I find the sync between Salesforce and Koncert a little clunky. Additionally, the lack of integration with sales engagement apps is a bit disappointing. Though this is acceptable, there are areas for improvement in how Koncert handles Salesforce integrations, especially in creating tasks without errors and pulling information from rep reports or contacts more efficiently. This would be very helpful. The initial setup of Koncert was slightly challenging because my team was not accustomed to using reports in their work activities.
