When I started in this business many years ago, we did everything by email. That seems crazy now. Loopio saves so much time and effort. It makes the process so clear and simple, from loading and RFP to making SME assignments, interacting with SMEs' questions, editing responses, getting proposal reviewed, and exporting. Then at the end, saving the most useful, reusable responses so Loopio can pull from our library at the front end of the proposal process, eliminating much repetitious rewriting.
