use! Very, very flexible.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It manages our company expenses, reimbursements, sales, and reporting! It solves all our problems when it comes to tracking past expenses and running reports.

  ### 9. Fast, Feature-Rich Reporting That Delivers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I really like all the function and reports that it can provide. It does feel a little clunky and old but over all I like it.
It is rally fast.
I wish there was more AI integrated.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

When I click on a question mark I can't just click out of it to close it. I have to click the x.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has an approving fearture that I am using to get all invoices approves instead of paying for a signing software.

  ### 10. A True Single Source of Truth with Flexible Customization and Real-Time Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis B. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite’s biggest strength is that it serves as a true single source of truth across finance, operations, projects, and reporting. Having transactions, job costing, inventory, purchasing, and financials all tied together in one system dramatically improves visibility and accountability. The flexibility of saved searches, workflows, and custom fields allows us to adapt the system to our business without heavy custom development, and the real-time access to data supports better decision-making. From a scalability standpoint, NetSuite also gives confidence that the platform can grow with the business rather than needing to be replaced.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

While NetSuite is powerful, it can feel overly complex for everyday users, especially when simple tasks require deep configuration or workarounds. Some reporting and UI behaviors (such as recalculation delays, limited control over certain system fields, or inconsistent filter behavior between reports and saved searches) can be frustrating. There is also a noticeable learning curve, and changes that seem small on the surface often require admin involvement, scripts, or workflows. Finally, performance and transparency around background processes (like project profitability recalculations) could be improved to help users better trust and understand what they’re seeing.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite is solving the challenge of fragmented systems and disconnected data by bringing financials, purchasing, inventory, projects, time, and reporting into one integrated platform. This reduces manual reconciliation, duplicate data entry, and errors that occur when information lives in multiple tools. As a result, we have better visibility into job costs, project profitability, and operational performance, which helps us make more informed decisions. The system also enforces consistent processes and controls as the business grows, allowing us to scale operations without losing financial accuracy or oversight.

  ### 11. Easy to Navigate with Flexible Invoice/Credit Memo Editing and Things to Improve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farah G. | AccountsReceivable Clerk, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how it is wasy to navigate and the option it gives to edit the invoice/credit memo we create.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The things that can be improved in using Netsuite are the options to give when editing. Example is when editing a posted payment, it doesn't give option anymore to check the Credits Tab. When editing a posted payment as well, the amount you input in the 'discount' column and 'applied' column will be different so if you click EDIT, (for example you want to edit the Memo or date in the upper part), you need to edit the whole thing if you input different amount in discount and apply. When posting as well a lot of invoices with Chargebacks, there's a time that it was loading for so long then the work we've done was refreshed so we need to do it again.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to navigate and the way it shos me the things I need in checking my aging.

  ### 12. Streamlined Financial Operations but Lacks Reporting Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Selena K. | Business Systems Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like this product because all the accounting and financial functions are there. We have the capability to automate and further expand what we do as a company for accounting and financials. It's also nice to dabble into financial budgeting and planning for the future. The auto-match feature for our banking information is a huge win, saving us time by not having to manually match transactions, invoices, and journals.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Our financial budgeting and reporting capabilities in NetSuite are quite limited. We have to resort to using external tools like Excel for these tasks, which is cumbersome since the data is already in NetSuite. It would be nicer if NetSuite had more flexibility in reporting.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for accounting, invoicing, and managing AR and AP, which auto-matches banking info to save us time. It hosts our customer data from Salesforce, supports financial planning, and automates processes, helping us expand our financial functions.

  ### 13. Customization Power, But Challenges in Flexibility

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cynthia Z. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that we can customize NetSuite to better suit our needs with workflows and scripts. Workflows help automate approvals, status updates, and notifications, which reduces manual work and ensures consistency across transactions and subsidiaries. Scripts allow us to handle more complex logic to adapt to different subsidiaries' specific operational processes.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I think NetSuite is hard core in many aspects and not flexible enough. Like saved searches, reports, the database behind only allows connecting two directly linked records. Also, the home dashboards are limited to certain customizations.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company uses NetSuite to manage every business process, from accounting to sales. I like customizing NetSuite with workflows and scripts to automate tasks, reduce manual work, and adapt to complex logic for different subsidiaries, ensuring consistency across transactions.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Cynthia! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 14. Centralized Database, But Reporting Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that all of NetSuite's features share the same database. This is really valuable for us as it supports our goal of moving as many processes as possible towards automation and helps reduce human error and slowness. The central database serves as the core on which our process optimization is built.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Building reports is complicated, especially when we want to join data. The system as a whole is often slow, with pages taking 30 seconds to load. The UI uses too much space on unnecessary information and hides common information behind menus that need more backend calls. We have to pull data out to Excel or OneDrive because of weak reporting and awkward document management. We had to contract with third parties for small improvements and sign up for an ACS contract to ease setup difficulties. There are hundreds of fields with overlapping names, making it hard to search. Accessible documentation and the ability to run SQL or SuiteQL queries would make generating reports easier.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps with financial record keeping, CRM, and project management, all integrated into a central database to reduce human error and enhance process automation.

  ### 15. Robust ERP with Room for UX Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sameh H. | Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I appreciate that NetSuite is the whole accounting package, providing an end-to-end solution from initial journal entries to board reporting. It covers all aspects of accounting, which is really comprehensive. I find that it mostly reduces manual effort, especially for accounts payable, as we can utilize a lot of the automation features. I like that revenue recognition is automated, allowing us to streamline processes as much as we can. The use of APIs to feed other tools into NetSuite helps all the entries to flow easily into the accounting tool and produce reports efficiently off the back of that. Additionally, switching to NetSuite supported our growth as we needed a tool to support scalability and growth.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There's a lot of features within NetSuite that I'm not aware of. It's well hidden within the tool, and sometimes it's difficult to find some of the new features just because of the layout. If there's going to be a new launch, they should drop us an email, an easy-to-read email with what the latest launches are and how we can benefit from them. Maybe a short video as well to show how some of these features can be used. I think that'll be really useful.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite provides a full accounting package, from journal entries to board reporting. Its automation features reduce manual effort, especially in accounts payable and revenue recognition, and enable integration with other tools for seamless data flow.

  ### 16. Unified Platform with Real-Time Visibility and Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gracelin E. | Netsuite financial consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I like best about NetSuite is its ability to bring all business processes into one unified platform, providing real-time visibility and control.
Its automation capabilities reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
I also enjoy its flexibility, which allows businesses to customize workflows and scale as they grow.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes it takes a long time to load, especially when there are scripts.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved many tax calculation issues and reduced the need for manual intervention.

  ### 17. Highly Flexible and Reliable for Accounting Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabio D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I work as a NetSuite consultant and have seen a great improvement in accounting system reliability and data enhancement for customers I've supported. I like how NetSuite provides a comforting experience by managing everything from Order to Cash Transactions and Procure to Pay orders, with all transactions impacting the General Ledger. The flexibility of NetSuite as a tool stands out to me, particularly the custom fields and custom segments. The connection throughout transactional points and the strong reporting capabilities are impressive, capturing and organizing information effectively. I also appreciate the ability to send notifications and communicate approvals and active work to users, which is a great advantage. The combination of out-of-the-box solutions with customization that adapts to specific use cases, plus robust reporting, makes it an essential tool for my clients.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I believe NetSuite could have created a more user-friendly UI. The one in place usually relies on a steeper learning curve that usually takes time and effort for the client to adopt effectively and rapidly.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite improves accounting reliability and data accuracy, supports order handling, and provides a customizable system that enhances daily transactions. It's valuable for end-to-end processes, from design to testing, and builds robust reports that benefit clients.

  ### 18. Powerful Integration with Room for Performance Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srinivasan S. | AR Specalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I appreciate that NetSuite provides end-to-end integration across financials, billing, and revenue management, which reduces manual work and improves accuracy. I find the real-time reporting and dashboards valuable as they allow me to quickly access up-to-date financial data and customize reports, helping in making informed decisions and tracking key metrics. The flexibility in handling complex billing scenarios such as subscriptions, renewals, and usage-based billing is also a standout feature. Additionally, the platform is powerful and highly customizable, making the initial setup a positive experience.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

NetSuite could be improved in system performance as certain processes or large reports can sometimes be slow with high data volumes. I'd like faster processing for saved searches and reports, background processing for heavy tasks, and improved dashboard refresh speeds.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite speeds up e-invoice creation, improves accuracy, and allows easy error correction. It integrates financials, billing, and revenue management, reducing manual work. Real-time reporting helps in decision-making, and flexibility in billing handles subscriptions and renewals effectively.

  ### 19. Switched ERPs to NetSuite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite, as a cloud solution, is an ideal fit for my organization. It’s user-friendly and makes it easy to access readily available data when I need it.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

NetSuite's WMS didn't meet all requirements for us like RF Smart does.
NetSuite doesn't have a built in TMS.
Sometimes the data centers go down too long.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite offers user-friendly access to essential data, making it easier for users to navigate and utilize information effectively. As a cloud-based solution, it provides a stable environment that eliminates the need for on-premises servers, ensuring consistent performance and reliability. NetSuite's extensive library of scripts and workflows enhances operational efficiency by automating routine tasks and streamlining processes. This capability allows us to manage our data more efficiently, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors. Additionally, NetSuite's scalability ensures that we have ample room to grow and adapt as our business needs evolve. The platform's seamless integration with Salesforce further enhances our ability to synchronize data across systems, improving overall productivity and collaboration.

  ### 20. Centralized, Customizable ERP with Strong Consultant Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite allows our company one central, streamlined ERP system for our employees to utilize. Where NetSuite has its limits, it integrates well with third party companies. We use it with Blend ERP and RF Smart. The consultants are very knowledgeable and eager to help build out what we need for customizations. They do their best to work within the original SOW and use native NetSuite solutions to workflows before talking custom solutions. Additional costs for custom scripts have been reasonable. I found the implementation process invaluable; the consulting team walks you through every piece and provides instruction on how to configure and customize the system yourself. MyLearn also has videos on how to do pretty much everything. I started as a beginner and now I'm a more advanced user; I use admin role and edit our advanced PDFs, customize transaction forms, and manage list data with csv imports on a regular basis. The thing that surprised me the most is the translation functions. Any language is available to the user. That includes system use and most of the MyLearn videos. Overall, I would recommend NetSuite as a solid ERP solution for mid-sized to larger companies.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are some connection limitations in terms of which fields can pull onto which forms. For example, a field on the Sales Order may not be available on the Item Fulfillment. In many cases, creating a custom field is the solution, and it’s usually not a big deal. However, there have been a couple of instances where certain field information simply wasn’t available, and that has led our company to require a custom solution.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company decided to add the SuiteProcurement SuiteLet. The integration has been significantly delayed due to it being a newer product, and we've had multiple support tickets and defects opened to address integration issues. While solutions to defects can take weeks to resolve, they regularly update you on the progress. For example, when a defect changes from "pending investigation" to "active investigation", you can expect an email and resolution within the next couple weeks. The consultants on our team are also involved with tracking these issues and will follow up with the tech support team on our behalf to ensure they stick to a reasonable timeline.

  ### 21. Easy-to-Use, Customizable NetSuite That Keeps Everything Under One Umbrella

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sree A. | Global Delivery Head, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is easy to use and customizable, with everything under one umbrella rather than having to navigate through multiple links and separate instances.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

UI rendering could be improved, and the app’s responses are slower than I expected. I also ran into some issues with change management, which made updates and adjustments harder than they should have been.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial accounting, PTP, OTC; able to generate multiple reports in multiple ledgers, without having to pose them individually

  ### 22. Simple, Flexible Netsuite Integration with Powerful MCP and AI Connectors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Their UI is simple and easy to use. NAvigation is very clear and simple. Integrating Netsuite comes with ideal flexibility. If you want to go with Out of the box solution, you have suitetalk. If you want a complete customized solution then you have a full cloud environment with complete development supported. The latest MCP and AI connector addition adds value to all the existing features as well as provides edge to the competition.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Their pricing structure is something that has made few our customers question their judgement on taking on Netsuite as ERP. The frequent revision in prices causes distrust.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netsuite is for all business verticals. Most of the businesses and their processes can easily be mapped within the existing Netsuite functionality and modules without needing to customizing them or bandaging them unlike other of its competitors.

  ### 23. Powerful Analytics, but MRP and Traceability Need Major Improvements

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The saved search and Workbook analytics framework is the standout feature — once you invest time learning it, you can build surprisingly powerful custom views. For example, I built Open WO and Open PO workbooks with formula fields for Qty Remaining, Days Until Due, and aging buckets that give my team real-time prioritization visibility we didn't have before. That flexibility is genuinely valuable. The fact that MRP, inventory, financials, and work orders live in one system also eliminates a class of integration problems — no syncing between a standalone MRP tool and a separate ERP. For a startup building out supply chain from scratch, having one system of record is a meaningful foundation even if execution against it requires heavy lifting.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The manufacturing and MRP modules feel underbuilt for anything beyond simple discrete BOMs. We ran into a BOM direction error that caused fractional quantity issues in wafer singulation work orders — a basic lot sizing problem that required manual intervention to diagnose and fix. Lot and serial traceability doesn't work cleanly out of the box for multi-tier supply chains; we had to build workarounds using the Inventory Numbers saved search instead of a purpose-built genealogy view. The UI is dated and navigation is non-intuitive — finding the right saved search or transaction type involves too many clicks. Onboarding and support are heavily consultant-dependent, and documentation for advanced features like SuiteQL or Workbook formula syntax is sparse. No meaningful AI or intelligence layer exists in the modules we use — no demand sensing, no anomaly detection, nothing that reduces planner cognitive load.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing MRP, work order management, and material traceability across a multi-tier semiconductor packaging supply chain — spanning foundry to assembly to optics. The single system of record for open POs and WOs is the core value: before NetSuite, visibility required pulling data from multiple sources and reconciling manually. Now a planner can see WO status, material availability, and aging in one place. The unexpected benefit has been using saved searches as a lightweight BI layer — with enough formula field work, you can approximate dashboards that would otherwise need a separate analytics tool. ROI is real but heavily dependent on internal investment in configuration; the product doesn't deliver that value on its own.

  ### 24. NetSuite: Easier than other ERP and Quick to Customize

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janielle M. | Materials Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I’ve used other large ERP systems before, and I find NetSuite’s functions easy to use. It’s straightforward to click through and find what I need without getting lost. I’ve also noticed that when I submit requests to our IT department for customization, it doesn’t feel like it takes a year for them to get it done.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Design engineering is fragmented which can cause issues if you need to update more than one module, each one is completely different.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Netsuite mainly for procurement and inventory tracking. We are working on setting up our MRP processes through Netsuite but we aren't there yet.

  ### 25. Efficient General Ledger, Needs Better Fixed Assets Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irene V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the ease of creating multiple saved searches and the customization options for those in NetSuite. This makes entering bulk journal entries and navigating through custom searches for account reconciliations more user-friendly than my previous accounting software. I am able to reconcile my general ledger accounts monthly, which saves me time and enhances efficiency. The initial setup of NetSuite was very smooth, as we were able to use SandBox to learn the basic navigation and data entry.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The fixed assets module is not so user friendly. The reporting especially could use some work with customizing the data you actually want pulled into the report.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find NetSuite user-friendly for entering bulk journal entries and navigating custom searches, saving me time and boosting efficiency in reconciliations.

  ### 26. Scalable, Comprehensive, But Setup Intensive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I really appreciate how NetSuite accommodated our redesign of the chart of accounts and made the account structure easier to understand, which improved our reporting capabilities. Having both our billing system and ledger in one tool has really streamlined our accounting operations. I also like NetSuite's scalability; we've added several modules since go-live, adapting to our changing needs and those of our customers. Integrating with tools like SAP Concur, Northern Trust, and our proprietary enrollment record keeper is a big plus, allowing a seamless operation with other important tools.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I wish there were more "drag-and-drop" workflow design capabilities for those of us who don't live and breathe NetSuite, aka, the everyday user. I tried to use NetSuite's out of the box journal entry approval workflow designer and found it to be confusing. It was difficult. Implementation took close to 3 years, but that is because implementation for us was both a change in ERP, a chart of accounts redesign, and a migration of our billing system.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite accommodated our chart of accounts redesign, making the structure easier to understand and improving reporting. Having billing and ledger in one tool streamlined our accounting operations.

  ### 27. Great tool to track your jobs, for billing purposes and reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry E. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how NetSuite integrates well with our Work Market platform to allow for an easy flow of work. It's fairly easy to use as I pretty much learned on my own after just two days of training.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The only problem that I do see with NetSuite is it is a little slow in responding. It moves slow through different screens, which takes up time.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for tech visits, closing out sales orders, and managing day-to-day work. It integrates well with our work market platform, creating an easy work flow.

  ### 28. Flexible, powerful, and scalable ERP that grows with your business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dilshad A. | Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It's really flexible and powerful. The SuiteScript and integrations features have really opened things up for us, as you can tailor them to fit your business rather than changing your processes to fit the system. Have been using NetSuite for years now, and it is reliable, scalable, and grows with you as your needs evolve.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Honestly, there isn’t anything I genuinely dislike about NetSuite. Like any powerful platform, it can take a bit of time to fully unlock everything it offers, but once you’ve found your feet with it, that flexibility and depth quickly become one of its biggest strengths.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings everything into one place, finance, operations, and reporting, which removes a lot of manual work and guesswork for us. Having that real-time visibility across the business has helped us make decisions confidently and has saved us a lot of time by streamlining our day-to-day processes.

  ### 29. Customizable with Slow Processing Speed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leo G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2024

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite's reporting and customization features. They make my job easier on a daily basis, especially in the hospital setting, saving time and making it easier to create reports without needing to rely on others to do them for me. It could also be useful for teaching as well.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The time it takes to process records is very slow. We need to have better connectors with other software, like banking systems. The learning curve was slow and the process of customization to meet business needs wasn't easy.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps with financial aspects like billing and payables. Reporting and customization make my job easier in the hospital, saving time and simplifying report creation.

  ### 30. User-Friendly Finance Modules with Easy-to-Follow Descriptions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naomi P. | Intermediate Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how the descriptions on the modules are somehow easy to find and follow. It is very user friendly and almost does anything you can think off especially on the finance side. The global search is a great tool to get to things easily.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It would be great to have sufficient introduction or training done prior to implementation or at least support videos that can help on every module.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The presentation of detailed reporting has been really useful especially dealing with a number of subsidiaries. I like how it can easily navigate and point you back to the origin of the transactions and know where the issue is coming from.

  ### 31. Efficiency and Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** grace r. | Staff Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that I'm able to attach emails and any documentations and it's easy to use. It's easy to navigate when I need to download a report for instance spreadsheet or text HTML. The layout is easy to understand plus if I need help it's easy to connect to customer service

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I have been using it for almost a year, and I haven't encountered any serious issues.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can work efficiently and be more productive at work. I can do more and getting done a lot every day, since NetSuite has the features I needed with balancing, invoicing basically anything that I need to perform my tasks.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Grace! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 32. NetSuite's Powerful Analytics, Few Customization Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devansh S. | Finance System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2024

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like using NetSuite Analytics and Saved Searches. These features help us connect multiple datasets into one workbook, allowing us to view information in a pictorial form. I appreciate how it helps run our company by generating invoices and charging our customers. Setting up NetSuite wasn't difficult for us either.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It is few native NetSuite limitations like cannot update the subsidiary on vendor customer and employee record if any transactions are coded.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps us run our company by generating invoices and charging customers. It connects multiple datasets into one workbook, allowing us to view information pictorially.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

  ### 33. Seamless Workflow and Customization Excellence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vay C. | IT Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that with NetSuite, the entire process from estimate to delivery is seamless, which is quite different from other products that don't offer this. There is a lot of customization available from workflows, forms, and scripts, making it suitable for the various requests from different roles in our company. This customization is crucial for us, especially when printing sales orders with specific information like measurements, since each cabinet we sell comes in different sizes.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

We have run into some things we have put in for improvement such as the ability to create invoices from sales orders, which is what our customers would like to see. Our customers only see invoices paid, but a sales order can be processed with several invoices, so they would like to know which invoices are created from which sales orders.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like NetSuite because the process from estimate to delivery is seamless, unlike other products. The customization available for workflows, forms, and scripts is great for meeting different requests from roles in our company.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Vay! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 34. Effortless Integration, User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz N. | Cost Accounting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love the simplicity and user-friendly design of NetSuite. I love how easily I can connect third-party softwares to NetSuite, which is a big improvement compared to our previous ERP system where nothing was automated, and we had to babysit a lot of workflows. The ability to implement third-party softwares easily was one reason we switched to NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Bills don’t have a clear connection or related records to item receipts because we use Ramp. It’s PO to item receipts then PO to bill, but there’s no connection between item receipts and the bill.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite provides clear and accurate data, and I love its simplicity and user-friendliness. It easily connects with third-party software, eliminating the need for many workarounds and manual processes we faced with our previous ERP.

  ### 35. Makes my life easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jef J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is very easy to learn and use. With NetSuite, I can perform all tasks we require when it comes to finances. When we set up our account, staff assisted in setting it up to make filing our CRA return easy. the possibilities seem endless and with the great customer support, you can get help with everything and anything.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

NetSuite does not allow me to automatically download my bank transactions as I bank with A Credit Union.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps me to organize all income and expenses into the proper accounts to make it much easier when filing my return each year. I can create and delete accounts as requirements change.

  ### 36. Comprehensive Cloud ERP That Streamlines Finance and Grows With You

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash S. | Executive - Accounts, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is a robust and scalable ERP platform that is used frequently for daily finance and accounting operations such as invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. Its wide range of features, real-time data visibility, and strong system controls help improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across the organization. Once users become familiar with the interface, the system is easy to navigate and becomes a core operational tool.

The platform integrates well with other applications and offers flexibility during implementation to match business requirements. Customer support resources, documentation, and partner assistance are generally helpful in resolving issues and supporting system usage. Being cloud-based, NetSuite allows easy access and consistent usage across teams, making it reliable for regular and long-term business needs.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are some areas where improvement is required. Due to the depth of features, new users may face a learning curve, which can affect ease of use during the initial phase. Implementation timelines may extend when advanced customizations or multiple integrations are involved, and simplifying setup and navigation would improve user adoption.

Customer support response times can sometimes vary based on issue priority and support plans, and faster resolution would enhance the overall experience. Additionally, system performance optimization and more intuitive configuration options would help ensure smoother daily usage and better utilization of features.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite solves the problem of managing multiple finance and accounting processes across different systems by bringing everything onto a single, integrated platform. It improves data accuracy, real-time visibility, and control over financial operations such as reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and audits. By automating workflows and centralizing information, NetSuite reduces manual effort, minimizes errors, and helps in faster and more informed decision-making.

  ### 37. Effortlessly Manages Our Accounting Tasks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I use NetSuite for accounting at my company, and it really helps organize everything and keeps us on top of our accounting. I like the ease of complex things. It can do weekly invoicing and payments pretty easily. The weekly invoicing is huge for us, as we can easily generate these without having to manually make everything. The initial setup of NetSuite went well and was a pretty smooth process.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I think there are some glitches that could be improved. There is a glitch when looking at payments that has an extra scroll bar and makes it tough to see. If this bar was removed (as there already is one) that would help, as you have to get it in the right position to see anything.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite organizes everything, keeping us on top of our accounting. It simplifies complex tasks like weekly invoicing and payments, allowing us to easily generate invoices without manual work.

  ### 38. All-in-One Powerhouse, But UI Needs a Refresh

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mukesh K. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The best thing about NetSuite is definitely the "all-in-one" setup. Its seriously a game changer. Instead of having separate, janky software for accounting, inventory, CRM, and HR, it's all in one single database. This means the data is always correct and in real-time, so I can run a report on inventory and know the numbers are legit right now, not from last night's sync.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I gotta be honest, the thing I hate the most is that the UI feels super old and cluttered. Its like it was designed in 2010 and they just kinda slapped some new features on top. There are so many menus, sub-tabs, and fields crammed onto one page, it gives me a headache.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite basically slays the problem of fragmented data across the whole company, especially for us with inventory. Before, our accounting and warehouse teams were using different spreadsheets and software, which meant we always had wrong inventory counts and were either out of stock or carrying too much. NetSuite fixes that because its a true all in one ERP. Inventory, finance, and orders are all in one real time system.

  ### 39. User-Friendly with Excellent Support Tools

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matilda A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite well-versed and it helps us streamline our processes in the AP department. I like that it's user-friendly and there's a lot of support tools, especially since we manage a large volume processing bills for over 100 locations. The availability of help videos and virtual trainings is great for supporting the learning curve, especially when time for training is limited.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I would love to have the ability to process payments for customers in NetSuite. We are currently doing it manually. This is a feature that QuickBooks has that NetSuite doesn't offer. It wasn't easy to set up NetSuite initially. There were a lot of setbacks.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite streamlines our processes in the AP department and offers user-friendly support tools which help handle a large volume of bills. The help videos and virtual training are great for the learning curve.

  ### 40. Streamlined Financial Tracking with Customization Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that NetSuite compiles everything in financial statements, making the accounting process easy to understand and follow. It allows for easy completion of what could be complicated tasks.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are some parts about adding custom fields and making them as important as things like customer that just isn’t possible. For example, we lease trucks and tracking by VIN is everything, and we can't go into a specific VIN and see all that has happened to it like I could with a customer. Easier ability to create fields that have their own forms and tracking throughout the system. I have been trying to fight this battle for years. It was tough but once it got running it worked. It can be difficult to adjust to new processes.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite compiles statements, generates invoices, and keeps leases, loans, and assets in order, making the accounting process easy and allowing for easy completion of complex tasks.

  ### 41. Powerful, Flexible Data Resource—But Navigation and Field Naming Take Time to Learn

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It is a very powerful data resource. Being able to cater it to your current or long term demands and usage is extremely beneficial to success and building on that success.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It can be difficult to navigate around until you learn the ins and outs. Sometimes the native language (naming of fields, results, etc) is hard to follow with some things being extremely finite while at other times there is a sense of vagueness. It's almost as if the developers are counting on users being like-minded to them.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They continue to broaden their retooling of the basic model to suit our business. NetSuite is not necessarily geared towards our industry (foodservice) and as we develop our expertise in using NetSuite, we are finding gaps in putting the data to use how we'd like it to be. It's an ongoing learning and growing process for both sides.

  ### 42. Brian Phelps NetSuite User 2026

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian P. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Flexibility, dashboard customizability, options, integrations

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Some of the features are buried in menu structures - global search alleviates some of this, but not always; the underlying data table structure can be confusing and lacking (not all of the fields are available) - it would be great if SuiteConnect was more accessible at a lower cost

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving us customizable solutions for data analysis and distribution

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Brian! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 43. Unmatched Customization and Reliability for Every Business Need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jessica.taylor@centralsquare.com T. | Accounting Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is extremely customizable and very consistent. We almost never have downtime, and there's very little it can't do. We have loads of integrations into and out of NetSuite and it continues to perform no matter what we throw at it. We've left several peripheral platforms in favor of leveraging the customization available in NetSuite to handle our diverse practices.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The only downside is that it's not pretty - aka not intuitive to use. There's always a period of struggle when someone new starts, and they usually can't find their way to what they need by accident.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only actual issue that we've had with NetSuite is the reporting/saved searches. Over the last couple of years there's been improvements with that and it's really upped our game as far as doing more directly in NetSuite. I'm able to provide leaders information/data that I believe in and am willing to put my name to.

  ### 44. A Comprehensive Cloud ERP with Strong Visibility and Flexibility.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mithil m. | SAP Basis Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

In addition to its unified platform, I particularly appreciate the continuous updates and new features that NetSuite introduces with each release. The improvements in automation, reporting enhancements, and better integration capabilities with third-party applications have made workflows more streamlined and efficient. The scalability of the platform also stands out, as it easily adapts to growing business needs without major system overhauls.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

We are currently using NetSuite primarily for Accounting, CRM, Revenue Management, and Billing. It supports our financial operations with strong reporting and automation capabilities, while also helping manage customer relationships and revenue processes efficiently. The integration between these modules provides better visibility across departments and enables smoother coordination between finance and sales functions.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite is helping us streamline and centralize our core business processes by bringing finance, procurement, inventory, and reporting into one unified system. This reduces manual efforts, eliminates data duplication, and improves overall accuracy. The real-time visibility into operations and financials enables faster decision-making, while automated workflows help improve efficiency and reduce errors. Overall, NetSuite gives us better control, transparency, and scalability as the business grows.

  ### 45. User-Friendly NetSuite for Custom GL Data and Saved Searches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noelle H. | Senior Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It’s very user-friendly. I especially like how easy it is to run custom GL data reports and use saved searches.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Our version of NetSuite has been customized so heavily that it’s hard to find answers to our questions online. I wish there hadn’t been so many customization options during setup, because those choices ended up backfiring on us.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps us analyze accounts so we can quickly identify when something may have been booked incorrectly. It’s also very useful for spotting trends, especially with the comparable income statement feature. I also really like the saved searches and the flexibility to create my own. That flexibility has helped me do deeper dives into several accounts and internal processes.

  ### 46. Easy, Organized Company Updates—But a Learning Curve for New Users

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robbie S. | Managerial Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It helps the company I work for keep all of our incorporated company's organized and allows for easy ways to update current changes, whether its financials, emails, websites, etc. Easy and organized.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It is not the easiest program to teach to new hires/interns. However, I have not mastered it myself which could factor into my struggle teaching Netsuite.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netsuite helps solve untransparent reports and inventory. Overall, solves a ton of communication problems.

  ### 47. Seamless Integration with Comprehensive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard C. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love that NetSuite is easy to use and comprehensive. I appreciate the excellent reports it provides, which give us insight into financial performance and product movement. It also aids in using MinMax to reorder inventory. I find the integration with FedEx shipping and credit card processing companies seamless and very simple. Once we were able to implement and understand how to use NetSuite, it made everything else we do in business easier.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Some of the web store design in the site builder could be a little easier to use, especially with linking to pictures, PDFs, and information. That would be helpful to make the website design easier.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite makes running our website, purchasing, and shipping seamless on one platform. It's easy to use and offers excellent reports for insights into financial performance and product movement. Integrating with FedEx and credit card companies makes processes simple and seamless.

  ### 48. Detailed Customization, Enhanced Financial Insights

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the ability to configure NetSuite and slice the information in many different ways to get at results. It allows us to see different service offerings and particular programs with detailed results, which helps us improve on areas that need it and replicate those that are successful.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes the level of customization is so detailed that you don't always know what it is that you need to make sure you've included. Or what isn't included. You have to ask it very specifically and make sure you've included everything that you want.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite accumulates all our financial data monthly, providing reports for analysis. I appreciate its configurability and ability to slice information in various ways, allowing us to see detailed results of service offerings and improve or duplicate programs as needed.

  ### 49. Centralized Operations and Better Visibility with NetSuite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan J. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I like most about NetSuite is that it centralizes core business operations in a single system, which improves visibility and makes decision-making much easier.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

From a usability standpoint, the UI can be clunky at times, especially for newer users who don’t work in it every day. Simple tasks sometimes take more clicks than expected, which slows down workflows.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps reduce fragmentation by connecting core business functions like CRM, finance, inventory, and order management. This leads to fewer data silos and less manual reconciliation between systems, improving accuracy and keeping teams better aligned. A big part of the value is consolidation—replacing multiple point solutions with a single system. In turn, that lowers operational overhead and boosts efficiency, especially as a company grows and scales.

  ### 50. Robust Customization and API Integration for Business Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ralph F. | Operations Specialist, Security and Investigations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love how NetSuite is robust and allows the admin user to customize the interface based on business needs. It's great because change is constant in business growth, and as we improve, we can customize the interface quickly without needing to submit a ticket to developers. I also appreciate how NetSuite speeds up the process of interacting with our customers in real-time by integrating other software through API. It makes resolving customer concerns more efficient during live calls in a call center setting.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

At first, it was quite challenging to get familiarized with NetSuite, but as time goes by, it's easy.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to speed up interacting with customers by integrating third-party software, leading to faster resolution during live calls.
