It means I don't have to work too hard facilitating meetings, freeing my time up to concentrate on development. It was very easy to setup and integrate into MS 365, using it feels intuitive and straightforward so that encourages me to use it more frequently, even for the quick meetings. Ensuring meetings for the board are recorded accurately (especially in a sector such as Science, that demands precision) is vitally important- that's why I do them - but it has historically been incredibly time-consuming. This has meant that other tasks sometimes have had to be deferred. I’ve been using Decision AI in my business, and honestly, it’s been a huge asset in improving the way we handle meetings. One of the biggest advantages is its ability to automate meeting notes and summarize discussions in real time—saving us hours in documentation and follow-ups. The smart agenda suggestions ensure that we stay focused and cover essential topics without wasting time. What I appreciate most is the task tracking feature—decisions made during meetings don’t just disappear into vague emails; instead, they get logged and synced with our productivity tools. It really helps me get my head in the correct space for each meeting. 2) Unobtrusive Once set up, Decisions AI silently reviews the meeting transcripts and such making it impossible to forget to turn it on.
