It's easy to search and Loopio's training makes organizing simple. I've loved working with the Loopio team to request new features - they have top notch customer support. I use Loopio on a near daily basis. As Word expert, I'm pleased with their Microsoft integration to upload our own Word style template, so when our content is exported and matches our existing content. I found the process to become a skilled user easy. Our team is delving into using Loopio project functionality...we managed to finish the initial response on a bid with over 1000 requirements in only two weeks using this tool. Training the 40 new users only took 30 minutes. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** I wish some integrations, such as with Microsoft products and Monday.com (not present), were more robust. For example, if you're using Loopio to run a project, they expect it to be finished in the system... if you export it earlier in the process, comments in Loopio won't be exported into the Word file. If a project in Loopio ends up being huge, you can't easily split it later in the process (to mitigate the Word export possibly crashing Word) because duplicating a project won't transfer the project's answers, just the questions. While these are some issues I've had with the tool, I'm hopeful the Loopio development team will add features to address them in the future. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loopio makes it easy for us to keep our content library in one place and track how often we use each entry. The project functionality, especially when combined with both the Magic and Edit with AI, makes initiating a new proposal take less than half the time it would compared to the traditional process. ### 9. The first of two primary benefits has been creating a process that seamlessly includes the subject matter experts in the review process of our narrative library. The narrative library is kept organized and reliable throughout the year because we know when each narrative was last reviewed, by whom, and what changes were made. The second primary benefit has been efficiency in completing each project we import, share with business partners, compete with multiple reviews, and then export. What used to take us weeks now can take a matter of days. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** The export functionality still needs some work. I realize this is largely to do with the uniqueness of the documents being imported, but there need to be more options and automatic matching of formats upon export. The export process for a long project is usually the most tedious part of the cycle. Magic is fine but I'd be interested to see how other firms are utilizing it better, if at all. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solutions: - Creating a single source of truth for the firm's narratives. - Creating a place to complete projects with multiple business partners. What truly sets Loopio apart is some of the best customer/account support I have received from any company in my 20+ year career, as well as customer-focused, continuous development. Loopio not only listens to their customers, but they take action. I can't even count how many times I've mentioned to my account manager "it would be nice if Loopio could eventually implement XYZ feature" and within weeks they're contacting me about beta testing the new feature for an upcoming release. And if it's not exactly what we're looking for, they'll continue to ask for our feedback until they launch a version that is exactly what we need. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** I honestly can't think of anything. They stand by their product, hire great people, and continuosly innovate to stay one step ahead of their competitors. I've used other RFP automation and proposal content tools in the past. I hope I never have to again. I'm 100% on Team Loopio. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** My firm has a proposal team of 30+ writers who respond to thousands of proposals a year, with deliverables ranging from Word/PDF based RFP responses, graphic and branding-heavy proactive proposals, Excel-based IT security questionnaires, online portal responses, and PowerPoint based presentation proposals.
