According to G2 data, Odoo ERP pricing in 2026 starts at $24.90 and can reach $49.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Odoo's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Odoo ERP pricing best suited for?

Odoo ERP's pricing is best suited for small to mid-sized businesses seeking an affordable, all-in-one ERP alternative to costly enterprise systems. G2 reviewers from industries including consulting, retail, manufacturing, computer software, and information technology consistently highlight Odoo ERP's value for companies with 50 or fewer employees. The free One App Free tier suits startups testing a single function, while the Standard plan fits growing small businesses needing full operational coverage. The Custom plan at $37.40/month appeals to mid-market companies requiring multi-company management, API integrations, or on-premise deployment. G2 reviewers caution that organizations needing heavy customization should budget for additional development resources.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Odoo ERP?

Odoo ERP's free One App Free tier allows unlimited users but restricts access to a single application, making it suitable only for highly focused use cases. G2 reviewers note that the Community edition, while open-source and free, lacks advanced reporting, mobile experience, and key modules like full accounting that are reserved for paid tiers. Odoo ERP's Standard plan at $24.90/month unlocks all apps via Odoo Online, while the Custom plan at $37.40/month adds Odoo Studio, Multi-Company support, External API access, and on-premise or Odoo.sh deployment. G2 users frequently cite these advanced features as the primary drivers for upgrading beyond the free offering.

Is Odoo ERP considered good value for its pricing?

According to G2 reviewers, Odoo ERP is widely regarded as excellent value, particularly when compared to enterprise alternatives like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. G2 users from the chemicals, consulting, and manufacturing industries frequently highlight that Odoo ERP delivers far more than expected at its price point. Small business reviewers consistently praise the competitive pricing of Odoo ERP's Standard plan at $24.90/month for all apps. However, some G2 reviewers note that costs escalate with customization, third-party development, and support packages. A few reviewers flag Odoo.sh and enterprise-level service fees as expensive, particularly for very small teams or businesses in countries with unfavorable exchange rates.

"Seamless Integration, User-Friendly, and Cost-Effective"

What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

I love how Odoo ERP's APIs are very much integrated within the whole experience, allowing me to use them for extracting information and representing it on our own platform. This flexibility gives us the ease to make multiple entries or feed data into different platforms. The chat feature integrated within Odoo ERP for every entry is also a big plus, keeping a conversation on what was done, who approved it, and why certain things were done, which is very useful for future reference. I also find the user-friendliness and ease of use quite remarkable. The ability to automate tasks, generate reminders and invoices, and keep track of approvals in an accessible format really enhances our workflow. Furthermore, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the team at Odoo being responsive and understanding our requirements before launch, making it a seamless process. Its based of cloud, so the performance is pretty snappy and it works faster than a natively installed application works. The pricing model is very competitive. Their customer service is very high. What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

There are way too many modules in Odoo ERP, and it's challenging to integrate all of them into one solution. For example, anything related to HR could be included within one HR module rather than having different modules for people, payroll, HR, and leave management. All of this could be incorporated into one rather than four different modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Database Shut Down Over Disputed Fee and Resulting Email Failures"

What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

Odoo can be powerful when it is running, but our experience with billing, contract changes, database access, and urgent support has been extremely poor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

Odoo attempted to charge us a large unsupported-version surcharge that we dispute and do not believe we accepted. After we disputed it, our business database was closed/restricted. We paid under pressure to regain access. After restoration, our email fetch service began failing and Odoo support could not resolve it immediately. For a business-critical ERP, database access and urgent production support should not be handled this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
