What do you like best about Nexudus?

What I’ve appreciated the most about Nexudus is their exceptional customer support. Every time I’ve encountered an issue, John Ballesteros has been there to assist me as quickly as possible, making the whole experience significantly better. What do you dislike about Nexudus?

What do you like best about Nexudus?

Nexudus is highly configurable, which means we’ve been able to adapt it to fit our business model rather than the other way around. It also has a strong ecosystem of plug-ins and integrations, so it works seamlessly with third-party tools we rely on such as Xero, GoCardless and many more.

The helpdesk support is some of the best we’ve experienced from a software provider of this size - responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. It’s also proven very scalable for us. We started using Nexudus when we had a single coworking space and now run 12 spaces across the South using the same platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexudus?

What do you like best about Nexudus?

What I like best about Nexudus is how smoothly it brings all coworking operations into one platform. The dashboard is clean, the automation features save a lot of manual effort, and managing bookings, members, and billing becomes very easy. What do you dislike about Nexudus?

Sometimes the interface feels a bit complex when you’re setting up advanced features for the first time. A few sections could be more intuitive, and onboarding new admins takes some time. But once everything is configured, it works smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Total Flexibility for Space and B2B Business Management"
What do you like best about Nexudus?

Nexudus is a flexible tool that adapts to the different cases and needs of each company. In our case, it has allowed us to manage flexible spaces efficiently.

Our business model is B2B and we have different types of services, products, and billing processes. The platform has offered us the necessary flexibility to adjust to these particularities and find the best solution for our situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexudus?

I have nothing because they adapted to our needs and managed and adapted what was missing from the tool.

* The way you now do floorplans, it worked much better for our business when we could upload an image and add desks/offices to it rather than drawing it out

So pleased you are getting visibility of inventory and usage across all of your sites.

For floor plans, you can use an image instead of drawing a plan. If you need help with this, please reach out to support.

As for reporting, we are aware of some regional differences in accounting terminology in Nexudus Explore. We are currently working on solutions for standardising language for everyone.

"Intuitive and Efficient, but Improvable in Customization"
What do you like best about Nexudus?

I like that Nexudus is intuitive and constantly incorporates new features. I value that it allows efficient management of room bookings and facilitates communication with clients by centralizing messages. I appreciate the ability to schedule newsletters and further customize the website, for example, by specifying the message I want to appear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexudus?

Newsletters cannot be scheduled. It is not intuitive to customize, and if I want to add a button or remove something, I can't do it or I require advanced knowledge. What do you like best about Nexudus?

It integrates many things we use in one pretty easy to use platform. Implementations are easy for the most part to connect. Customer support has improved greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexudus?

Many times in the past we would report an issue and it would be met with unwillingness to take responsibility for the issue. You could tell that responses were AI. and it just seemed no one was willing or able to help us resolve issues. Would greatly appreciate notice of known issues or downtime affecting the platform instead of having to raise and issue and then being told it is known. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nexudus?

We have been using Nexudus for multiple years now across our venues and have been pleased with the product overall. Our customer success manager Monika has been excellent at helping us find solutions and strategies for making the most of the system. She is a credit to the business as we have not always experienced this level of care and support during our time as customers. Despite some issues the system does make managing our members and providing a portal for them to engage with easy and is an essential tool for our business now. Further to that the continued development of the system allows for new features and positive changes to further enhance what we offer as a coworking provider. Getting set up is a simple process and as we have expanded our number of venues nexudus has scaled with us. We use the system daily and have inegrated it completely into our business. What do you dislike about Nexudus?

There have been times when certain features are over complicated by being overly capable and having impacts not desribed accurately in the knowledge base. These are mostly explained by the support staff when queried however better communication around these issues and simplifying certain elements would cause fewer issues in the long run. What do you like best about Nexudus?

Nexudus work with us to find the best solutions. We have a very forward thinking approach and Nexudus always take the time to listen to our concerns and work with us to make the products better for both of us.

We are quite a large company now and there are lots of processes going day by day. Nexudus keeps up with us.

I like that it is not too difficult to understand the basics- the dashboard and many apps have the main features that I use daily easily available to access and view. I usually dont have to click around much to find things and once i learned where everything was it works pretty well.
