What problems is QorusDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?
-- Automating many of the manual tasks such as creating a customized response framework and managing tasks in a bid to free up the team to spend more time working on the response itself. It alleviates the stress of workload volume challenges teams often experience.
-- Searches retrieval being accurate and fast saves us time and headache as we used to spend time and energy chasing our tail looking for things we knew we had but could not find.
-- Content management used to be a painful process as we had so much information in so many formats and we could not track duplications or outdated data. Qorus is helping us clean it up and manage it via automation, expiry dates, ownership assignments etc.
-- Before Qorus, Sales could not generate bids on their own if the bid team could not assist. However now, they are enabled to create customized response frameworks without needing to dig through their desktop or One Drive and repurposing an old potentially outdated bid. They can further customize and find up-to-date relevant responses easily.
-- Due to various individuals working on various responses on and off templates, there was a lack of consistency. But Qorus pursuit creation allows a consistent on-brand framework to be created leveraging the latest approved templates and fresh content every time.
-- We used to use collaboration challenges. Tasks were distributed on Teams, Emails, via Excel, and manually tracked. Ownership fell on the persuit owner who was already burdened with many other tasks. Qorus task management process takes care of this problem allowing us to spend less energy on such manual processes.

If Sales is not regularly educated on which SP fold what information sits in including shell docs, they simply would not use the info bid team has worked so hard to create and maintain.
