Everyone we have had contact with has been friendly, positive and really helpful, consistently going above and beyond to give us the support we need (they are also all really genuinely nice people who it is a pleasure to have contact with!) In terms of the software itself, it has had a massive impact on our productivity, even in this short time. I would say that it reduces the time needed to complete RFPs and Data Security Questionnaires by 50%, and it is a much more pleasant and effective experience than having to work with shared documents. The colour-coded progress bar makes it really easy to see how far through you are, and it's very satisfying to see it finally turn green! The application is visually appealing and very intuitive to use. Loopio also has a comprehensive help center where you can find a lot of useful information (with accompanying visuals, which I find really useful). On the few times, I have required additional support, the customer service team has responded promptly with helpful, relevant information that has solved my queries and allowed us to keep working on the projects with minimal interruption. I would also like to add that from what I have seen so far, Loopio is also very responsive to client ideas and suggestions. In the time we have been working with them, we have seen several new features been added, which have improved the experience even further for us. There is a strong feeling of "constant innovation". This combined with a team of happy, friendly, supportive employees has made us very happy that we chose Loopio and I would certainly recommend it to others. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** I am genuinely struggling to think of something I dislike about Loopio! There have been a few features that I felt would improve the experience even further, but several of those have been implemented since we started working with them, which is encouraging. In the past, I've gone through implementations that I was told would provide a close relationship and support, but then was handed some materials, wished good luck, and told, "We'll be here if you need it." That wasn't the case with Loopio. They were an integral part of planning how Loopio will fit into our organization and improve processes, and our onboarding manager was eager to share strategic insights. Further, we weren't held to a fixed timeline; Loopio was flexible with scheduling, acknowledging that the RFP world can be busy and unpredictable. Feature-wise, task approvals have done wonders for version control and quality control in our RFPs. Visualization of task assignments within the project space has improved our SMEs' ability to manage time and meet internal deadlines. Additionally, going from no central repository of information to having an organized content library has already significantly cut down on RFP response times. As a final piece of feedback, my company had very few RFP processes and no software in place prior to Loopio; I was brought on to help fill these gaps. I've worked with a few different RFP tools throughout my career, and I wanted to introduce a tool that would be easy for our team to adapt to. Loopio has been perfect. The training given to our team was outstanding, and after only a week our SMEs were completing tasks in the platform with no issues. Loopio is the perfect balance of intuitive for beginners and infrequent users, while having more complex controls for those who work in the tool every day. I could get into the weeds of the benefits of different features, but high level, these are the successes that have brought the most impact to my company thus far. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** One feature I would like to see is the ability to assign a single question to two or three contributors so that SMEs can collaborate on more complex questions. Alternatively, a third level of approval would meet this need. So, for example, an assignee could draft a response, push it to their manager for technical review, and then that manager would submit the response to the RFP team for polishing. (Rather than going straight from assignee to RFP team reviewer.) **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our top three goals in implementing RFP software were to create a centralized library of up-to-date content, reduce the amount of time it takes to respond to RFPs, and, in turn, be able to increase the volume of RFPs we respond to. During onboarding, Loopio consulted on our company's structure and solutions to help us determine best-practice organization for our new content library. We made a few tweaks after uploading our first content entries, and our new library has become a fantastic, easy-to-search resource. Though the scenario-type questions our company sees frequently in RFPs are a bit more challenging to automate responses for using Loopio's Magic, access to our library in the project space has already significantly cut down on the amount of time it takes to respond, because we are able to quickly locate and append relevant content. Prior to Loopio, our small to mid-size company worked on one to two RFPs at a time. While onboarding with Loopio, that number jumped to three to five. Many have commented as to "How did you do RFPs all by yourself without this?!!" **What do you dislike about Loopio?** Adding responses to the library from completed projects can be non-intuitive. The engine seems to put more weight on the response content and not enough on the question. For example, you may have a question that the answer at this time is no different from a similar question. Loopio will suggest that you add the update as an additional question, when in the future, this same response will probably need to be different. Our SMEs are not in Loopio and frankly don't want to be for the one time of year they are required to make changes. So being able to export only the categories pertaining to them would be a huge help. I know the point to Loopio is to have everyone in there but sometimes you just don't need them to be and having this option would be beneficial to us. I also dislike the linking feature. I would be nice to have like a magic function to find the French or English equivalent. I don't like that there is no notification to the Content Manager when questions are added to the Review from Library/Project. The project part especially. I am not always in Loopio but I do try to be in there often but it would be nice to have a little notification bell or something at the top that tells me I have newly added responses to review. I know there is the block at the bottom of the home page but I don't find that is enough, that's just me though. I like visuals that state the obvious. :) **Recommendations to others considering Loopio:** It's a great tool for smaller businesses who will have all employees partake in the tool and all it's glory. But for larger businesses where not everyone needs to be in Loopio, there is work to be done to accommodate those needs. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find that it is saving a ton of time looking for questions on larger RFPs. Even though there is still work to be done as Loopio can't possible answer all questions perfectly, it's still a huge time saver.
