We use Loopio to centralize our vast amount of boilerplate for proposals, and I'm considering adding a library stack for my team. I used Loopio for the first time to look up approved writeups when responding to some questions for a partner. I can tell I'm just scratching the surface, but so far, it was easy to search for and find the writeups I needed, plus it provided multiple options for me to choose from.
I appreciate that you can add fields into writeups that automatically display the current number of clients or other data points. Having that centralized and organized is so good. It's a central point of truth.
I like that entries are dated and have owners so you know who to go to if you have a question or need to check approval status.
No more massive folder structure housing disparate documents. You can put it all in Loopio.
I also like that you can search specific stacks if, say, you want to look for content in your own stack and not be overwhelmed by response options in other stacks. It's flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've not used the system enough to have run into downsides. We're fortunate to have a Loopio champion who manages the content, gets rid of duplicates, etc. I did have a little trouble finding a couple of specific writeups I was looking for, but I believe that's a matter of keywording and is something we can improve on our end, as far as searchability.
