What I like best about Decisions AI is that it makes our work a lot easier by suggesting the right next steps, so we don’t have to waste time figuring things out manually. It really cuts down on guesswork. I also love how easily it connects with the tools we already use, so we didn’t have to change our whole setup. Another great thing is the confidence scores it gives with each suggestion they help us understand how sure the system is, which makes it easier to trust the decisions. It takes some time to get the hang of it, especially if you’re not from a technical background. I also feel like there could be more simple examples or step-by-step guides to help new users get started more quickly. For example, it can now handle things like assigning tasks, sending leads to the right person, or choosing the next step in a process — all based on real data. Working in a highly regulated area, I have spent hours a week creating agendas (especially modifying timeslots), generating minutes, capturing actions and logging decisions. Decisions AI and Teams have reduced that time ten fold, creating agendas in seconds, generating summarised minutes, accurately generating actions lists and clear decisions all stored and easy to be referenced. I believe the user interface could do with some improvements, its not always intuitive to find the functions, that are generally there but hidden well. I mostly started using Decisions for it's meeting agenda tool, as MS Teams and OneNote, etc., even with lots of features, equates to a lot of manual work and multiple steps every time I need to create the agenda and take notes, etc. Using Decisions in place of the multiple MS tools definitely has made it easier. The meeting recap feature is great for quickly summarizing what happened in the meeting and what the next tasks and priorities are on a project. The AI transcription is also great for fast-paced or long meetings where taking minutes myself can get difficult. Easy to use, intuitive and really supports setting up topics for discussion and action within meetings. The AI tool to recap and summarise meetings using the Teams transcripts is amazing and so accurate for a fast, convenient and straightforward precis of each meeting, topics and themes discussed, actions agreed and sentiments of all participants. Had initial trouble setting it up and getting it to link with Teams etc. with a couple of mis-fires when trying to set it all up.
