I like Acumatica's intuitive UI, which makes the barrier for entry easy. It's set up well for integrations and customizations, allowing it to feed into and be driven by existing systems. I also find the cost to be very competitive, making the larger more Enterprise ERP options less enticing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The CPQ functionality is limited. Although there are external systems that can be bolted on to handle this, it would be better if this was native functionality in the tool. There are two major things the current system doesn't handle well. The first is multi-level BOMs. Being able to create BOMs with configurations and stack them on top of each other to create a larger product, while maintaining the ability to configure each subassembly on a sales order or quote is key. The second is the ability to integrate with CAD systems like SolidWorks, where engineers build their models that house the rules for how to update the BOMs as configurations change. Also, much of the necessary data isn't available at initial setup, so we have to standardize and collect it, which makes the process long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
