Context of the Decision AI LLM is nigh useful - no memory .. does not work w the way I work.

The post meeting summarizer is a great idea, mediocre execution.

What do you like best about Decisions AI?

I like how, after making the decision, you can assign tasks using Onenote, and this action will be notified periodically.

I like the layout provided when creating an agenda; it is easy for the eyes to read.

I like how staff members can easily access this on Microsoft Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

I am unable to have the system type up the meeting minutes for me. I need to do this separately. I wish this feature was there. A simple transcript is provided but I have to type up meeting minutes, which is a waste of time with various meetings inbetween.

I would like the app to pick up on actions during the live meeting, and when the meeting is recorded, this can be typed up at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main issue it has sorted is that all meetings are linked with the Outlook calendar. In addition, the fact that we can assign tasks and have all staff have access to them is great as it means that they can alter documents whenever they have free time. The recap feature has been the unexpected winner of Decisions AI. Ability to quickly produce a summary of the meeting with clear action items that sync to the planner. This ensures you can move at pace post meeting, keeping everyone on the same page and keep on top of meeting related tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

The meeting recap and meeting minutes do not work in concert together. You cannot reference the recap when you do get to the meeting minutes resulting in going over old ground. Further you end up with duplicate action items that need to be cleaned up and you cant do that within the app, but have to produce the minutes and then edit them. What do you like best about Decisions AI?

The built-in AI is awesome and does a great job when summarizing a meeting, recording, managing the agenda, and creating meeting minutes. The best feature is the fact that it is totally embedded in MS Teams. I use it at all meetings around 10 times a day. Implementation is easy and any user can do it seamlessly.
