What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

Odoo ERP itself is powerful, flexible, and integrates sales, accounting, inventory, and workflows into a single platform. Navigation is smooth once set up, and the range of modules provides strong value for money compared to other ERP solutions. What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

The customer support and sales practices are unacceptable. I was sold Odoo.sh with written assurances of free migration, only to learn after paying that my database version was unsupported. For months, I had no access to what I paid for, with no proactive remedy. I was bounced between departments, promises of credits went unfulfilled, and executive escalation requests were ignored. The product is strong, but Odoo’s accountability, transparency, and support are the worst I’ve experienced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
