I find the Kallidus platform easier to navigate. I particularly like the ease at which managers can suggest and set learning and content to their teams. I felt the implementation process was relatively pain free and the ability to integrate with our people system has saved us lots of time. **What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?** There has been a few teething problems with content and the troubleshooting process hasn't always been the smoothest. It's easy to use both from a learner experience perspective and to administer. **What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** A big problem for us was the perspective that learning isn't a performance enabler - the integration between Perform and Learn modules enables this. I am excited about the Skills introduction, although we've not yet built this. Visually it's sleek and simple and easy for me to navigate where I need to get to. PowerBI reporting suite is a huge upgrade from Business Objects which was previous iteration. Seems like in the last 1-2 years they have invested heavily in upgrades and roadmap development areas. **What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?** If you are a global business with localised processes it can make things a bit more difficult but not impossible to utilise the system in a beneficial way. Difficult to get raw data from the system to build PowerBI dashboard or for other integrations, only option is SFTP. Learn helps us ensure compliance across the organisation as we can host, and report on, mandatory/ compliance training. It aids staff development by allowing us to a host a suite of elective learning in a range of formats - instructor led, documents, e-learning. Using Learn ensures a smooth and easy induction process for our new starters, as we can offer an induction pathway on the platform. Staff feedback on Kallidus is positive, including from staff new to the organisation.
