**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Great ideas and conceptually would do a phenomenal job, but does encounter some glitches. On paper this system is brilliant, but needs some refining.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

Difficulty uploading excel documents, and not as intuitive as it could be. A bit clunky at times and does not find correct responses in many cases.

The magic feature is nice and most documents create question/answer pairs easily.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Loopio was easy to learn and use. It does everything I need, including creating RFP projects, loading Questions & Answers into the library, searching, exporting a proposal to a company template, and producing reports. The customer support is outstanding.  I usually hear back from an email request within the hour, and they are able to answer my question.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

I would like to search in all "categories" EXCEPT a certain category.  This is not available yet.  You can search all categories, or search several categories by adding them.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes finding answers to RFPs QUICKER.  It's a nightmare trying to figure out "which RFP" a specific answer was in.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

We have found the content library to be an effective and efficient way to track our previous and standard responses. It is easy to search for any topics due to the use of stacks and sub-stacks. The team has been super helpful with getting use onboard and it was easy to train new users. We look forward to using Loopio to collaborate with other teams internally.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

It does take time to create and put in place a process which works for the firm, but once done, it is easy to maintain the content.

Managing content and ensuring the latest information is used in materials which go to our current and prospective clients.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

It's definitely made the collaboration process much easier to manage. The content library and use of Magic is great.

Implementation was very straight forward. Well structured and paced. All of the user guide section os comprehensive and the ongoing support from my success manager is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

when there are documents that the client needs completing that don't easily fit into Loopio's structure of 'question and answer' e.g. there might be 2 fields that have information about the question, but I cannot select both fields as a question. Or similar with answers. There might be a multiple choice response that requires an explanation, but I can't choose 2 places for an answer to only 1 question.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a centralised, searchable place for content. We used to have to try to rememebr old RFP responses and where to find content on our shared drive.

It also helps with much better collaboration. It helps to make clear who is expected to respond to which questions and allows the overall response manager to easily keep track of progress and be ahead of potential issues to avoid contributors not completing in time.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

I've been an admin for Loopio for around 8 months now and I've found one of it's best features is it's library search. Loopio has a brilliant RAG search that allows myself and colleagues to find the most relevant responses to questions, saving a lot of time. In addition, it is always very easy to use and search key terms, tags or entry owners. As an admin, it is also easy to give access to different users and stay on top of licences.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

I dislike is the library management set up and I think it could be a little clearer. It is hard to see which responses are the most recent, and which need to be updated from the view. This could pose an issue when there is a large number of responses and the team needs to update Loopio content. I've noticed a lot of users do not use a lot of the features provided, namely projects and the Magic AI tool. Although as an Admin, I have demoed both features numerous times, users are reluctant to pick up the feature since their main use of Loopio is the library search function. I've also noticed that the Magic AI tool can be fairly tricky to use, escpeially when trying to highlight the question and subquestion in the document, which can cause users to get frustrated and instead use the library search.

Loopio solves the issue of searching and storing RFP responses. IBM have thousands of RFPs and a library tool such as Loopio helps users to quickly find the results they are looking for instead of searching a large spreadsheet.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Some of the things that I appreciate the most about Loopio are:
* It's ability to read in various RFP formats and automatically ingest them into its system and then when it comes time to submit the RFP, export it out into that same format. It makes it easy to work within the Loopio format and provide the required output.

* The auto selection and identification - they call it Magic. It searches the library of existing answers and then auto matches based on the RFP questions. While they are not perfect matches always, some are perfect matches, and as long as you keep tagging "alternate" versions of questions it keeps getting better and better.

* Review and add to library. The workflow and process of continually maintaining your library is much appreciated. It helps you to continually improve your content and then continually take advantage of the results of your improvement.

* Search. While auto matching is great, the flexibility of search really comes in handy for looking across your data and finding answers that match the question or closely match so you can improve the existing answer or create a variation that is more applicable.

* Ease of combining pieces to make a full answer. Breaking up your library answers into smaller chunks and then making it easy to combine them for a client op specific question is great.

* Support team has been rapid and helpful when I requested it.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

It is pricey for smaller organizations and they don't have options that really fit these groups that have smaller teams.

The training provide is ok, but could benefit from more engaging interactive simulations (show me/try me/test me) and more of these types of learnings provided in an on demand searchable community. Support has certainly helped when I had questions though and filled in those gaps.

It helps us to create a centralized knowledge base of questions and answers that can be leverage to more efficiently respond to RFPs and Vendor security and privacy questionnaires.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

The most helpful elements of Loopio are the ability to search the library and projects for historical data by using Magic.  Using my old system, I relied on many folders in Word and by memory.  A few benefits that assist our company are the dashboard, reporting features, and the NUDGE button.  It is convenient to see at a glance by looking at the dashboard where a project stands and NUDGE an assignee if they are lagging in their responses.

Loopio's customer support model is fantastic.  I appreciate the monthly check-ins with Peter Yu and find the quick turn around from other support personnel to be great.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

I have used Loopio for two (2) years now, and they have made positive strides.  I do wish that the ability to import data from large tables was easier than it is currently.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1.	Before Loopio the knowledge base was accessed manually from Word files.  The data was managed by having tons of folders to organize and retrieve in a timely manner.
2.	The easy of viewing the dashboard has created a much more pleasant atmosphere because there is no arguing that an assignee is falling behind on a project. 
3.	It has been great managing the library by preventing duplicates with the “Add a variation of this question”.

I have implemented and used Loopio at 3 times at different over the last 6 years and absoltely love it. It makes my job much easier as a proposal professional who uses it daily, and I consistently get feedback from my sales and customer success team members that they also find it easy to use and navigate for individuals who aren't in it as much.

As someone who understands that having a strong and accurate library is paramount, I appreciate the features in place to make keeping content up to date simple, while focusing on keeping the integrity of the library (i.e. not adding new records.)

I have always appreciated that they are constantly improving and making updates to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

Loopio might not have all the "bells and whistles" some platforms have. However, none of them as as important as ease of use and focus on content curation that Loopio has.

Loopio helps us maintain library content which is essential to putting out accurate and timeline proposals.

I appreciate that it's ease of use makes is easy for people who don't access it every day (sales, client success) to go in and pull content for themselves because it's easy to find - which lessens the burden on me as a proposal manager.

It makes responding to RFPs faster and easier with an integrated platform that can seach your library or previous RFPs, depending on your needs.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

I've been using Loopio for almost 5 years, on almost a daily basis, and I have consistently been impressed with the many tools they offer to make my proposal writing process better! Their customer support is very friendly and responsive. I appreciate their willingness to dig into questions and find solutions. Early on in my experience with Loopio I made suggestions for enhancements and it is such a game changer when you see your suggestions implemented into the software. I primarily use Loopio’s Library module, which has allowed our team to delivery fresh and accurate responses to bids. We recently had to export a large portion of our Library content and the process was very easy and I loved that we were given a Word and Excel file of our Library content -- with images attached! What do I like best about Loopio? A solution is only enjoyable to use if the people supporting you are equally great to work with – the people make the solution!

Because I primarily use the Library module it would be nice if the pricing packages would offer module specific pricing option, instead of having to pay for modules like Projects that we don't use.

As a proposal writer time is essential. Loopio has offered us a quick and easy way to access fresh Library content, greatly reducing the amount of time we spend searching for answers.

I really enjoy the sub folders. I update descriptive statistics and they're categorized differently. They're very easy to find if needing revision.

Loopio's platform takes weeks off the RFP process. Easily match content with questions using their Magic tool, and generative AI works well to create content. Implementation was easy, and their team was professional and helpful. Notably, their sales process was phenomenal, quickly showing potential ROI and making it easy to make our business cases.

The approval process could be clearer, and the Magic tool sometimes uses the same answer for many questions. It works best when RFP responses are concise, which is only sometimes the case in our industry.

I wish Loopio tracked time used per project across all users. And sometimes when a new feature launches, it goes through a few buggy bumps in the road.

Small neauances that could be clearer. For example, when you set up a review, its a very manual process to make sure each one has a second approver or reviewer assigned. I wish there was a way to add attachments outside of a past project.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

We see the content library as the primary benefit of Loopio to our organization. We spent a great deal of time during our old RFP process just searching multiple documents for appropriate boilerplate language to use to be responsive. With the Loopio content library, we expect to be able to streamline that process by using Magic to search our content for us and populate answers so that we can personalize and tailor the proposals and add "connective tissue," but we don't have to spend time searching for boilerplate.

Additionally, we have created custom sales proposal templates that have streamlined our ability to get proposals to our sales team in 15 minutes or less.

There is nothing we dislike about Loopio.

Loopio is solving the problem of searching for boilerplate from our content on our behalf with Magic so we don't have to spend time searching multiple sources for the appropriate responses to RFP questionnaires. This has enabled us to increase the volume of RFPs we apply to, which has led to an increase in our win rate.

We like being able to organize our data into stacks which is use for our different products. The system is so easy to use with functionality that is extremely useful to our company.

We really don't have complaints about the product. The product has a very strong search engine and we can streamline our responses because of our use of Loopio!

Loopio is a great tool that helps my team stay organized and involved in our projects. As a newer member of the team, Loopio has been a huge aid in my training and I love how through the training resources are for the application. The Library saves us so much time on new projects, and as a new team member I have a detailed, organized database at my fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

Sometimes importing and exporting is not quite seamless in terms of formatting. I don't always get notified when SMEs leave comments on questions.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loopio solves our team's organizational problems, and the Library/Magic features solve time management problems. We can look at old and new answers all in one place. It saves me time I would normally spend compiling everyone's ansers and formatting them back into the original document.

The context search isn't always very accurate. Sometimes filtering through content after running magic can take a little while for this reason.

Loopio saves us tons of time when searching for responses to general company info questions and some more general info on our offerings. It also helps us keep track of our review cycle for content which helps to make sure we are using the most up to date information in our responses.

We've been using Loopio for a handful of years now and it has been a game changer for managing the RFP process. The ability to manage a library of pre-approved questions and answers has been helpful for both email writing and RFPs. The library review checkpoints are a great way to ensure that the library only contains the most up-to-date information. Our sales team really enjoys using Loopio to manage RFPs and collaborate on answers.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

Some processes are a bit less user friendly, particularly when it comes to working on RFPs with a team. On a single question, you can assign someone to complete it, someone to review it and then you can submit an answer to be reviewed/added to the library. It can be confusing to manage this process of operations. Also, I don't find the Magic tool to be great, however it works better when you look at each question one-by-one. I also recognize that our library is not organized well and contains a lot of dupicate information that should be tidied up, so this likely contributes to the performance of the Magic function.

Loopio helps us streamline the process for writing RFPs and keeps all of our "pre-approved information" in the same location. It has saved us tons of time writing RFPs and chasing down answers from different departments.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Loopio is a game changer for us to deal with security assessment and due diligence questionnaire.  We used to struggle whenever  these questionnaire requests came in and it usually took us significant amount of time to look up similar responses from previously completed questionnaire. On top of that it’s a challenge to track everyone’s progress. With Loopio, all these issues were gone. The tool offers a all-in-one platform that allows you to collaborate with team members, streamline the questionnaire process and get the work done efficiently. The user interface is straightforward and simple to use. The content library along with the AI assistance saves us time in populating questionnaire response. Furthermore, it allows you to refresh the content via periodic scheduled review. The best part for new user has to be its rich training resources and online help, which we found very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

I hope the tool could improve its content library import entries function. As of today, we could only use the Loopio Excel template to import entires per  defined stack.  So we need to break up a completed questionnaire into several spreadsheets and import them one by one into the library. We found this process time consuming and hope the tool could be enhanced to allow one time import into multiple stacks in one go.

The team at Loopio listens to us and is very active in ensuring our thoughts and ideas for improvements are heard. Our success managers have always been super focused on making sure we get what we need from the product and frequently give us access to beta products where they think they align with our needs. 

The product allows us to bring everyone on the team to break down large and often complex tasks. It's easy to use and requires minimal training for new users, allowing them to be effective quickly. We use Loopio daily to respond to a wide variety of content, including tenders, questionnaires, and security documentation, and it is also a resource for our teams to answer ad hoc questions. 

Loopio plays well with our other technology allowing us to use it in our CRM and communication channels.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

I don't have any dislikes! Loopio is always listening and whenever I come across something I think they could improve, they welcome the feedback and are often already across it in the roadmap.

With a small core response team, we rely on the wider team and Loopio helps us collaborate more easily, increasing our bandwidth to manage multiple responses. The wide range of formats requests for information are produced in can be confusing and very time-consuming to manage, however, Loopio provides consistency which makes this easy and helps our team. With three products to respond to, Loopio helps us manage all of these answer sets in an easily searched library, and helps us surface the most current or relevant answer quickly.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Loopio's features enables us to create high-quality proposals. The library funcation allows us to centralise our succesful, reusable responses. With this functionality we can ensure consistent messaging and showcase our expertise effectively.  This has improved our time to first draft allowing for time to be utilised on more bespoke responses.
The customer service is also outstanding. The team is incrediably responsive and helpful, actively seeking feedback to improve the plantform. This, to us, demonstrates a commitment to our user satification. 
Finally, Loopio has been extemely easy to learn and navigate. The onboarding and training are both clear, engaging and easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

While Loopio offers some advantages, I have encountered some drawbacks that make it less than perfect. Loopio's templates can be helpful, but when it comes to customising them to perfectly match our branding and proposal style can be cumbersome. Loopio, acknowledging this, did offer support and improvemtns to overcome some of our inital drawbacks.

Loopio saves us a lot of time. Importing RFP questions directly from documents is a simple and the system cleverly identifies them for easy assignment.  We can answer questions faster using pre-approved content from the Loopio library, eliminating the need to rewrite the wheel.

The most helpful thing about loopio is the flexibility and ease of use. It is extremely easy troubleshoot for myself and other members of my team.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

The part that I dislike about Loopio is that there isn't an internal notification bar on the actual site for features like comments, reassignments, resolved comments. I wish there was something similar to the library notification bar on the main screen where I can see all updates to the library from my team. 

for example, when i get mentioned in the comments of an assignment I get the notifications via email but typically a few hours after my teammate has posted it, making me late to respond. I like that I can "refresh" and see these comments as changes on the project space but I wish there was a notification bar to let me know of internal notifications as they come as my email is now the secondary tool I'm using (loopio being the primary).

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major problem before using loopio was how we saved information from past RFPs/Proposals and how we incorporated that information into current projects. More often than not, our RFP team was left scrambling trying to wade through decades of inaccurate information for the most relevant pieces, dragging subject matter experts in for their help, taking them away from their main responsibilities. Internal communication (and frustration) on gathering accurate information for these projects has gone down much more than I expected. The ease of uploading/saving/reviewing information for our library for future projects has helped save time for everyone involved.

Loopio makes it really easy to match questions with your knowledgebase of answers. The natural language processing does a really good job, particularly if you use the advanced setting to tweak the responses. The staff is also fantastic and really work to make the company experience a great one.

A web tool is inherently slower than a desktop tool. If you know the ansers, going through an excel file directly is still quicker. I think there could be better ways to streamline the workflow to make processing faster.

Loopio creates an environment where users no longer have to start from ground zero. This is very helpful in augmenting the response process by allowing users to already be on base as opposed to merely making their way to the batters box, to use a metaphor. Customer support has been very helpful.

Mostly as a function of familiarity (lack of at this point) I am still getting accustomed to Loopio's intuitiveness.

It is taking large amounts of questions and consolidating them into a neat project, making it easy to parse out tasks and maintaining a high level overview on the status of the proejct. The content library is huge in that content writers can easily search for content they are looking for and that gives them a starting point when putting together their answers and makes the overall task of answering questions less overwhelming.

Loopio makes it easy to find everything you need in one place. It is user friendly so even if you don't have time to train someone who is helping with your proposal response, they can usually figure it out. The customer support is top notch. I've always had solid support and quick answers to questions. Loopio is very easy to implement. If you use one of their implementation specialists, they walk you through everything. I love that Loopio is always adding new features, and I especially love that they listen to their customers. The help section is inspiring. You can find everything you need an answer to in their Learning Station.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

They may have fixed this, but Loopio doesn't import as well from a PDF as it does from Word or Excel. It also doesn't export a project to Adobe InDesign. I have had scenarios in which Loopio just couldn't work for the complexity of the product(s) being offered in a proposal. I still don't feel like that was Loopio's fault. There is no option when the proposal has to be completed as a slide deck.

Loopio saves me a lot of time on putting together proposals. It makes it easier to have others collaborate on a proposal. Loopio helps maintain quality and version control. Loopio is a fantastic content library. I have been able to make security questionnaire templates that can be used multiple times. My company is thrilled with the investment in Loopio.

Avnio Tables has been a game changer when it comes to viewing our data within Salesforce. It's much more similar to a typical spreadsheet view than the report options that SF has. It's extremely user friendly for our team and we love how customizable it is.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

I love the fact that we can have all of our responses to previous RFx's in one place. It saves a ton of time compared to our old process where we'd have to manually open and search through completed questionnaires in various folders. It's easy to search the library for previous answers and using Magic helps to give us a head start on answering questions. Having the ability to assign reviews throughout the year helps us to keep our answers up to date which we never had before. Having one place where all of our reponses, projects, and data is tracked is such a high value for our team. Our onboarding team and customer support has been great to work with. The online training lessons are fantastic and are so nice to be able to go back to when we have questions. It's wonderful that we can integrate with Slack to know when we have tasks to complete. It's also really nice to not need a license for subject matter experts who will only contribute answers to specific questions ocasionally.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

Though we know there will be benefit in the future, the upfront cost time-wise to create a library is high, but once the structure of how we wanted to store our questions and answers was created, it wasn't too bad to fill out the templates from old questionnaires. Magic and the AI answering feature are still improving but hopefully they'll be a huge asset in the future.

Loopio is helping us to have a more efficient process of answering RFx's by allowing us to keep track of all of our previous responses, easily find answers to questions for new questionnaires and allowing us to collaborate in ways we weren't able to do before. We're also more confident that our answers across the team will align as we're reviewing our responses on a regular cadence and have full visability into who's answered questions certain ways.

I love Open collaboration and all collaboration tools that allow us to talk to project members as I use the Comments section frequently for notes. Once the collaboration is done,the Exporting process is a breeze, giving checkpoints to ensure the mapping is correct.

I am a big fan of Magic for specific entries and Bulk Magic. We will be having opportunities where Magic will be used in a big way coming up and these enhancements will really help us.

I have used both the Google Chrome extension and the Loopio Excel Add-Ins and it can help portal responses, select questions from Portan and inport into projects to leverage your library. In regards to the Excel document add-in, you can go from Blank Excel document to new Loopio Project creation in minutes and Importing question and answer cells is easy, too. 

The opportunities that I have used Loopio to collaborate with the team has saved us time and have made several of our deadlines easy to manage. Documents are cleaner for final review and all of the team members that I have shown are enjoying the use of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

If an entry is being edited and if we try to close Loopio and says an answer is open and may not save, we have to scroll one by one to see where it is. If we could have a "GoTo" button, it could help.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving additional challenges in collaborating with our stakeholders. The comments section allows for cleaner edits, event history to show who made the edits and when. Ability to get previous deleted text back if we need it.

The platform is easy to navigate and intuitive, I would highly recommend Loopio as opposed to other competing platforms. The Loopio team and their dedication to customer service really makes Loopio stand out. We struggled a bit at first with figuring out how to export final projects. Some of the formatting didn't match up with the theme we wanted. However, the customer support team is very helpful with troubleshooting any issues.

We used to save our projects locally to our computers and our primary mode of communication between departments was emails. This process worked, but project owners often had to send follow-up emails, and it was easy to fall behind schedule. With Loopio, this process is simplified and streamlined.
