What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak has provided the best reporting that we've ever had for email/sms marketing platforms. I can't say enough good things about our Account Manager, as he has been so helpful with every single thing that we've needed help with, makes suggestions (and does the setup) to make improvements, and truly cares about the performance of our programs. What do you dislike about Listrak?

We did not have a great experience with GXP, it was hard to determine the true value that GXP brought. I think we would have had a better experience had we been on Listrak for a longer period of time before hopping right into GXP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak is a powerful platform when it comes to leveraging customer data for ecommerce. The ability to build behavioral and transactional triggers has been the most effective part of our email marketing strategy. Our triggered emails consistently perform well, and the segmentation capabilities allow us to speak more directly to our customers based on their purchase history and onsite behavior. What do you dislike about Listrak?

While the platform is sophisticated, the user experience can be frustrating. The interface feels dated and unintuitive, making simple tasks more cumbersome than they should be. We’ve encountered various usability quirks and workflow limitations that make execution slower than it needs to be. Support is helpful, but the time it takes to troubleshoot or implement changes can impact momentum. Reporting, too, could be more customizable and user-friendly.
