Allocation: There are instances that the items has a negative inventory upon allocation and will not proceed in creating Delivery. Sometimes, it is a human error, their allocation is more than the total quality that we have in the system. 2. User Configuration: Give an access to the module but still can’t access. Maybe their license is just Limited. 3. Accounting: They cannot post entry with “Posting Period ” error. To solve this, check the Posting Period, change the status to unlock depending on the date of posting. ### 44. Once the customer wants to move ahead from this, you can convert to an order direct from the quote, which then creates a link between files. As items become available to dispatch you can raise one or multiple delivery notes from an order, again making a link between files, and then take these either manually or automated onto an invoice. You can then view a relationship map of the whole process which shows the link from quote all the way to invoice and payment. Automation of invoices also included emailing of documents direct to the customer, no need to save the files and then manually open and add to an email **What do you dislike about SAP Business One?** When we were having a crack down on level of sales and profit margin required you would have to manually go in and check the price of items to ensure that the profit margin is within the parameters set. This cost price shown wasn't always accurate, it would pull from the last invoice for an item and this could have been a special price and not accurate to the correct price for this item **Recommendations to others considering SAP Business One:** It's a great all in one system for all departments, used from the sales office raising quotes, order and invoices, accounts processing payments, and the warehouse doing stock receiving and dispatch **What problems is SAP Business One solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was an excellent system to use throughout all levels of the business. The relationship tree from quote through to payment allowed clear tractability of all stages of the sale. Inventory/stock management was very straightforward, and raising reports for things such as stock take was extremely easy ### 49.
