**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

What I’ve appreciated the most about Nexudus is their exceptional customer support. Every time I’ve encountered an issue, John Ballesteros has been there to assist me as quickly as possible, making the whole experience significantly better. His responsiveness and willingness to help truly stand out and add a lot of value to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

For me, it has been difficult to understand that not all clients have a membership. Some of them are contacts, while others are members. As for the rest, I understand that it’s a matter of practice.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Nexudus, this process will be automated, which allows me in my role to be proactive rather than reactive. Otherwise, 90% of my time would be focused on managing reservations, which could easily lead to many human errors. This automation is, in my view, an essential tool—at least for me.

What I like most about Nexudus is its all-in-one functionality. It brings bookings, memberships, and invoicing together in a single platform, making day-to-day management efficient and straightforward. I also appreciate its flexibility and strong integration capabilities, which fit well into our existing workflow.

Additionally, Monika’s support makes a real difference—she is proactive, helpful, and always goes the extra mile to make things possible.

At the moment, I don’t have any major dislikes. Overall, my experience with Nexudus has been positive.

As a tech, I appreciate that the solution is API-first.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

I have to dig pretty deep to find the reports, but as we speak, it’s on its way to being refined.

Nexudus resolved some of our problems with the french real estate issues despite its a Coworking solution, we could bend Nexudus to fit our needs as much as possible

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

Nexudus is highly configurable, which means we’ve been able to adapt it to fit our business model rather than the other way around. It also has a strong ecosystem of plug-ins and integrations, so it works seamlessly with third-party tools we rely on such as Xero, GoCardless and many more.

The helpdesk support is some of the best we’ve experienced from a software provider of this size - responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. It’s also proven very scalable for us. We started using Nexudus when we had a single coworking space and now run 12 spaces across the South using the same platform.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Nothing significant. Like any platform there’s a learning curve, but overall it’s been a very reliable system for running and scaling a coworking operation.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexudus gives us one central system to run our coworking spaces. It manages memberships, billing, booking, contracts and reporting in one place, which removes a lot of manual admin and reduces the risk of errors. It also integrates with our accounting systems rather than being managed separately.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

What I like best about Nexudus is how smoothly it brings all coworking operations into one platform. The dashboard is clean, the automation features save a lot of manual effort, and managing bookings, members, and billing becomes very easy. It reduces daily chaos and gives full visibility into what’s happening in the workspace.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Sometimes the interface feels a bit complex when you’re setting up advanced features for the first time. A few sections could be more intuitive, and onboarding new admins takes some time. But once everything is configured, it works smoothly.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexudus helps solve the daily operational challenges of managing a coworking space. It brings bookings, billing, member management, access control, and communication into one place, which removes a lot of manual work. Instead of switching between multiple tools, everything is centralized, automated, and easy to track. This saves time, reduces errors, and makes the overall workspace experience smoother for both the team and the members.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

Nexudus is a flexible tool that adapts to the different cases and needs of each company. In our case, it has allowed us to manage flexible spaces efficiently.

Our business model is B2B and we have different types of services, products, and billing processes. The platform has offered us the necessary flexibility to adjust to these particularities and find the best solution for our situation.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

I have nothing because they adapted to our needs and managed and adapted what was missing from the tool.

It is not an easy tool to learn; it requires time to adapt for the administration part, like all software.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software facilitates billing, service creation, and the management of everything related to flexible spaces. Although it is a recognized solution in the market and could be considered one of the best, it is important that it adapts and adjusts better to the specific needs of each business.

* The portal and ease of use for our members

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

* The way you now do floorplans, it worked much better for our business when we could upload an image and add desks/offices to it rather than drawing it out
* Reporting accuracy and the fact that your own dimensions/measures etc don't match up word wise to the user interface making it confusing

* Solving the contract management of our members ensuring that invoicing, contracts and notes can all be stored and sent from one place
* Having a clear list of inventory and its availability across each of our locations

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

I like that Nexudus is intuitive and constantly incorporates new features. I value that it allows efficient management of room bookings and facilitates communication with clients by centralizing messages. I appreciate the ability to schedule newsletters and further customize the website, for example, by specifying the message I want to appear.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Newsletters cannot be scheduled. It is not intuitive to customize, and if I want to add a button or remove something, I can't do it or I require advanced knowledge. We had difficulties with the initial setup because it did not adjust according to what we required.

Nexudus allows us to efficiently manage room bookings and facilitates communication with clients by centralizing messages.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

It integrates many things we use in one pretty easy to use platform. Implementations are easy for the most part to connect. Customer support has improved greatly.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Many times in the past we would report an issue and it would be met with unwillingness to take responsibility for the issue. You could tell that responses were AI. and it just seemed no one was willing or able to help us resolve issues. Would greatly appreciate notice of known issues or downtime affecting the platform instead of having to raise and issue and then being told it is known.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

We have been using Nexudus for multiple years now across our venues and have been pleased with the product overall. Our customer success manager Monika has been excellent at helping us find solutions and strategies for making the most of the system. She is a credit to the business as we have not always experienced this level of care and support during our time as customers.  Despite some issues the system does make managing our members and providing a portal for them to engage with easy and is an essential tool for our business now. Further to that the continued development of the system allows for new features and positive changes to further enhance what we offer as a coworking provider. Getting set up is a simple process and as we have expanded our number of venues nexudus has scaled with us. We use the system daily and have inegrated it completely into our business.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

There have been times when certain features are over complicated by being overly capable and having impacts not desribed accurately in the knowledge base. These are mostly explained by the support staff when queried however better communication around these issues and simplifying certain elements would cause fewer issues in the long run.

Nexudus has given us an integrated membership management and community engagement platform.

Nexudus work with us to find the best solutions. We have a very forward thinking approach and Nexudus always take the time to listen to our concerns and work with us to make the products better for both of us.

We are quite a large company now and there are lots of processes going day by day. Nexudus keeps up with us. 

Webhooks and API capabilities are very much worth while.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Sometimes releases are sent out before telling us, this can cause us to panic and make it difficult to re-train team members.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the issue of managing thousands of members and ensuring they get the correct access to meeting rooms and invoices.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

I like that it is not too difficult to understand the basics- the dashboard and many apps have the main features that I use daily easily available to access and view. I usually dont have to click around much to find things and once i learned where everything was it works pretty well. CS Team is nice to work with and will do everything they can to try to help us out as fast as possible

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Large learning curve to understand how you can make the platform work for you. Can have glitches and bugs that can be inconvenient and take time out of your day. Took me a long time to grasp the platform and understand what everything did.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am unsure what problems that nex is fixing in the platform, especially programming wise. every time they say they have added something or changed something in the platform something else changes.  I feel like most of their big updates makes things more inconvenient as many of the things I need to find will be in different places and I will not be informed of the change. They do troubleshooting great for individual problems but whenever a large update happens then other things in the platform will be affected

It's very user friendly for our clients.
Efficient support and aftercare.  
Very helpful with problem solving and working through issues. 
Visual interface on the admin side.
Ability to have a white label app branded to fit the company branding.
Online database of instructions and walk through manuals. 
Integrations with a wide range of products which is very helpful in offering a one system solution.
Nexudus is used daily in our day to day operations.

I think the client interface could use some visual work to bring it up to the standard shown on the Admin side, it's alot more aesthetically pleasing.

What I like the most about Nexudus is the ability to customize the platform to fit the needs of Urbanova and the wide variety of native integrations they offer.
I also had an excellent experience with the support team. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely eager to help.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

I think they can offer better tenant experience modules like benefit tracking. Showing perks and discounts on the home page of the app. Pop up notifications on demand for events or perks.

I like that we are able to create different plans for people who use our premises and each plan can be customized to the benefits for that plan. I also love their customer support. When we had to make some modifications, the customer support worked with us and made the implementation process very smooth.

Sometimes it times off frequently and I have to sign back in.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

What is most helpful with Nexudus is the process of invoice automation that has helped save our team a considerable amount of time.

Another gold star goes to the support team of Nexudus, that are always doing their hardest to make sure they're able to solve any issues I throw at them. It's always a pleasure working with them.

We have plenty of integrations with Zapier that works well with Nexudus and are easy to set up and configure.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Not being able to invoice in SEK(Swedish Krona) was something we had to develop a workaround for, which while it's a minus, Nexudus allowing us to extract invoices very easily made this not as big of a deal as it seems.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexudus is an all-in-one package that has plenty of features that we could find use of, including setting up contracts for the rooms we rent out as a co-working business. 

We also use Nexudus to solve our issues of handling meeting room bookings, with Nexudus allowing us to set up booking credits for our customers, this has gone to an automatic process that removes basically all hands-on work for the team.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

The nexudus system has been a incredible tool for our team. The system itself is very user friendly and the support team is very helpful in assisting us with any issues that arises, htey also assist us anytime we have an idea of what we would like the system to look like. 

We try to utilise all parts of the nexudus system, and Monika has been great at taking me through the parts that we are not utilizing. 

The implementation of the system is smooth, again if you take the time to understand it you can really do alot within.

We use this system everyday and have about 6 admins who are using this space

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

I think some of the terminology could be adjusted to be more customer focused rather than engineer focused. I think it can be quite confusing for some people trying to use the system.

The response to tickets is somewhat slow when you have a question or need urgent assistance to resolve a problem immediately. I believe more time is needed to fully understand everything the platform can do and to use it smoothly without issues.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

The Nexudus tool is extraordinarily comprehensive, enabling us to do everything from invoicing to managing bookable resources, product orders and member management/communication. Integration with our access control service provider is crucial, as is the integration with Zapier.

The 'B2C' tools (member portal, App) made available on a white label basis are much appreciated by our members and are used on a daily basis.

As well as knowing how to do everything, and regularly releasing new features to help make your coworking experience better, the Nexudus Support team is the best there is. 

They're with you every day, never tired of teaching you new things.
Nexudus' support for the opening of our new 9,000 square metre centre was incredible and saved us precious time.

It would have been very difficult, if not impossible, for us to develop our own solution. We manage coworking facilities, we're not a tech company.

There's nothing I don't like, because whenever I find a difficulty or an improvement I share it with the Nexudus teams, who will do their best to implement it.

It's important to remember that, like SalesForce or Hubspot for example, the tool is not to be taken lightly. You need to be trained, spend time on it and be supported.

Nexudus allows us to focus on our core business of providing our members with the best possible working conditions.

F&B operation needs more complicated to meet seamslessly, through the existing and current level of integration but the team is working on this aspect too.

This platform is robust and offers a lot of features (for a price). It's geared for larger spaces in which it can manage a lot of details and workflows. It's core compentencies are scheduling and resource management to the min.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Nexudus requires a lot of professional assistance in deployment. Yes, pay for it, it will be better. Spend the $500 and get someone to help. It is not intuitive. Nor is it designed for small spaces. Additional features are additional money and the integrations are expensive and limited to expensive partners. 

24m in and I finally got it off the ground only to find out a key integration (Wi-Fi tracking/check in) is almost as much as the Platform itself.

Minimal for our space as the initial deployment went sideways and we worked around the platform for a while. I worked with a consultant to get it off the ground and hit another wall with a core feature.

Nexudus is a good system that covers all our must-haves and almost all nice-to-have needs. Since we started in 2016, Nexudus has provided continuous functional and appearance updates that have been in line with our operational requirements. Along with integrations for printing, finance, and access systems, we believe we have a very well-functioning solution.

It is a feature-rich system and, therefore, quite complex. It is important to conduct a thorough preliminary study to establish a solid structure in the system right from day one. If you only want to book a room, this is not the system for you.

The system is VERY powerful in what it does alone. And it can interface with many other systems. I love their customer support--they are always helpful. When I was setting up the system, and also when I needed to make major changes, they were willing to input/alter the detailed settings for my team and me.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Nexudus is very complicated. This comes along with being very powerful. The customer support is good, as I have said, and the online documentation is good for sure, but some parts are unavoidably complex.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In particular, Nexudus allows us to make recurring reservations. We looked at a bunch of other systems that couldn't do recurring reservations. Since my coworking space is for psychotherapists and massage therapists, they need to be able to book the same room at the same time for the next 6 months or so. That was our biggest problem we needed to solve. In addition, Nexudus interfaces with Stripe and we bill our 38 members seamlessly every month.

It is fully featured and we experience since 2014 a perfect support and an ongoing development of new features and functionality. 
Perfect enhancements in 2020 to help master the Corona crisis. It helped us actually to further grow our business in this year again.

Nexudus provides in my view a perfect platform to setup and manage coworking offerings. I does take care about all the internal and organisational stuff and offers at the same time amazing community services for your customers. 

I am using it now since 2014. Nexudus has never stopped since then listening to new ideas, but also implementing new features and functions which helped me to enhance our offer to our customers.

Since 2021 we use also the Nexudus Community Edition and started offering with LocalCommunity4You a new local community service always supported by a local community manager.

But is not only the product. Also the people behind Nexudus are always responsive and helpful. I my experience the best support I have seen in my business life.

Customer payments are invoice-based; I'd prefer to use an e-commerce style, so customers can instantly purchase and pay for goods and services.

The portal for your customers is pretty. That's about the only thing that's good about this system. The system doesn't work when using time credits. It'll either use the credits, and still charge, or it'll use the time credit and then allow your customers to book resources for free, so take your pick

The system doesn't actually work as advertised, and the support can't seem to understand that somehow. They continually reply back saying it's working as intended, and then you do what they say, the system doesn't actually work as expected.

Nothing at the moment. The system doesn't work, causing more admin time for us and we are constantly having to check access logs and compare them to bookings to make sure customers aren't overbooking

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

The best "feature" of Nexudus is the Nexudus team itself. As we have rolled out and continued to customize Nexudus, I have had the pleasure to get to interact with Monika, Adrian and many others. I have been constantly impressed with how responsive and helpful everyone has been. I know that businesses try make every customer feel like the are the only one and I have to say Nexudus excels at that. While we have been very happy with the native features, we have been very impressed by the variety of integrations. We integrated the accounting portion with Xero (and Hubdoc) as well as the payment gateway with Stripe, this really cuts down on double entry and ensures accuracy. We have also integrated the Brivo access control system and managed RADIUS server via Iron Wi-Fi to allow instant access to customers as soon as they purchase a day pass or monthly membership. It also helps us know who is in the space at any given time and saves us from having to revoke access when a pass or membership expires. The Zoom integration made it super easy to transition from in-person to virtual events during the pandemic and it is definitely something we will use going forward as well. The HelloSign integration has made the signing of electronic agreements super easy. And lastly, we just rolled out the PaperCut integration, which like everything else is seamless, and allows secure printing and scanning.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

There is little downside to Nexudus, but it did take us a while to fully customize. Even though Nexudus works great "out of the box", this really just shows how much customization is available. As our coworking space has evolved, so has our use of the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Nexudus:**

Nexudus is an invaluable partner to the growth of HRKNSScowork. First of all, it feels like the Nexudus team really wants us to succeed. I cannot thank the team at Nexudus enough for their patience as our opening has resulted in a bit of a slow burn as it was hampered by the pandemic. Additionally, as we needed to adapt  during the pandemic, Nexudus was one step ahead of us providing the resources for us to make that a reality. In short, the Nexudus team has made our small team feel supported by a larger entity even though we are an independent operation.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to launching HRKNSScowork, we were familiar with property management solutions as we have one to manage our 40+ commercial office tenants and another to manage our 38 hotel rooms. In growing our tech stack, we learned the value of property management solutions that integrate with other best-in-class and modern software platforms. As such, we stayed away from solutions that had a closed ecosystem. Furthermore, we wanted to find a solution with a great user experience, for both management and customers. And lastly, we valued a solution that packaged the essential elements together so we could hit the ground running.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

I signed onto Nexudus mid-2018 after meeting the founder at a conference. (I was already researching platforms and already considering Nexudus.). I liked the for a few reasons:

1) They had the core functionality I needed, and the platform was customizable. I opened my first coworking space in early 2009 so had cobbled-together systems in place that needed to translate easily to a platform.
2) They were among the most cost-effective.
3) They were homegrown, part of the coworking "movement," as opposed to some VC or corporate-backed platforms capitalizing on the growing "sector."

I was initially worried about the choice, because the back-end admin panel was sorely dated, clunky in both visual design and ease of use (and I'm an aesthete hugely affected by user design and experience). It didn't look like the front-end member portal they promoted in their materials.

But I stuck it out — an upgrade was coming — and that trepidation soon gave way to content.

Over the last 2.5 years since I've been using the platform, it just keeps getting better and better, as they refine existing functionality and add new. They don't get everything right — no software does — but the team is really responsive and quick to address issues.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Any real criticism isn't any different than any platform: No one service gets everything right. You'd have to build your own, spending exorbitant amounts of money, to make it perfect for your particular use.

I use it to basically run my entire operation (along with QuickBooks for finer accounting) and to engage members.

the customer service team has always produced resolutions to my issues quickly, not wasting time they jump right in and fix what's needed. 
The UI of the backend is very easy to navigate and understand.
Multiple options of integration partners for every aspect I need. The variety really gave me options to shop around to meet my needs. Most of them were very easy to connect as well.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

the FE side of Nexudus (spaces) needs some customer ease optimizing, it's difficult for my customers to understand how to book time, and checkout when booking for multiple days. 
I've had quite a few issues of display on the FE due to configuration issues that I didn't see notes for in their Knowledge Base (however, I built out my config myself instead of asking Nexudus support).

Automatic entry, wifi access, door control, reporting, and purchase tracking.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

Nexudus is a diverse program offering everything from membership logging to space booking and back again.  It is an all in one hub for co-working spaces.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

Nexudus is not user-friendly at all.  It is overcomplicated and training takes a long time with constant referral to FAQs in order to get anything done.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Member invoicing, room booking, member contracts.  The benefit is that you can do everything paperless in a digital environment even with the constant turn-over and movement that comes with a co-working space.

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

Once you know the system it is extremely helpful in running our coworking spaces as so much is pre-set by Nexudus to aid the operational running, this ranges from booking resources, member invoicing, access systems, CRM, engagement. The support in place at Nexudus is extremely helpful and prompt in finding a solution to any question (no matter how small). The available integrations and apps that can be enabled to make the operations run smoother is ever growing and we are always implementing new systems as we grow.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

There isn't a test function for when you make any changes and unfortunately we don't always get it right first time. This has caused notifications, invoices, comms to go out to members that have caused some annoyance. There is also just so much to learn and so many options to disable/enable that sometimes you can get lost in what you are trying to do on Nexudus.

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved our resources to a pre-book only process, Nexudus enabled us to implement this new process extremely quickly and was instrumental in getting our co-workers back in the space as it formed part of our Covid-19 Safety guidelines for this year. It shows how quickly you can adapt with the help of Nexudus to new things!

That we can't use it to raise "electronic" invoices  (the new Italian procedure to raise invoices)

**What do you like best about Nexudus?**

The final website looks nice.the colors were good the pictures showed up nicely. The layout was nice. they use the rigth colors and text and offered different user options and sign up.

**What do you dislike about Nexudus?**

the backend functionality is terrible. Not able to adjust features on the site.I could not adjust the logo. I was struggling to setup users and take payments. 

**What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to book spaces and rooms.
