Also adding static fields or creating templates is not a possibility. The lagging of the system lately has become very bad and we are having issues where data is not saved and we need to double-check everything. Not all the XML capabilities exist in the JSON format. **What problems is Feedonomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to process feeds daily, Feedonomics have been a replacement for an internal tool we had which was less visual. Well aside from the streamlined UI, lightning-fast resolution on support tickets, and competitive pricing, my #1 favorite thing about Feedonomics is my Feed Manager Shay. To be honest with you, during the Great Resignation I inherited managing my company's data feed. In the beginning, I didn't know what the heck I was doing and was totally freaking out. Shay made all the 'oh no's!' go away and has helped me become competent. I actually like data management and it's all because of Shay. As an online retailer, our tech stack is pretty robust. I work with about ten other vendors consistently. None of them can hold a candle to Feedonomics SLA's and the quality of their employees. **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** Nothing, seriously. So we had a GMC account disapproval warning for a week and it took exactly a week to get sorted when it should not take so long.
