What do you like best about Mixmax?

I use Mixmax to efficiently communicate with both potential and existing customers and it really helps me make sure I follow up in a timely manner. I love having good visibility on when emails are opened and using the email reminders, which alert me if I haven't responded or if a follow-up is needed. I also love that Mixmax shows me when emails are opened and who opened them, providing a great opportunity for timely follow-ups. The sequences feature in Mixmax is really helpful for mass-targeting a large group of potential customers efficiently. The initial setup of Mixmax was smooth and great. What do you dislike about Mixmax?

What do you like best about Mixmax?

I like how Mixmax allows me to send 500 emails in one day with ease of use. The user interface is very easy to navigate, requiring no external training, which is particularly my favorite aspect. I find it excellent that minimal training is needed for new users like my SDRs, who can easily figure out how to set up sequences and send emails. Its ease of use makes it a small vanity for me. What do you dislike about Mixmax?

Sometimes I find little bugs on the tool, and the AI assistant feature could be more comprehensive. They could include some LinkedIn personalizations and all of that. There's room for improvement in the AI side of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the UI could be a little clearer and some of the details for how to use certain aspects of the solution could be easier to find. What do you like best about Mixmax?

I have found Mixmax incredibly valuable for gaining insight into the activity around my emails. The platform's ability to show who has opened my emails and when they were viewed helps me strategically plan my next actions. This insight is crucial for optimizing my communication and enhancing workflow efficiency. Setting up Mixmax was straightforward, and although there was initially a learning curve with campaign sequences, the helpful chat support made it easy to overcome. As a solo user in a small team, I appreciate the potential for growth with Mixmax, anticipating how more template access will be beneficial as our team expands. The integration possibilities with tools like Slack and CRM systems are promising for future scalability. Overall, Mixmax suits my needs better than other platforms I have tried, such as Yesware and more robust CRMs with campaign capabilities, and I would highly recommend it. On that note, we hear you on sequences feeling a bit challenging at first. We’re continuing to improve onboarding and in-product guidance so that core workflows like sequences feel more intuitive without needing a support assist.

And on CRM: totally fair request. Mixmax is designed to work alongside CRMs rather than replace them, but we’re always looking at ways to make the CRM experience feel tighter inside Mixmax through integrations and workflow improvements so you can stay in one flow more often.

I use Mixmax for marketing outreach like newsletters. It helps partially automate marketing email campaigns, send out to large audiences, and provides insight into engagement. The main limitation I've encountered is with VPN users - when recipients use VPN services, the location tracking becomes unreliable and you can't accurately determine where someone is reading their email from. This can limit the geographical insights that would otherwise be useful for timing and personalization strategies. While this doesn't affect the core read tracking functionality, it does reduce some of the contextual information that could be valuable for sales intelligence. What do you like best about Mixmax?

It is so easy to send email sequences to leads after our call to present the proposals that we send out. MixMax is also great at giving notifications about who is reading my emails and how many times they are viewing them. It is easy to use, easy to integrate with the Gmail, and easy to implement different sequences for different clients. The team and I use MixMax multiple times a day, every day. What do you dislike about Mixmax?

The one downside is that our MixMax automations of multiple emails may be making clients feel like it is spam. Our MixMax server was showing up as malicious to some clients with third-party security services, but nothing we are sending is spam and the volume of emails being sent out per sequence is low at 3-4 emails. What do you like best about Mixmax?

Mixmax has changed my life! I own 5 businesses and have to send a lot of outbound communication including monthly emails to over 200 customers to verify if they want an order, what they want, etc.

Mixmax allows me to sequence out those emails and also to auto reply if there's no activity on the thread. What used to be 15+ hours of manual work is now 30 minutes or so.

I also use the email templates for the dozens of standard emails I send for my various businesses. The templates allow me to easily send responses (or outreach) as well as automatically attaching decks, docs, etc.

It is worth every penny and I wish I'd had Mixmax years ago!

This is a MUST for efficiency, organization, tracking, etc.
