I like how easy ezeep is for users to download to their desktop, allowing them to print directly from a Word document. Something that happened recently was how it does not integrate with our coworking software anymore. It used to be able to send our users monthly invoices (attached to their monthly invoices from us) from what they printed. I really appreciate ezeep's very simple and understandable API, which makes it easy to use cloud printing effectively. The responsive and helpful support team is another aspect I value; they have always been kind and ready to assist whenever needed, ensuring a smooth experience throughout our two years of cooperation. Ezeep is great for setting our customers up for printing without a tedious setup process. Ezeep integrates with our systems and automatically manages printer access as new members join. Without Ezeep we would have to walk people through adding appropriate drivers, mapping the printers on their device, and then troubleshooting all sorts of device specific issues. Utilizing Ezeep Blue and their HUB's streamline our processes and troubleshooting, meaning we save time for more important problems than printer setup. I like how you can easily see the printers when setting up new members. I am a Community Manager at a co-working spot. I like the number of features that we have with Ezeep Blue. But, the best part has been being able to work with their support. Especially, major props to David Diefenbach who has helped our organization resolve quite a few issues. He was quick to offer solutions, knowledgeable, friendly, and even volunteer to conduct a Zoom meeting so that the rest of our team of Community Managers could ask questions and troubleshoot some issues. The number of issues we faced as an organization from upgrading on Ezeep platform. In theory, we were supposed to have less issues by upgrading. This has been challenging from a few standpoints. I do take into account with any technology their is learning curves. There are things out of our control when trying to get a user onto the platform whether that's their internal firewall, operating system, etc. Ezeep has been receptive to trying to solve our issues that we have been facing.
