**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Unlimited content and internal partner additions.  Additionally, the functionality to communicate with content SMEs via automation versus emails and IM communication tools.  It allows my team to be more efficient and increase capacity.  Our win rates are also trending upward.

Nothing!  My team loved the features and functionality!

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

From the user interface to the underlying structure of the database, Loopio is a must-have for all businesses that respond to prosopals and RFPs. Very intuitive and easy to use, great for collaboration, easy to set up reivews for SMEs on a pre-defined cadence, and simple to recommend updated content for the database. I've used other tools and they don't even come close to Loopio.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

The only thing that I'd like to see improved is the license structure; we have found it to be a little challenging to figure out which users need which type of licenses. Simplification of the licensing would be helpful.

Aside from that, we've uncovered some nice bells and whistles that would be great additions to the tool, but no show-stoppers. Loopio and their account team (Katie Salvoni is amazing!) is very good at taking customer ideas and brining them to life. I also love how they open up beta testing to customers that have asked for, or they know could benefit from, a new feature.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow issues were huge. Doing reviews in word or excel is not easy or sustainable, especially when working with multiple stakeholders on each project. Keeping the content up to date was a huge challenge for us and we also have multiple product offerings that can be mixed/matched for our customers and being able to organize the content in a way that eliminates duplicate entries was very important and beneficial.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

I feel it has a great functionality base. The library and project archive is highly use to reuse and ease the workflows for RFI, RFQ and RFP development.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

I think Magic still in an early phase. The search in library and other projects its very basic and can be improved. I wish it can use any AI LLM model for multilanguage support or translation. I had a big RFQ task of +200 question in spanish and I had to: Translate using Google Sheets translation function (google translate) that is not so good. Then after asnwering the RFQ had to reverse it and then use a LLM to improve translations. Other tools as Notion integrate this models.

Collaboration in real time to answer RFQ/RFP.

It's an easy to use tool that provides capabilities to both the teams responsible for submitting RFPs as well as those that need to fill in details for the requests.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

The integration with SFDC is fairly week. It would be nice if the integration had better capabilities. Right now it's basically as simple related list. There is so much more that can be done to make it part of the SFDC ecosystem and provide benefit for additional teams.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RFPs typically ask for the same information. Loopio has streamlined our ability to respond to more RFPs and to respond to them more quickly. We are able to do more with Loopio.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

The best things are the ease of use, the collaboration and library management. As long as your concise content has an owner, reviewer and gatekeeper, this product can add so much value to the organisation!

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

I think the licensing can be better. We upload a ton of questionnaires, and in our company, we have multiple users. Managing the admin side can be troublesome and I would want some automation in this respect, if a user has no logged in or used the system in a certain period of time.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The library content resolves a lot of issues, it provides us with standardisation across our business.
It helps us to manage a history of RFP's.
It also helps us response quicker to potential and existing customers, we can also set expectations and SLA's going forward.
Managing the whole process in the GRC is also invaluable - we collaborate better with our customer success team and sales engineers.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Loopio is the most simplest & easiest tool ever I had ever worked upon. Compared to CRM & other customer database management tools, Loopio is the most user friendly tool worked.

It is simple to use & easy to navigate to various features which all begin from home page. It is very self-explanatory as all the important features could be easily viewed & are available on main screen of home page.  The features such as "Create a New Project", "Search Library", and "Create New Entry" for a library are the added benefits as it helps to navigate easily for a user. The Help Centre is more than a guide is actually the Knowledge Centre where a user can learn "How to complete a Project", "Import/Export", "Use the Library" and generate reports & much more to learn from this training tool.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

There is nothing to dislike about the Loopio tool. Its an amazing & out of the world tool & most easy to use/navigate. However, there are opportunities to work & improve upon some of its essential features, which can further enhance Loopio.

(1) A "Quick Note" feature could be added in Loopio as quick start guide where every user has the opportunity to track all his activities to be actioned for the day as per priorities.

I want to re-iterate the idea about a "Quick Notes" feature that could be added on the default Home Page of Loopio which could be visible once the user launches Loopio tool. Using this feature, every user could find an opportunity to add/update the pending/completed/important activities that needs to be actioned as per the level of priority. Also, a sharing this "Quick Notes" can be customised as per the dates with the "Send/Share" feature where the user could send the update recorded from his "Quick Notes" immediately through email to another user by proper drafting in Outlook. Also, once the user launch the Loopio tool, a quick reminder alert popping on screen to work upon the pending activities as per the dates, will help the user to work on the pending activities. Also, the "Quick Notes" should raise alert to the user while closing the Loopio tool, if the pending activity mentioned in the list as per the date is not worked/actioned. This could reduce/eliminate any pending tasks/activities for the day & improve the Productivity, Utilisation & Efficiency of the user. A High/Medium/Low priority feature could also be added where the user could find options to sort activities to be worked & completed for the day. Future dated notes option could also be added with reminder alerts to action the task accordingly. A "Find" feature wiyhin the "quick Notes" could also be added where the user could search & locate the important notes using keywords or by dates. Apart, Cut/Copy/Paste/Font Size Adjustment/Font Color could be added as general features within Quick Notes.

(2) The Library Search window could be added with a simple to search by Owner Name/User Name according to dates, about the counts or number of New Library Entries done for the day by the user.

The another insight for Loopio tool improvement which I want to share is under "Library Search" (Navigation: Home Page>Library>Search). Once the question and answer pair is updated by "Create New Entry", then this updated question and answer pair shows listed on page-1 with "Created by ABCDEF on Sep 8, 2023" & "Updated by ABCDEF on Sep 8, 2023". If there are multiple or maybe hundreds of question and answer pairs added as New Entry in Library, then the same gets listed as per "Created by" & "Updated by" name & date and on different pages. However, if the user has to check the count/number of New Entries made by him for the day, then the user has to manually search by "CTRL+F & Created by ABCDEF on Sep 8, 2023" on different pages. This way he has to manually count his manual entries added in Library for the day. However, there is an opportunity and a feature that could be added in Library Page under Entry Owner, that should be "Entry made by" & "Entry Date". This way by typing the name of the user & the date when the New Library Entries were created, could help to fetch the count of total number of entries made by user for the day.

(3) The Loopio home default page could be enhanced with a "Must-to-be-Read & Acknowledged" pop-up on screen once the user launch or log-in to Loopio tool. This pop-up should display the important updates/messages posted by the user with admin rights for the day. This feature could be named as "Add a Team-Wide Message".

The another insight for Loopio tool improvement that I want to share is related to "Add a Company-Wide Message" on home screen. Most of the users don't share/post any messages that could be addressed to the entire Company which may have hundreds & thousands of employees. Along with, the "Add a Team-Wide Message" feature could also be added that enables the user with admin rights to create his own team. The user could also assign the similar admin rights to his Auditors, SME's, Managers or any of the other Senior Designates. By doing so, the user with admin rights could post/share any important/urgent updates related to process changes or process improvements or any new project activities instructed by the Clients to be actioned on priority. The feature "Add a Team-Wide Message" could be enhanced as a mandatory "Must-Read & Acknowledge" options or pop-up on screen that could record the number of users from the team who had read the message & agreed upon before any of the users begin with their productivity for the day. This could benefit the admin user to track whether the users from the team are adhering to the mandatory updates/message/changes posted in "Add a Team-Wide Message", which are must to be Read & Implemented during start of their work. This feature of "Add a Team-Wide Message", could also act as an Offline-Huddle where the users from team who are on leaves for the day or reporting late to work, can check the messages/updates posted once they report to work & login to Loopio tool.

Loopio is a very user-friendly & easy-to-use tool with no any problems ever encountered. and is the best tool to use. It is simple to navigate to use the various features embedded on Loopio's home page. The Loopio tool however could be enhanced & optimized for better user experience by adding some new features.

Once we train the tool with all the information, then it is so easy to fill an RFP or RFI. Run Magic is one more great option to use in Loopio. App interface is so attractive and cool to use.

Loopio is upgrading itself day by day with all the new and exciting features. It will be more useful if they can improvise in finding and correction the gramatical errors and spell check.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loopio is the best repository. Once the old projects are submitted, instead going back to the old RFPs for reference and searching all the documentation manually, we can directly enter the question in loopio, it will throw the answers in few seconds. Just a key word is enough to pull all the relevant answers from Loopio. It is saving me lot of time and energy.

The library search function makes a night and day difference for our team. We are charged with keeping content about our business operations fresh and accurate so the peer review capability really allows us to hold one another accountable in order to put our company's best foot forward.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

I would love nothing more than having the platform integrate with InDesign. Our proposals are heavily designed with imagery and stylized text, making the Word and PDF outputs incompatible with our team's end goal. We would love to be able to use the tool to it's fullest capacity but cannot do so with the limited design capabilities.

Loopio primarily serves as a content storage library for our team, it allows multiple members to find copy about select topics, while also allowing us to track changes and make improvements over time.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Incredibly easy to use, the dashboard is visually user friendly and intuitive. Uploading project documents is quick, easy, and efficient - I used to spend a long time "triaging" a document, and now it takes less than 10 mins to upload and start working in the project space. Searching the library, updating records, and inviting additional team members to the project makes it easy to roll out a project and get the right information / right people working quickly.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

From a writer's perspective, my biggest major downside is that we cannot search past projects unless we are working on a current project. There are many times when I want to quickly search past projects, which sometimes has the best, more recent / updated responses, but unless you have updated a document into a project space, you can only search the library. Bummer! My work around is to create a project and upload a 'fake' document in order to search past projects.

Loopio solves our clunky, inefficient prior proposal software. It allows collaboration with SMEs directly into a project, and enables us to create review cycles of our content to correct SMEs, which ensures our content is up-to-date.

Loopio is a user-friendly tool that makes the RFP process much more approachable for all sales reps and solution engineers.
Loopio ensures we, as a company, accumulate and sharpen our responses to the most common RFP questions and allows us to focus on the unique questions we've yet to encounter when responding to a new RFP.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

The machine learning-powered response automation tool, "Magic," can constantly be improved.  Loopio has always provided confidence in its ability to enhance features, so I do not doubt that Magic will only become more efficient and powerful with the incorporation of AI.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loopio is increasing our win rates on RFPs.
Loopio is increasing our advancement through multi-step RFP processes.
Loopio is drastically decreasing the time it takes to respond to RFPs.

I really appreciate how we can quickly respond to RFPs, assign a team member and a reviewer for each question, see statistics on our usage of Loopio, and how everything is transparent and efficient. I also appreciate the Support Team, who answered all of my questions in half a day and even provided video responses or calls to take care of my questions.

I have personally suggested at least 5 features that would be helpful to have for our purposes, and the team has graciously offered to send the feedback to the Product Team. The Support, Professional Services, and CSM teams have been very helpful.

It helps us respond to questions in a timely manner, improves our project management of the RFP, and creates a repository of answers to use in the future.

We learned that each proposal manager has distinct approaches to creating a bid, so we need to align internally with best practices for maximizing Loopio's power.

Our time to a first draft dropped significantly when using Loopio (like an embarrassing amount) so we have more time to focus on personalizing each bid. We have been able to add in a layer of strategic focus for bids that have a strategic element. Plus we now have time for more thoughtful responses to the questions that matter.

Proactive development of new features and changes to functionality keeps this tool up-to-date with the most current trends and process for responding to RFPs.

Lacks ability to export multiple records outside of the system.

Faster training for new users is a lot quicker. The tool works great for a distributed team to all work on the same project at the same time which speeds up the completion of a first draft. The Magic tool is very useful for standard RFP questions, and we have high hopes, based on only ~6 months use, that it will continue to become "smarter" with continued use.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Loopio is the best way to organize and maintain our RFP responses.  Client turrtimes for RFPs are getting shorter, but the amount of information required is much greater.  We couldn't complete half the RFP requests in a timely manner without Loopio.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

Nothing.  The system is extremely easy to use.  The only thing I would say is that because so many of our RFP contributors are already "taxed" with having to learn different systems, we don't share out direct access to Loopio to our contributors, but rather have them enter responses in a shared document and then capture their responses in our Loopio repository.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As stated earlier, we are finding that client RFP requests have increasingly shorter turntimes and with much more information being requested.  Having responses at the ready and easy to find allows us to respond timely.  We're also seeing the number of RFP requests growing.  We are a $200 Million company and have one person responsible for managing all RFP responses.  This wouldn't be possible without Loopio at our disposal.

Loopio is amazing for working on RFPs and storing sales content. It makes our processes as easy as possible and increases collaboration.

The only downside is lead in questions can be tough to work on.

We've used Loopio to help us keep our proposal content up to date and integrate into our RFP process. As a lean team, we love the seamless integration of the RFP space and library so we can be as efficient as possible while also allowing for collaboration across the entire organization. We use it as the source of truth for sales, as well as the customer success organization. Everyone agrees it's easy to use and makes everyone's life easier. Sales and CS loves they can self-serve while the proposal team takes advantage of the collaboration and automation. SMEs appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with us as well.

Upsides to using Loopio:
-a centralized location for content
-the library is straightforward and easy to manuever
-the import process is fairly intuitive
-visuals and attachments are easy to incorporate into an answer record
-tagging and commenting functionality helps move projects along
-the export process is very easy
-the client success team is available, approachable, and helpful

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

Room for improvement:
-it's hard to use Loopio to its full advantage when responding to a project on a bid site
-library review from projects has some limits that have added additional time when trying to close out projects

Very few to list, and from experience, when we've shared concerns or problems, the Loopio team responds with a solution or by elevating the issue.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loopio is helping us keep our content fresh and centralized. We are also noticing a reduction in emails and back and forth messaging by utilizing the comments and tagging features within the project space. Having most project communications in one spot is really great.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Saving all of your content within one central library makes the process easier and more efficient when answering a variety of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs. Depending on the opportunity or product set, you can create boilerplate responses and then customize from there to get your message across while saving time and effort. Additionally, it makes it easy to bring others in to review project content, make updates, and save to the library. Project tracking is also a helpful feature. It is crucial to see a list of active projects, how much progress is made, and when they are due, and Loopio makes this possible.  It is a great tool overall, and I hope to continue using it as it is an excellent help with the RFP/RFI/DDQ process.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

Loopio has made many improvements in the last few years; a few things we still struggle with are using Magic (auto-filling answers in projects). Sometimes, it brings in the wrong content or is slightly off, which can slow you down. However, that isn't solely due to Loopio; it also has to do with our library and content structure, but it is still an item we'd like to see improved.
 
We also wish licensing was more open; while improvements have been made, it would be great to see additional licensing levels to allow for more uses to be added within the capacity they will actually use the platform throughout the year. That way, we can bring on more users and gain greater adoption internally.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency and effectiveness at answering client RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs. It allows a central location to edit, save, and create a project workspace to respond to a variety of requests by the deadline.

I've used Loopio for several years in various capacities (proposal writer, consultant, and people leader). Having used different platforms throughout the years, I can confidently say Loopio is BY FAR the most user-friendly and intuitive RFx product on the market. The interface and features make it easy for stakeholders of all kind to complete an RFP -- this includes proposal writers as well as subject matter experts. The team at Loopio is also a pleasure to deal with -- they keep us abreast of product updates/developments, reporting, provide insights into our usage and other areas of opportunity. They are approachable, friendly and easy to deal with.

I am also a BIG FAN of Loopicon -- Loopio's annual conference -- where Loopio users get together for two days of learning. Loopicon features tons of different roundtables/webinars/sessions featuring speakers across various industries and sectors and it is absolutely free of charge to attend. 

Loopio provides best-in-class value for the product offered and we will continue our relationship with them.

This isn't a dislike per se, but there is always an opportunity to improve a product. These include:

- adding a live chat function within the platform to allow users to chat with support team
- roll out product developments consistently

Content management has been a big issue for us and Loopio has provided a very useful tool for keeping our content fresh by calculating freshness scores, allowing us to set review cycles so we're notified when a response needs review, allowing us to assign responses and stacks to specific product managers, and providing an easy way for my team to search responses.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

The database of past answers is easily searchable, making the process more efficient. Our previous method was to search through dozens of Word documents, which was time-consuming and frustrating. Being able to find and customize answers quickly means RFP's are completed in a few hours instead of days. As a small team, gaining this efficiency during a time when our company is rapidly growing has made it possible for us to keep up with the increased workload without adding additional staff.

The only downside is that the system is not self-reviewing and correcting. In all seriousness, we've been really pleased with the system and haven't found any issues that weren't related to learning how the system works and optimizing our use of it.

Our RFP volume doubled in 2022. Loopio has enabled us to keep up this pace without adding staff. Not only are we more efficient but RFP's are less frustrating to complete, enabling staff to use creative energy towards other projects and needs.

It would be great if it builds in new AI technology because it feels a bit static with the answers.  If the answer hasn't been input by our internal team, then that's that.  Maybe that is intentional though because I do use some answers for RFP's and there is probably compliance things to consider there.

At this time, I really do not have dislikes. They do have a chrome extension that helps with online portals to fill out questionnaires. I have to manually copy the questions from the portal into the loopio extenstion, I cant fault them for that but would be nice in the future if the extension could somehow scan the page and import.

I receive many questionnaires and do not have the time to fill them out. Being able to import them and having loopio automatically answer them is very helpful. The time savings is the key.

Loopio is wonderful for a collaboration space and getting RFPs done quicker and more efficiently. We're able to see everything all in one place, have clear deadlines, stakeholders know what to answer and when, the library is amazing... it's awesome

Sometimes it can be difficult uploading a file as a project depending on the format. It will oftentimes autoselect questions and answers and it can clog the screen a little bit and make it difficult to do manually.

Loopio is simple to use and clearly designed by people who understand RFP proposal development/response management; the user interface is well designed and everything works as expected; the content library is adaptable to various businesses with multiple lines of service; having unlimited Project Contributor licenses is important because we have hundreds of potential proposal contributors; and the onboarding experience was excellent, with the Customer Enablement team assisting us in establishing our initial configuration. Its features also provide visibility into metrics that we are not currently tracking, and it can be used across multiple teams with ease. My favorite Loopio feature is the ability to generate responses within the platform and then place those answers in a library repository for future projects once completed.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

The RFP parsing/import tool is not always reliable, we have a lot of well published/formatted content, and the library is built for information capture/automatic response rather than design. The aspect I dislike the most about Loopio is the inability to export a specific stack or category from the library. I can backup the library, access it using Microsoft Excel, and apply filters to the file to remove what I do not want to view, but this is time consuming and cumbersome.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loopio significantly reduced development time for standard proposals and RFP responses, made it easier to track and maintain standard and specialized content, significantly improved process experience for our professional staff, and made it much easier to collaborate on my team and transition workload/cover each other. We are saving a lot of time by using Loopio to run RFP, quizzes, and surveys. It also allows for easier visibility and cooperation. With Loopio, we integrate different forms of replies and how to best use the platform to mix old and new styles of responses. In terms of RFP answers, I found Loopio to be a fantastic platform that helps its users keep organized, on track, and successful with their projects, as well as react faster.

All of the information I need to respond to RFPs is stored in one place. The platform makes reviewing the content seamless, and the AI suggestions dramatically reduce the response time for RFPs and DDQs.

It would be great to see the system have a plugin for browsers other than chrome. Many DDQs we respond to are on online portals, and if your business doesn't use Chrome, you can't export Loopio projects back into the online portals automatically.

Loopio does so many things right! Finding the right Q&A pair is fast and straightforward thanks to the combination of Library organization, search capabilities, and the freshness score. The custom permissions support our company's preference to give all employees role-based access appropriate for their use. The project management features ensure that assignments are completed on time, and when new SMEs join the platform, the admin can point them to pre-built trainings in the Loopio Help Center. Every colleague is raving about Loopio since we switched from a different RFP Management solution.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

The only downside of Loopio against other tools is the lack of recovery options. In Loopio, when you delete a Q&A pair, it can only be recovered by the person who deleted it using a popup message box that allows you to "restore it here." Once the popup disappears, the material is gone. (Not sure if this is on their roadmap-- if so, this review was left in January 2023. It's worth checking to see if this has been updated).

For my company, Loopio solves the following problems: 
- makes responding to solicitations and security questionnaires more efficient
- ensures responses are compliant with our marketing and company standards

Reminders for Library housekeeping with tips is a great example of the continuous support we receive from Loopio client executives.

There are still issues with mapping excel spreadsheets (Questions/Compliance Answers). If the source document has more fields preceding the question and answer, it is hard to capture that in the list view. Working in the source view can become tedious.

Once we have our library set, we will have to rely less on the SME's (who are SUPER BUSY) to give us content outside of the normal review process. It is also nice to be able to see who owes us what based on the assignments.

My favorite part is that the more we use Loopio the better it becomes. With answers iterated upon and improved they are available to see from past projects and add to the library, meaning. This means that the effort traditionally spent on writing a response can instead be used to personalize it to the specific client instead.

Most of these are minor quality-of-life issues with workarounds and are more than made up for by the time saved overall. There are also constant updates that resolve these. Some examples of current dislikes are:
 - Uploading for non-standard files (excel with more than one question in a line or answer fields below questions, word files with tables) sometimes requires modifying after the export. 
- It would be nice to be able to have the option to import more than just the question as some RFPs provide descriptions or prioritization/MoSCoW.

The Avnio Response Cloud makes our RFP process easy to manage, as it auto populates the answers to our RFP questions from our knowledge library. We can then assign unanswered RFP questions to appropriate team members which saves a lot of time. Everything can be managed directly from Salesforce which is great. The Avnio team is very supportive and I really enjoy working with them.

We should have gone for the library training option at the start of the project, as this would have been useful to us.

We used to have significant bottlenecks in our sales cycle, as sales reps got bogged down in RFP responses, and needed to reach out to SEs too often when they weren't sure on appropriate responses. The Avnio Response Cloud provides us with some excellent templates for the reps to use, and the Avnio Slack Assistant means that SEs can be freed up to only get involved where really necessary.

- With larger content, it is hard to edit and format the way you would like.
- When closing Loop, it would be beneficial to see who answered the question, not who closed Loop on it.
- I find myself doing too much formatting in the word template. I find it redundant to make a title of an entry for each subsection. I just delete them when I export.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

I was in the market for an RFx Response tool for about a month. Loopio stood out from the get-go. By FAR the best Sales experience I had with vendors in this space. The SDR (Katerina) personalised the response to me, asked the appropriate qualification questions on the call and got me in front of an AE much quicker than the competition. My AE (Sarah) was extremely helpful and got me set up on a sandbox to test the platform as soon as I asked, alongside having transparent pricing. This Sandbox access was extended a few times as I had to use it to demonstrate the value of the tool internally. The level of service continued post sale and my onboarding was a personalised, tailored experience. Having played with the sandbox extensively, my Customer Enablement Manager (Georgio) made sure that he wasn't covering things that I'd already explained that I knew/had done in the Sandbox. However, he was also great at challenging me when I expressed confidence in certain areas, he let me know that there may be things I hadn't explored or found and was always giving hints and tips. Alongside sharing customer experiences and best practices. It as a truly valuable onboarding experience that took just over 4 weeks. It would've been shorter. However, I had to move a few workshops around, Georgio was extremely accommodating and made the experience a pleasure. My CSM (Kiera) has taken over the account and had been in contact throughout the process and has proactively reached out and organised time to review in the new year. 

Post onboarding, I had the Sales Reps up to speed and using the tool immediately. In less than a week I had all of the reps using the tool and responding to RFP/RFQs. In a MUCH shorter time period than before. We've extended access to the wider business as project contributors and they've commented on how slicker the process is now, as opposed to commenting on Google Docs and communicating in numerous places.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

There's nothing that I particularly dislike so far. I've been using it for a few months and haven't discovered anything that is a massive dislike. However, magic could be slightly improved. But is a massive time saver already. I'm confident it will continue to improve. Importing documents that are poorly formatted (not Loopios issue) can be difficult, but I take ownership of this before adding the Sales team into projects to reduce friction with adopting the tool.

It's instantly reducing the time to respond to RFP/RFQs allowing our reps to focus on selling. It's improving the consistency of our responses and reducing the amount of time needed from the wider business in responding to questions.

There's genuinely nothing to dislike. Even on the rare occasions we find something to report (which are always minor niggles and more personal preferences), Avnio have always been genuinely interested and accommodate us wherever they can.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our RFX submission process is now much smoother, faster and easier to follow, and everyone is more engaged and happier to work on them. The amount of time saved using Avnio is phenomenal.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

Easy to build the library on content and Loopio shows you where you have duplicates. You can even push responses directly into a portal for submission rather than copying and pasting responses. Great onboarding support, very friendly and they deliver the whole process in manageable chunks. Everything was delivered at a great pace. We took this on just before Christmas so they worked to our schedule over the holiday period to get us up and running in time for a big project we used Loopio for. I like the fact that between Carolyn the Customer Onboarding Manager and Kofo the Customer Success Manager, we've agreed key people involved at the business and allocated KPI's with timescales for delivery so that we stay on track and make the most of the great support on offer.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

When you go from a traditional method of RFP's to a fantastic solution like this, then there is work to do building the library stacks and getting the responses in and making sure the content is good. But this is a down side of the process not the system. Getting some tenders/RFP's into Loopio (past or current) can be a bit fiddly but once you get your head around it then its ok. Needs buy-in and ownership from multiple people.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend a long time going back over previous tenders searching for responses we can re-use. Or we would just re-write them again and again. This will enable us to add responses in a muich more efficient manor. I can also upskill my sales rep's so that they can use the system to complete their own RFP's rather than it always falling into a managers job pile.

I can honestly say that Loopio has saved our team a tremendous amount of time (especially from a technical perspective), not only in responding to RFx's but for it has become a quick, efficient and accurate way for our technical teams to store good, quality responses.  Loopio is not just a repository for polished answers; it provides a platform for global teams to collaborate, regardless of time zones or language differences.  It provides a structured and easy-to-use mechanism to find the best solution for our clients in a realistic, effecient and cost-effective way.  Loopio is easy to navigate and intuitive, and the upcoming developments are very exciting.  Highly Recommended!

Very rarely... the search function selects too many words to search for.

The permissions due to licenses is a lot of back and forth with IT since some people can't view questions/answers assigned to other SMEs or perform search function.

It allows me to keep a track of SMEs who need to respond to questions so that I am focusing on reaching out to them. Also, the repository is a huge benefit since we store prior responses for new ones.

**What do you like best about Loopio?**

It's really easy to set the RFP up in the platform, and the way it helps to streamline our RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs is unrivaled. I've not found another partner that integrates with Salesforce, as this is crucial for us. Project actions are obvious and easy to understand. The customer support at Avnio is also super responsive, and all of the team who I've dealt with have been very accommodating.

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

The Library was a bit tricky to get to grips with at first, but when you know what you're doing with it, it's a powerful asset.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're realising faster turnaround times on our RFPs, and  having consistent, standardised responses is a huge benefit to our whole team.  Less copying and pasting of data can only be a good thing!

The simplicity it brings to the RFP process, especially when looping in a number of colleagues from different teams. The onboarding process was also very smooth and the training offered in the learning center is great!

**What do you dislike about Loopio?**

SSO was not included in our package and to add it on, we would have to pay an extra fee. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to have as an added bonus to the platform.

**What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the process between RFPs and security/privacy assessments. This helps to save time internally among many colleagues and teams plus overall time to complete them.
