**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

One of the most important aspects of choosing Mouseflow should be security and compliance with privacy laws worldwide, and their ability to serve our global operation in different markets. They have data centers in the US and EU, which is a very important aspect when choosing an analytics provider for a global operation.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Not much of a dislike, but some encouraging feedback to make the product even better is to flag new features to users so that they can take advantage of them and it can be planned into your business roadmap. Always helpful to share some examples on how to adopt them as well

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the challenges of running global operations is that data becomes overwhelming and teams get often disjointed from each other. Mouseflow helps streamline data-enablement across the organization, while also helping to focus on the problems that really matter on your website. Everybody in your organization can have access to the tool, which makes it easier for cross-department collaboration.

Being able to capture very targeted data both proactively and passively.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Having the option to see the cursor highlighted and have it leave a visual trail on the recordings would allow us to see mouse movement more easily.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heatmapping of targeted pages allows us to see if users are finding the necessary calls to action on specific pages. Being able to run quick and very targeted feedback campaigns is an easy way to get meaningful data on recent changes or perceived upgrades.

the tracking data by regex, I know it's the best way, but sometimes it's complicated for me to manage my settings quickly because of that

I can see the interaction between my users and my product so I know them better and I can improve my product strongly

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I like the recording function the most.
You can actually check the movement of the user and understand the problem in more detail.
Compared to competitors, it was this system that had all the functions I wanted and had excellent cost performance.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Some of the heatmap features can be confusing.
Also, I feel that it will be easier to use if the functions are further enhanced, such as checking the number of unique users and the number of sessions.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use mouse flow to improve the difficulty of purchasing websites.
By actually checking the heatmap and recording, it led to improvement and CVR improved.
Therefore, it had a positive effect on sales.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

This is an overall awesome platform and we couldn't imagine how CRO would be without it. We tried pretty much every similar SaaS in the market and Mouseflow is on another level. Fair price and you get so much more out of it. We like we have the ability to tag recordings and easily filter them. The recordings themselves are very accurate and rarely Mouseflow will miss a user session.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Can't think of anything. Their live support is good and most likely will address on the spot any questions you may have.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We qualify and quantify the behavior of the users in our web properties and act accordingly. By using Mouseflow we managed to achieve very high conversions within a pretty short period of time.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Mouseflow feels like a window into our website that we otherwise can't see. I love being able to see where users get stuck and where we can improve. You can view a user's flow on Google Analytics, but not like this. It's a game-changer for our website.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I wish there were more ways to filter the recordings & results, as well as ways to sort the results. I would also like more analytics in connection to referrals and entry pages.

**Recommendations to others considering Mouseflow:**

Set time aside to analyze the results each month or week. Otherwise, you aren't getting the right data & benefits from the program.

We never knew what the user flow of our website was and this really helps us determine where folks are going, where they are stopping, and where we can improve in the structure of our website.

Form integration is not very good, definitely needs improving because it doesn't know 80% of the time when someone submits a form correctly on my website

Not knowing how my website performs to new users, I've now been able to continue to upgrade and iterate to perform better and up my conversion rate

As we pivot to becoming a pure SaaS, we have been relying heavily on mouseflow to help us guide our product development, especially from an onboarding perspective. We heavily rely on recorded sessions to identify how users interact with our platform post-signup, and we've made incremental changes that have made a significant impact on our activation.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The interface can be further improved, however, that's not really that much of an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Mouseflow:**

Highly recommend this tool to better understand your traffic and users.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary focus as of right now is to fine tune our onboarding process to help users graduate from sign up to activation. This required us to understand what people actually do once they come in, and to improvise accordingly.

Based on changes implemented inspired by video recordings of user sessions, we've made significant improvements in our activation ratio.

The best part is the ease of integration and how instantly the platform is up and running. The pricing is also quiet competitive and overall i found it a good platform

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

It lacks the flexibility to sample the sessions which can be a pain point sometimes. and the playback of the session is not very optimized and every page has its own different video in a session which is really irritating when reviewing a session

Mouseflow is way better than Hotjar.  We've solved plenty of errors through session recordings and the heatmap is very thorough.

Nothing as of yet. There are features that I haven't fully utilized yet.

While Google Analytics does have a funnels feature, there are some very distinct differences. First, GA samples data on their free plan, which could mislead your insights if you don't have enough traffic. Second, GA can't replay the sessions of the users who dropped in each step of the funnel :).

With Mouseflow you record all visits to your site, and create conversion funnels to watch exactly where and why they dropped from one step to another.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

For the price they charge, the tools you get to view heatmaps, see mouse movement recordings, and other basic analytics, is one of the best deals I have seen. The biggest reason we chose Mouseflow was the amount of time they store the heatmap and recording info. Compared to other SAAS providers that charge extra for more than 1 month storage, Mouseflow is the best deal we could find.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

While they offer easy to use tools for Heatmaps and Recordings (along with other tools we haven't utilized yet), we really wished they offered a 'Live View' to watch what customers were doing live on our website. Other Heatmap SAAS providers offer this feature and during a trial period it was very helpful to walk some customers through the ordering process.

**Recommendations to others considering Mouseflow:**

For the amount of pages you can record heatmaps and the length of storage, Mouseflow is hard to beat. If you need other analytic features, you might want to shop around more.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Mouseflow heatmaps have allowed us to see where customers are clicking on our site, which shows us where we need to focus our attention for marketing and web development. The Recordings have also helped us see where customers get stuck or confused on our website.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I love that I can see the heat maps and the actual patterns of how customers are using my website.  No more guessing to see where people are clicking or scrolling.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

that I have to log into the website to see my data.  id love to have a plug in on my website or an app that I can see my info.  ive started becoming obessed with how my customers are using my info and i like to make real time changes.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

how customers use my website.  i was having a hard time seeing why my conversion wasnt working as well.  It helped me discover that images werent properly loading and that my website wasnt as mobile friendly as i thought.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Easy to navigate and user controls are intuitive. The ability to quickly navigate across customer site visits and target specific pain-points or good UX makes my job much easier

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Could be easier to segment and filter Mouseflows, especially when we are in teh middle of sizeable marketing campaigns and we have hundreds, if not thousands of recordings to parse through.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Does help with QA and identifying any issues with our site's architetcure. Also a good double check if we see anomalous data in downstream systems, Mouseflow can help us troubleshoot and find root causes of customer frustration

I like the ability to filter by various attributes as well as to set up funnel and form steps

goes thru the sessions very quickly.  Also would like to be able to not record sessions from some referrers

you dont know what you dont know abaout your sites usability ...until you try it
