I wish that for my purposes it was possible to automate more things. There is a lot of manual entry involved. The system also freezes often, it seems like when someone is running a report or doing something it is constantly telling me it's frozen due to another user doing something, and it's incredibly frustrating given that whatever I've typed or done prior to that gets wiped out, so I end up doing a lot of double work.
