
Built-in in Microsoft teams and integrated with Microsoft planner so that I do not need to open or install another app. You can also add a plugin in Microsoft Outlook and it will integrate with your calendar for meeting or appointments.
Before meetings: you receive heads up highlighting who wll be in your meeting, what you should be prepared for, any prework to be considered, etc based on meeting invite.
During meetings it show the agenda to everyone and can even track timing, after the meeting it drafts meeting recap or formal minutes in seconds. It does not appear as an additional participants, it works behind the scenes, so no one feels intimidated.
After the meeting you can create meeting recap or formal minutes in few click and literally seconds. I am impressed by the quality of the summary that grasps the essence manage to identify decisions and action items can be automatically added to Microsoft planner for easier tracking of their execution.
We use it for our weekly team meeting and the agenda template is linked to all the instances so we only need to personalize the items for the specific meeting. Finally it allows team member to easily collaborate on the agenda items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only available with Microsoft Teams, as long as I know. I cannot use it when I join meetings in Zoom or other platforms.
Tasks automatically created in Planner are put in a bucket with the same name as thh title of the meeting and I would prefer to be able to select to which of the existing buckets it should be assigned to.
I need to remember to enable auto-recording to be able to have the summary after the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
