I like the barcoding feature that Cetec ERP offers, which significantly enhances our operations by providing a functionality that we did not have before. This barcoding capability is particularly beneficial for inventory purposes, making inventory management much more effective and streamlined for our business. Additionally, I value the technical support provided by Cetec ERP and the educational classes they offer. These classes are expected to be conducted every two years, which is a great opportunity for my team and me to enhance our expertise in using this new system. I appreciate that I can bring more people from my company to these classes to learn more, becoming even more proficient and maximizing the system’s potential for our operations. I find the initial setup of Cetec ERP quite complex. Although I am becoming more familiar with the system, there are still areas where I have questions. Additionally, I've noticed a significant issue with data transitioning from the quote stage to work orders, where certain key information fails to populate. This missing data impacts our workflow and complicates tasks on the floor as employees struggle to find important information like PO numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
