Agendas, tasks, minutes, decisions made and my notes are all linked to each other so for instance the team planner is automatically populated. The set up was relatively straightforward though I had a bit of a false start when I set it up in a different channel to the Planner I wanted to link with! But easily sorted. I found the link to a webinar helpful and will probably keep going back to the recording in the next few weeks to check for things I overlooked when first setting it up. I have only used it for relatively informal team meetings at the moment and found it perfect for these. I will expand to use it for more formal meetings in the coming weeks but feel maybe the minutes template will not suit these as much. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** My only real problem so far is that I really don't like the layout and font used for the template for the minutes so I have to change it every time I use it. I would like to be able to change the template so I don't have to do this every time. I also appreciate having all my meeting agendas conveniently in one place - switching between agendas is much quicker than opening different files. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** There are a few features within Teams that do not currently allow use, such as copying an agenda or making notes while meeting. And the biggest plus is the quick creation of meeting minutes after notes, tasks, and decisions have been entered. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** Keep in mind that you will need to specify a place to store all additional data. So each time you need to think in which MS Teams channel to place the agenda. Either create a new team each time with all meeting participants or save everything to your channel. In the latter case, you can additionally provide access to the interactive protocol to participants who do not have access. You can do it with one mouse click. But if you don't want to do this, you just share the protocol afterwards. If you collect all protocols in one channel, then soon the counter of the number of tasks and decisions will start to display the total number in each agenda. It allows management full visibility into what each team member is focusing on and helps hold the team accountable for their performance and productivity. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** I haven't found anything I dislike avoid using decisions. It is a consistent way of tracking the team's priorities and notifying management as soon as the minutes are finalized after the meeting. **What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking team members productivity and priorities is a huge focus for us, considering we are working remotely and have a lot of autonomy when it comes to managing our workload. This ensures everyone is staying on top of their assigned tasks and gives team members the opportunity to call our any issues or potential delays. ### 46. It requires some administration of the meeting to be prepared in advance, but thats on positive side as it is a good time investment reducing the workload of leading the discussion afterward (especially recurrent meetings) and supports one of the biggest challenges in communication -
