I love how stright forward everything is! I also the the writer feature that tells you what the prospect said. I make so many more calls than before becuase of Koncert. **What do you dislike about Koncert?** I wish it had a dark mode. I don't find is super user frinedly in terms of finding my follow ups. We also can only link 1 number to a contact instead of two. **What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the problem of low daily dials. For me the more people I call the more I connect with which leads to booking's. It also solves the problem of lack of organization in terms of lead lists It does a good job of organizing the lead lists. Using PowerDialr is a rush, and though takes a but to get the hang of it, only furhter increases the number of prospects i can call. Even when using a more ABM (Account Based Marketing) approach to lead generation, the FlowDialer becomes the perfect choice for gianing more control of the number you are calling and the time you have to prepare for thwhen the prospect answers. **What do you dislike about Koncert?** The technical issues behind the scene seem very complex and i find it difficult to update bad data. They also integrate AI in their system to pick up on if you hit a phone tree or gatekeeper, and can skip the call rather than having to manually skip through calls. They do also have a parallel dialer, making it very easy to cover a lot of ground.
