It's great to have one place for all these documents and to be able to look back in time easily at past meeting notes, or ahead to add to agendas with ease. It's handy for internal meetings but isn't polished enough that I'd use it externally. - Having to scroll to the bottom to click save before you can add another agenda item when you're in the middle of writing one - sometimes writing one thing can prompt another and it would be nice to go back and forth through items easily without needing to click save. - Sometimes 'save' means 'save as draft', but it can be a little confusing/nervy - Editing tables in agenda items could be less clunky. Other programs we looked at forced you to go outside the native program and often had too many "cute" feature that only distract people from effective meetings. We use it for all stand up meetings and all one-to-ones to record actions and keep track of the meeting minutes. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** So far very little to complain about, as the onboarding cleared up any issues we were experiencing, as in many cases it was user related. He is so lovely and patient and super responsive. 100 times better than a bot! He's the only reason I'm persisting with this system currently. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** Recordings should stay with the recorder of the meeting and have time limit to set as 24 hrs/48 hrs/# days etc to delete after minutes are done and finalized as accepted. Automate it. Layout is ugly, needs cleaner more fun set up. Minutes need more details included. Need a % scale of how detailed we want it. Names in out, initials etc. Add dates in automatically. AI payments set up and keeps asking me to upgrade?? So time consuming and frustrating. I wanted a preset solution set up to work from and would have paid for that service. I can easily delegate someone to take meeting notes and when the meeting is adjourned, the notes are uploaded immediately to the Teams Channel for all to review. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** The instructions could be explained better. I liked Decisions before the AI as it helped me organise my meetings and tasks, but using the AI as a meeting synopis at the end of a meeting has saved me hours of time. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** I can't seem to change which task list is attached to a meeting without totally deleting the meeting **What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can create and assign tasks during the meeting while still taking notes. I use it to log decisions, and I use the agenda to give people an early look into what we are trying to accomplish with our meeting. It is nice to be able to get feedback from meeting attendees so I request them to add agenda suggestions if they have items they think are important for the group to discuss. We started using recently and the customer support has been very responsive. After playing with it for and hour I was blown away by how thourough a job the team have done integrating into to the MS 365 ecosystem creating a power and practical application that can be used to give structure and system to planning, implementing and reporting meetings. It gives a easy way to oraganise and store files, minutes and agendas that can be access by all from home or at work. It give good control to managers to invite people to suggest agenda items, review agendas and even use speakers permissions to control who can or can't present items. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** I haven't really found anything that I don't like.
