As an exceptionally busy bid team, Loopio has become absolutely essential to how we operate. It’s significantly improved our efficiency and streamlined the entire RFP response process.
The inbuilt AI is a game-changer — especially because it draws from our own library, so we can trust the accuracy and relevance of the content. We've saved countless hours using Magic to pull from both the library and previous projects. It's intuitive, fast, and has even helped reduce the number of repetitive or unnecessary questions from our sales team — they can now easily find what they need directly in Loopio.
The platform also gives us clear visibility into project progress at any given time — what’s outstanding, who needs support, and where to chase. The snapshot feature makes it easy to update management with real-time status reports.
In short, Loopio makes our work more efficient, collaborative, and less stressful. It’s become an indispensable part of our toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Loopio has been a huge asset to our team, there are a few areas where we think there's room for improvement:
Search Function Limitations: The search is generally strong, but occasionally it takes a bit of refining to get the most relevant results — especially when content is phrased slightly differently than expected.
Library Maintenance: Keeping the library up to date takes regular discipline. A few more automated suggestions for archiving or reviewing outdated content would be helpful.
Formatting Issues: Occasionally, formatting can be lost when exporting responses, requiring some manual cleanup before submission.
Project Collaboration View: While we love seeing project status at a glance, it can be tricky to get a high-level overview across multiple live projects simultaneously.
That said, none of these issues outweigh the benefits — and Loopio continues to improve with updates. We’d love to see some of these enhancements in future releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
